Last episode of Riverdale was RAS saying "All right, I'm gonna give you one more chance to recognize Archie/Kevin as the superior ship!" And honestly, good for him.

Once or twice each season Archie's Weird Fantasy-RAS manages to wrestle back control from Archie Comics Employee-RAS and deliver an episode where Archie's fruitiness is dialed up to 11, but this episode it was zooming past 20, 30, 40...

The tender looks, the whispered conversations alone in the gym, the softness in his handling of Kevin, the sudden and desperate need to protect him, and the final request to eat lunch with him and his boyfriend, despite knowing exactly what they are...

Oh RAS, just let him kiss a boy. You want it, we want it, just sneak it past the CW, you're already cancelled.

it’s very simple the way i see it. jarchie is lame now but beronica will never go out of style. veggie is almost old hat but jabitha will remain strong. barchie is always on the verge of either slaying or flopping and never quite doing either but varchie has only slayed harder since the s4 breakup. bughead was never in but vughead had the chance to be and didn’t cut it because ras is boring and a misogynist. choni has gotten more and more boring with each season but koose goes crazier now than ever before. kangs was never in but now that midge and fangs and kevin and clay are canon it seems almost preferable for the first real time since heathers. karchie remains low stakes fun and archie/reggie is in the midst of their moment, but archie/munroe always reigns supreme. and of course cheronica will always be in but never played out, they’re glamorous that way.

Heya. I got once again sucked into the naruto fandom and I found your fic Tsundoku. And I'm obsessed with it. I've been reading it in between lectures and work for the past few days (I'm on chapter 9) and I have to honestly say that it's one the best fics I've read in a while. The characterisation, how you work with canon events and change them, the plot and the slow burn hell... I'm not even halfway done and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna reread this when the naruto fandom finds me again in the future.
