Karius/Karias Blerster

Ye Ran Highschool is known for its rather peculiar existence and the presence of rather good looking staff members,like the Headmaster and the Bodyguards.

On the other hand,having the Noblesse,numerous vampire nobles and some mutated humans attend Highschool was unexpected for a young 19 years old witch who recently transfered in her last year…but she definitely enjoyed the change of pace and scenery.

She never would have guessed just how beautiful and technologically developed South Korea would be,until she arrived in the Headmaster’s office,showed him a letter,and he explained how she will be living with him and the others from then on.

After having introduced herself to the ones living with her,she went in her new room,to read and listen to music,until a knock and an open door brought her to reality.

Y/N:What is it? Frankenstein:I have read the letter your mother sent me,and I will make sure both your witchcraft and healing trainings will go well. Y/N:Thank you,Frankenstein.However,that letter is 3 years old.She died in the meantime.It was only just recently that I had the courage to leave the place. Frankenstein:I am saddened to hear of her death,she was a good friend of mine. Y/N:I know.She used to mention you frequently and talk nicely of you. Frankenstein:*smiles*She was a great person.I will let you rest,then.Enjoy your time here.

Months passed,and she became friends with the ones she’s staying with,especially Takeo and Tao,who taught her about the mundane life,and often sparred together (or learnt how to hack)

Walking around aimlessly through the highschool corridors,she suddenly sees Karius waving at her,then dropping to one knee and showing her a beautiful ruby red rose,and saying “Happy Birthday”.

Frankly,she forgot it was her birthday,but what she also forgot was how to react.

Her cheeks became rosy,her eyes were looking anywhere but at him,and she could barely let out a sound.

She had no idea what to do.

Y/N:Uh..I..well…uh…dunno…how to react…uh…I’m…still processing the situation…my games…um…haven’t taught me…what to do…uh… Karius:*chuckles*You could start by accepting it. Y/N:Uhm…Th-…Thanks…I’ve never…Nobody did this before… Karius:A gorgeous girl like you never received a flower before?That’s atrocious!I will make sure that changes! Y/N:Wh-What?!N-No!There’s no need for that! Karius:Non-sense!Leave this to Karius!

With a sigh,she covered her face with her hands to hide her blush and went on to her next class,not putting away the flower for even a second.

She was scared of her own emotions,but it was still a warm feeling.

(Except for the terrible heart pounding.That sucks.)

From then on,Karius continued to give her a flower each day,much to her embarrassement,and made sure to walk home with her,enjoying small talk and nice stories.

To show her appreciation,on weekends she would take him out at different cafes and treat him,much to his excitement to try new things.

(Or even better,teaching him how to play video games).

It didn’t take long for the noble to confess his genuine feelings to the witch,whose conflicting emotions kept making her have internal fights with herself,but she couldn’t help but reciprocate.

Their relationship was blooming beautifully,like a flower in Spring,but it took only one mean comment from a random person to make the girl lose herself.

She left the school without a second thought,and closing all light sources in her room,changed in a pair of shorts and a large Tshirt and bundled herself in the blanket.

She didn’t know how to react anymore.

She was hurt,but more than that,she was afraid.

Being self-conscious and afraid of yourself wasn’t the most attractive feature,and for one so confident la Karius…it sure made her thoughts fight each other loudly.

But she couldn’t cry.

As much as she wanted to,she couldn’t bring herself to do so. So she did what she knew best: Lay in bed and do nothing.

Hours later,she heard a soft knock on the door,but she didn’t answer,hoping that whoever it was would just leave.

But they didn’t.

Instead,she felt the bed sink a little,and a pair of arms hug her. She could feel a sob trying to escape,but she burried her face in the pillow.

Karius:*chuckles*I thought you were sleeping. Y/N:Don’t…touch me…please… Karius:Hm?What happened,love? Y/N: … Nothing. Karius:There’s no need to hide the truth.It’s just me. Y/N:I’m scared… Karius:Scared?Why?Did anyone attack or threaten you?Who do I have to kill? Y/N:Preferably me. Karius:Hey,hey,easy now,there’s no need to be rash.Did someone say something to you? Y/N:Dammit,Karius,it’s not that easy. Karius:Then help me understand. Y/N:You wouldn’t…it’s ridiculous…I don’t get it myself. Karius:Let’s understand together,then. Y/N:Look…you’re just so…great and perfect…and I’m not.You’re filled with love to give everyone…and I’m just a hateful idiot.I had a bad experience in the past that left me scared of my own emotions and myself and…I convinced myself that in order to be okay…I should lose contact with all possible feelings…And it was going well,until you came along and…did your magic.But you’re just too good for me…someone who can’t even look in the mirror without wanting to break it.

Sighing,the blond haired male turned the girl to face him,and seeing her tearful face,he hugged her tightly,playing with her hair soothingly.

Karius:Is this what this was about?We can work on your insecurities,if until you will feel better about yourself,but honestly,all I see is a gorgeous girl who has been lied to for way too long. Y/N:That’s because you haven’t seen them,covered by my clothes… Karius:Do you think I’d love you less because of some skin imperfections? Y/N:It happened before… Karius:Then it’s better it ended.That jerk didn’t deserve an angel like you.

The girl said nothing,but cuddled closer to her lover,seeking comfort in his tender embrace.

After that episode,Karius promised to help her out with her insecurities,so every day,dressed in underwear,he would teach her how to touch a person without flinching or how to accept a hug without shaking,just like she used to.

Things were getting better and better for the happy couple and it was obvious that the girl learnt how to relax and calm herself.

One day,as they lay together in bed,relaxing and enjoying each others presence,until the girl managed to pop a question that has been bugging her since the beginning.

Y/N:Say…Karius… Karius:Yes,love? Y/N:I…well… Karius:Take it easy. Y/N:I know it’s weird but…If I were to tell you that well…I’m asexual…Would it be okay? Karius:What does ‘asexual’ mean,amore? Y/N:It means an individual feels no sexual attraction.And…that’s me,I guess,particularly repulsed by the idea or thought of it. Karius:This is what was bothering your pretty head? Y/N:If you live in a society where it’s dictated how the act is more important than anything…then yeah,it gets scary. Karius:*chuckles*Amore,I’m like 800 years old,I even lost track of how old I am.Do you really think I care about that?Your love is all I need. Y/N:*sighs*Thank goodness… Karius:*winks*No need to get so scared when you ask me something.My lover is my priority,no matter what~. Y/N:Then,one more question.How come you call me 'Amore’? Karius:*chuckles*Amore is the name of my soul weapon,so it’s only natural to call my soulmate the same,right?Both of you have a special place in my heart. Y/N:*giggles*That was so sweet.I can’t believe I got so lucky as to meet you.Gosh,do I love you. Karius:I love you,Y/N~.
