idk hate on gmmtv all u want but them bringing back an OG couple from a 5yr hiatus to cast them in an extremely risky remake of a show that's highly critically acclaimed, fighting copyright issues for over a year, getting a ban on youtube, STILL releasing the show on live tv with subtitles and THEN end up making the adaption better than the original, fixing the messed up side couple, giving all 3 couples healthy and loving relationships, a proper development with good pacing, not cursing the 11th episode with dumb drama AND making karan and achi the first gay couple to have a wedding on a gmmtv show is highkey iconic say what u want-

Oh the wince I winced when she said this. The wince I winced. Right alongside Karan and Achi. They went from such happiness to this instant nope and they deserved better.

So the answer to both your question involves whenever your government finally votes to legalize gay marriage so he can marry that 'friend' standing next to him.

Now that line is just a stab in the gut. Ooof. Poor Karan. He was just starting to think he's overthought his mother and that she was truly accepting him and Achi and then boom out with this.

Achi looking at Karan so carefully, so tenderly, loving him so damn much and wanting to comfort him and knowing that the best thing he can do is just be there with him and uuuugh my heart.
