Okay so.... I read the entire The Heart Killers novel in one sitting. How did I do that??? By ignoring my responsibilities, BUT I had a lot of fun LMFAO
I'm excited to see how they adapt this to the screen. It really is your typical assassin story, but the classics are classics for a reason! Unexpectedly fluffy for the premise, but also this a f4f (freak4freak) romance. Really excited to see how they manage to show the sex on screen because zoo wee mama..... the boys are crazy. Anyway, reading the novel has solidly cemented Fadel as my favorite character, such an unexpected side to him that I think all the viewers have already clocked just from the first two episodes.
I'm gonna talk about some characters and plot spoilers now so don't read under the cut if spoilers ruin your life
Okay, so already they've deviated just a bit from the novel, I'm assuming due to time and filming constraints (u know the usual). Mostly with Fadel and Style's story, it's nothing major tbh they just got the ball rolling pretty fast on them. They've stayed true to the characters, especially Style! Style is just as flirty and bold in the novel as he is in the show, which makes the bomb of him being romantically and sexually inexperienced in every aspect all the more shocking, even to Fadel. Their first sexual encounter together was rough until Fadel realized that he was Style's first. It was a really revealing moment for both those characters to me as a reader. It's the first time we see Fadel falter in front of anyone and the first time we see Style fully drop the confident mask he puts on. A very vulnerable moment and it's definitely the catalyst that propelled them MUCH closer to each other emotionally (and physically đľâđŤ).
Oh, FADEL...... He is so shxkbdksn. I love him to bits, like honestly. He is so deprived of affection. He is genuinely so soft hearted whether it's about his brother or his lover, he's constantly looking out for them. Even when he confronts Style later on, he's not even mad. He's so genuinely filled with sorrow and sadness that it's come to that, what he thought was the conclusion of the only love he's allowed himself was genuinely heartbreaking for him and it was apparent despite the tough assassin facade he was trying to keep up in front of Style. He is SO devoted and loyal. Love him BAD.
Bison, also seems to be presented pretty novel accurate so far. He seems too carefree and naive, but he's had a knife in his hand just in case the whole time. He really wants to live a different life. He wants out really bad and, unlike Fadel who made that decision after Style, Bison came to that before he even met Kant. He wants to fall in love and do laundry and cuddle with someone. He just wants true freedom. It made me feel even worse when he finds out of Kant's betrayal because he chose to let that guard down despite the gnawing feeling he had in the back of his head that he can't trust anyone. He took the chance on Kant and it ended up biting him in the ass. Also, we need more power bottoms I LOVE U BISON !!
Now Kant...... I can't say I liked him all that much until the end of the novel. đ He's genuinely selfish unless it's about his little brother and very much gives every man for themselves. He's all about self-preservation. He had no problem pulling an unknowing Style into dangerous undercover police informant work, did in fact drug Bison at one point, so yeah not on my nice list at all. I do think he had feelings for Bison at the beginning, but they weren't significant enough for him to stop what he was doing. He ends up redeeming himself a bit at the end. He tried to get the Captain to let him off the hook for this mission to no avail, and you know with the whole u kidnapped me and beat me up bc I betrayed u but I still waited for u to come get me at this abandoned house u left me at for hours so I could confess my love for u bit, but still. Very up and down feelings for him as a reader.
The bdsm was actually interesting to read here too. Sane (kinda), safe (sometimes) and consensual was really the name of the game here and I'm grateful for that. Were things a little under negotiated? Yeah, but I'm willing to look past that considering what s&m dynamics look like in other series and novels đŹ There was also a brief description of subspace that I found kind of nice. It was interesting to see these aspects of sexual dominance and submission present in a novel from a genre that often foregoes diving even an inch into safe kink (and sex) practices.
Also that masturbation scene is NOT in the novel from what I recall, so THANK YOU JOONG AND JOJO !!!!!
Crazy, but expected plot twist, and yet I was still at the edge of my seat. Granted I am easy to entertain, but I really enjoyed reading this. I actually would recommend this novel to others. It was just fun

Are Logan & Janus Two Sides of the Same Coin?
In "Dealing With Intrusive Thoughts," it is revealed that Remus is Roman's "dark" counterpart. But who is Janus' "light" counterpart? It is certainly possible that he doesn't have one. But given how much emphasis is put into the symmetry between the "dark" & "light" sides (same number in each, black vs white clothing, etc), as well as the similarities within these groups (the naming conventions, for instance), it seems likely that Janus is somehow connected to one of the others. Following the example of Roman and Remus, both brothers are responsible for creativity, but Roman's creativity is deemed to be good and pure, whereas Remus' creativity is deemed dark and disturbing. Therefore, Janus and his counterpart would likely share the same fundamental trait as well, though their manifestations of it would be different. On this basis, I will argue that Logan and Janus are connected by the trait of reason, and that Janus is a "dark side" because he uses reason in a way that is cynical and self-interested.
First, let us compare Logan and Janus' style of argumentation. Logan typically references scientific studies and concepts, such as the Yerkes-Dodson Curve and the statistic about Christmas decorations that appears in "Putting Others First" to name only a few. This demonstrates his highly empirical world view, and from these empirical observations he draws normative conclusions about what Thomas ought to do. One of Logan's biggest emphases is on Thomas's health, as demonstrated in "Why Do We Get Out Of Bed In The Morning?"
On the other hand, Janus focuses on philosophical arguments, referencing Kant, Stirner, and Nietzsche to make his points. Though Janus is less interested in scientific facts, he still demonstrates logic in his own way, as these philosophers all used rational arguments to support their conclusions (note: whether or not you agree with them, what I mean by "rational" is that they applied the rules of logic to their premises to construct their philosophies). Janus has also been described as representing self-preservation, an aim not too dissimilar to Logan's goal of promoting Thomas' health. After all, Janus explicitly argued in favor of Thomas's mental health in "Putting Others First."
With all of this being said, it is worth noting that the flexibility and ambiguity of philosophy allows Janus to use logic as a tool to suit his needs in the moment. To put it in the words of Renee Descartes, "there is nothing so strange and little believable that it has not been said by one of the philosophers." Furthermore, "Selfishness vs Selflessness" draws attention to the contradictions between Stirner's belief in equality and his racism, suggesting that philosophers are often hypocritical and cannot necessarily be trusted. This is what makes Janus a "dark" side - he too has the capability to reason, but rather than pursuing the noble goal of truth, he uses his powers to manipulate others and further his own ends.
Given this reading, it is significant that in "Selfishness vs Selflessness," Logan is the one to mention Peter Singer, a contemporary philosopher. This further reinforces the hidden similarities between the two. Throughout the entire series, the only other side to use philosophical arguments is Janus, so for Logan to reference a philosopher in support of one of his own arguments suggests that he recognizes a certain logic to them as well (even if it is not his default method of logic). Moreover, Janus' adoption of the more science-based mental health rhetoric in the same episode shows that this parallel goes both ways.
This opens up a new avenue for speculation: who is Patton's "dark" counterpart? There are two possibilities: Virgil and the yet-to-be-revealed Orange Side. I will now discuss the evidence and implications of both:
Virgil: It is undeniable that Virgil and Patton share a unique bond. This can be seen throughout the episodes, and it would feed into the idea that Virgil is Patton's (formerly) "dark" counterpart. The trait that both share in common is feelings - while Patton's feelings are generally quite positive with some negative ones slipping through (see Moving on), Virgil is largely negative with a few positive emotions occasionally showing. However, if Virgil is the "dark" side of Patton, it is not clear what it means for him to have joined the "light" sides or what makes him special in that regard. Perhaps it can be explained as a result of Patton's morality -- he is ultimately who dictates which sides are good or bad, so if he took a personal liking to Virgil, he would see Virgil as good and thus Virgil would "become light."
Orange: Fans have speculated rather plausibly that the orange side will represent rage/anger, which would work well with this theory. This would be another instance of emotions "gone wrong" so to speak, as one emotion that Patton (and by extension Thomas) never seems to show is anger. Anger has a certain capacity for destructiveness, so this could be why the orange side is considered "dark." If orange was Patton's counterpart, this would leave Virgil without any counterpart, suggesting that he occupies an unusual role within Thomas' psyche and is perhaps the sole "neutral" side.
There is, of course, a third possibility: that orange & Virgil are counterparts, and that Patton is the one who is exceptional. Maybe Patton's role as the arbiter of morality means that he occupies a privileged position in Thomas's psyche which cannot easily be inverted (after all, what would be the purpose in a side that makes Thomas evil for no reason?)
Anyway, what do you guys think?

The thing about this series is that I'm never sure what's significant and what isn't. But I do find it interesting that in Can Lying be Good?? We have Janus disguised as Patton talking about Kant, and seems to have everyone's attention in doing so. Logan makes the comment:
"See, I know things too." But we know that already, so is it really about "knowing things" or is it about the being listened to? Here "Patton" is going off on things that normally would be Logan's territory, so to speak, and, at least to Logan's mind, has everyone's attention moreso than when he goes off on such subjects.
Janus is playing the long game here. And it starts in many ways, I think, right here. Patton calls Janus the "inner couch with the one intention of self-preservation" and Janus himself states his intent to look out for Thomas. That means all of him. Sides present and repressed, not always by the best means, perhaps, but by the means he had on hand.
So we get Logan in this scene here getting a little defensive about "knowing things" and in response what does Janus do?
He makes sure that Logan is heard. Twice actually:
It's not till the third act that Logan comes out without any prompting from "Patton".
I tend think Janus was trying to set up Logan to be able to give those mini shpeals so that he could feel heard.

Patton & Janus
Or maybe... Deceit and Morality?
My friend and I believe that Patton and Janus might be switched. We were talking about how all of the sides kind of have their traits as their personalities. Roman is egotistical and the ego, he's imaginative and the imagination, Logan is logical and he's logic, Virgil is anxious and he's anxiety, etc.
But Patton doesn't seem to have a very large range of emotions for the emotional side. He shows a little bit of anger and sadness, but happiness is his main emotion.
True, we do know that he seems to be repressing, and in denial a lot. But that honestly sounds more like Deceit.
(Lying to himself... and therefore Thomas and others.)
To further this, Janus has a large range of emotions, and seems to be a big part of Thomas's self preservation. Also, from Putting Others First, we know he has his own take on Thomas's morals
Not only that, but in SVS Virgil says "You guys literally know him as deceit." Not he IS deceit. You know him as.
And Patton, for the morality, doesn't seem to have a large grasp on morals, both his (& therefore Thomas's) and others, such as philosophers, unlike Janus. They can of course be tricky, but for the side who's job is morals, I feel like it should be stronger. He does know Kant and Plato- as in, he recognized the names. Janus actually knew the morals.
So perhaps, Janus isn't Deceit. Patton is.

which hogwarts house would u put chelsea's players in?
OH MY DAYS I LOOOOVE THIS QUESTION!â¤ď¸Â This is genuinely the most fascinating question that I've got from my anons! Just remember, you asked me this, I didn't initiate this "Ted talk: Hogwarts edition"
OKAY, so hear me out: i love all houses so nothing personal (tho I have a special place in my heart for Slytherin) so here we goâ¨Â Gryffindor (bravery, daring, nerve, chivalry): Thiago Silva (the leader with the purest heart), Cesar Azpilicueta (our noble captain), Zouma (sometimes his dumb and reckless decisions in the defence are so Gryffindor energy), Billy Gilmour (I just...i just don't know but he gives me such a Gryffindor/Harry Potter himself vibes. the little humble kid that changes everything in the endâ¤ď¸), Edou Mendy (my sunshine wasn't afraid to sing for Chelsea, take this huge chance and responsibility to keep our net safe and sound), Mateo Kovacic (idk fire in his play gives me Gryffindor vibe straight away), Tammy Abraham (his confidence...let me tell ya, it's a Gryffindorian arroganceđ), Christian Pulisic (only young, daring and brave Gryffindorinan could move overseas to chase his dream) Hufflepuff (hard work, dedication, patience, loyalty, fair play): Mason fucking Mount (he's the literal impersonation for what Hufflepuff stands for, our future captainđ), Reecie James (going from the academy right to the top of the first team, wearing blue colours proudly. future vice captain), N'Golo Kante (do I need to say anything really?) Emerson (the man was patiently waiting for his chance, always humble and dedicated, we have to give him that), Timo Werner (recently he proves us that although he's considered as a striker, he'd be happy to help his team any way possible, he is ready to work restlessly and be there for his blue family), Adreas Christensen (he's been player for Chelsea idk how long and still after all that obstacles he is here)Â
Ravenclaw (intelligence, knowledge, curiosity, creativity, wit): Kai Havertz (what can I say? he's a creative player, undercover hilarious af and...okey brođđđž), Hakim Ziyech (our creative af star as well), Ben Chilwell (the man is hilarious af, plus he is creative, with his fashion and on the field as well, working for attack and defence), Jorginho (firstly he is hilarious. secondly his creativity is why he was bought form Italy straight to Stamford Bridge. the conversation is over)
Slytherin (ambition, leadership, self-preservation, cunning, resourcefulness):  Kepa (Do I need to mention something other than that incident with Sarri? Slytherin at it's finest, lol), RĂźdi (the man has ambitions it's safe to say, plus he is smart as hell, looking after himself nicely), Marcos Alonso (let me just say he knows what he's doing...he got everything planned 100%), Olivier Girould (loool so I first i wanted to put him to Hufflepuff house coz he's so patient and noble with everything that is going on within Chelsea rn, but then I remembered he left Arsenal and moved to Chelsea for trophies and god damn he was so right making this moveđ¤Ł), Callum Hudson-Odoi (jesus lord he's such a Slytherin energy. so smart, so ambitious), Thomas Tuchel (THE CEO of Slytherin, ambitious as fuck he won't fuck with you or your board if you cross his path in any way, he'd call you das MistsĂźck publicly and then will beat you in the champions league final with a fucking grin on his face, mark my words, psg)Â

into the snake's den
this is an in-depth hodpodge of character analysis, theory and headcanons for the sides. this does get a little darker and includes some extremes for the sides personality. please proceed with caution.
so weâve seen that being in the other sidesâ rooms effects the other sidesâ personalities, & i do very much like the idea of the others growing scales from prolonged exposure in deceitâs room, but iâd like to add onto the theory of lying.
in âcan lying be goodâ we got a number of manipulation tactics from deceitâ this was the antagonist that i adored, rather than his scooby doo villainy & opposite day lying. so iâd like to add those types of manipulation to the sides.
Logan:
deceit!pattonâs main method of manipulation suits logan the most. he backed up the idea of lying through proof. referring to immanuel kantâs argument. weâve seen logan use reasoning to describe why the world is beautiful, & why progress and hard work are necessary. so using logic to justify a situation he feels is more beneficial would be his go to. he already does this now.
âit actually would make sense for you to place your dreams on hold, thomas. while they do bring you joy, there are so many more other things in this life you could focus on. moreover, if you pursued a career in this field of study instead, youâd find yourself more financially stable. moreover your schedule would be more consistent, you would sleep & eat better. the pros of placing a stop to your creative endeavors & pursuing something more in line with what you had previously planned greatly outweigh any cons that would arise from the transition.â
not a lie, necessarily. but presenting evidence as irrefutable fact in order to preserve the values logan finds most important.
continued exposure in deceit's room would drive logan not only to get others to see his point of view but get frustrated when they couldn't. he'd become more and more critical, and self righteous. at his very worst his personality could become obsessive. severe and hyper critical of others while rationalizing his own mania and delusions of righteousness.
Disney Hero: Milo Thatch - (Atlantis) Disney Villain: Judge Claude Frollo - (Hunchback of Notre Dame)
Roman:
roman already admitted deceit always had nice things to say about him. we also know that roman is our dramatic boy & gets easily carried away. weâve seen how thomas gets swept away in romanâs enthusiasm as well from the video 'why do we get out of bed in the morning?â i donât think our prince would realize he was even lying because he would speak with such hyperbole & enthusiasm as he already does.
âthomas! how could you even think for a moment that what you were doing is wrong?! look at your adoring fans! look at the fandom youâve created just by being yourself! youâre a celebrity! practically a legend! you are adored internationally! fame is basically your birthright, you have been in front of a camera since you were a child after all! sure there are other things that should be focused on, but they could get done at literally any time! you have to do this now! there has never been a better opportunity to do this, & anyone who gets slighted now will understand in the end! your friends adore you always, no matter what you do! their feelings couldnât possibly get hurt in the wake of all the joy youâll be bringing into the world! you have to do this!â
romanâs lying would be the inverse of loganâs. rather than presenting facts he would rely on thomasâs feelings & joyful experiences. using the feeling of accomplishment & happiness to blind him, in a sense, of any potential fallout or reasons he shouldnât listen to him. hyping him up to the point of unchecked confidence & enthusiasm.
continued exposure to deceit's room would twist roman from ego to pride, to narcissism. continued excitement and hyping up this confidence to an elevated but false sense of self could lead to a more histrionic personality type and a god-complex at his very worst.
Disney Hero: Timothy Q. Mouse - (Dumbo) Disney Villain: Jafar - (Aladdin)
Patton:
not to make this an angst fest, but we all already knowâ patton is the best liar there is. he would use the same little white lies he always does, only moreso. this was deceit!pattonâs very first 'lieâ âlogan! everyoneâs favorite character! little lies like these are the ones weâve learned and told ourselves and others since childhood. itâs the very reason why being deceitful can be considered an act of self preservation. lies like these are the ones we tell to avoid any potential bigger problems & patton is exceptional at it. lies like these, constantly told can be incredibly detrimental. these would be the worst types of lies for patton to form a habit out of because he values relationships & happiness more than actual goals in comparison to the other sides.
"hey there, kiddo! i know itâs been kind of a rough day, but dahlia said she could use someone to talk to. just tell her you're a little sleepy but you'd love to have her over! she needs ya!"
"uh-oh! you're not really going to tell camden his shirt is ugly, are you? that would hurt his feelings! tell him you love it! it would make him smile!"
"yikes! you slept in, instead of hanging out with valerie? just let her know it was a crucial day for filming! she'll understand. we can hang out next time and bring her present to apologize, right?!
lies like these are the reason deceit took patton's form, because little baby white lies don't seem like trouble at all until you twist them to delude yourself.
"anxious? no way! this seems like a perfectly safe thing to do, it could be fun!"
"leo couldn't be mad at ya, kiddo! he's probably just tired! just leave that message on read and let him get some rest!"
"sad? not a chance! we'll just watch something silly and not think about it!"
continued exposure to deceit's room would have patton continually minimizing his and thomas's problems. he'd start to become stubborn in his "everything is fine!" phase. this could lead to dissociation and retreating mentally. leaving patton repressed and probably unable to even speak his true feelings properly, even if he wanted to.
Disney Hero: Giselle - (Enchanted) Disney "Villain": Peter Pan - (Peter Pan)
Virgil:
oh boy. if you thought virge in his own room was bad, keep him out of deceit's. virgil and deceit are two sides of the same coin, and that's self preservation. the only difference between the two is intention.
anxiety is a worry that you can't really control. it's what makes you double check if the door is locked and review your test answers one more time. deception is the same thing but a but more selfish. both usually stem from that increase of adrenaline and nervous fluttering of butterfly wings in your tummy.
anxiety is: oh no! okay. what do we do to make sure this okay and safe? deceit is: ..!! what do i do to make sure i'm going to be safe?
in deceit's room virgil's anxiety is heightened. being hyper vigilant he would see the changes in the others right away. his lies would start off cutting and sharp to break any illusions the other sides had about themselves. lies that hurt, but would help his friends.
"no. logan, you're wrong. that doesn't make any sense at all."
"you're foolish for even thinking that, princey."
"i don't like any of your ideas at all patton. they're all horrible"
if the others were straying towards their worst selves, his lies would be almost delusional in his desperation, and he would basically become the embodiment of paranoia.
"everything that they said is right. you did do a bad job. you are a bad friend. you did fail that test. you aren't funny, clever, or creative. this is a mess. this is all just a mess."
"we have to leave right now. roman is going to get too excited and tell thomas to jump off a cliff. he's going to kill all of us"
"logan, if you keep feeding thomas that twisted logic he's going to believe it every single time. then he'll think all lies are the truth. you're ruining his mind, logan."
"patton. patton stop it. just stop it. you're the reason we're here. you're going to ruin everything. we're never going to be happy again."
prolonged exposure to deceit's room would take virgil from worried, to paranoid, to delirious mania. his worries would be amplified, the fear in his own mind would be loud, and the fear for his friends would be louder, but the thought there was nothing he could do would be thunderous. if not pulled from deceit's room quick enough, virgil could become catatonic in a last ditch effort to save himself and thomas.
Disney Hero: Flounder - (The Little Mermaid) Disney Villain: Robert Callaghan - (Big Hero 6)
Deceit:
deceit on his own in his room isn't nearly as bad as the sides in their worst states. he's just constantly looking out for number one. himself & thomas. like roman & logan his focus would be on accomplishment. he's got goals, drive & ambition, & he's not going to let thomas be inhibited by outside or inside forces.
he'd push thomas towards his goals & carefully construct each lie, pick out the right words, & subtly slither past any obligations that would keep him from them, all the while constantly reassuring thomas they're doing the right thing.
in his best state, deceit is a subtle manipulator utilizing roman's passion, & logan's sound reasoning as a basis for why thomas should do things. patton's love for those around him and virgil's worry would be warped into a basis for why it would be okay to be deceptive.
"what if your friends get mad? you can't hurt their feelings!"
in his worse state deceit has the power to make everyone else do what he wants. amplifying roman's enthusiasm, skewing logan's reasoning, blinding patton's sense of morality, and silencing virgil. there's nothing to worry about, because nothing is wrong. now do as i say.
Disney Hero: Captain Jack Sparrow - (Pirates of the Caribbean) Disney Villain: Mother Gothel - (Tangled)

There is no such thing as western civilisation
The values of liberty, tolerance and rational inquiry are not the birthright of a single culture. In fact, the very notion of something called âwestern cultureâ is a modern inventionÂ
by Kwame Anthony Appiah
âBut hereâs the important point: it would not have occurred to Herodotus to think that these three names corresponded to three kinds of people: Europeans, Asians, and Africans. He was born at Halicarnasus â Bodrum in modern Turkey. Yet being born in Asia Minor didnât make him an Asian; it left him a Greek. And the Celts, in the far west of Europe, were much stranger to him than the Persians or the Egyptians, about whom he knew rather a lot. Herodotus only uses the word âEuropeanâ as an adjective, never as a noun. For a millennium after his day, no one else spoke of Europeans as a people, either.
Then the geography Herodotus knew was radically reshaped by the rise of Islam, which burst out of Arabia in the seventh century, spreading with astonishing rapidity north and east and west. After the prophetâs death in 632, the Arabs managed in a mere 30 years to defeat the Persian empire that reached through central Asia as far as India, and to wrest provinces from Romeâs residue in Byzantium.
The Umayyad dynasty, which began in 661, pushed on west into north Africa and east into central Asia. In early 711, it sent an army across the straits of Gibraltar into Spain, which the Arabs called al-Andalus, where it attacked the Visigoths who had ruled much of the Roman province of Hispania for two centuries. Within seven years, most of the Iberian Peninsula was under Muslim rule; not until 1492, nearly 800 years later, was the whole peninsula under Christian sovereignty again.
The Muslim conquerors of Spain had not planned to stop at the Pyrenees, and they made regular attempts in the early years to move further north. But near Tours, in 732CE, Charles Martel, Charlemagneâs grandfather, defeated the forces of al-Andalus, and this decisive battle effectively ended the Arab attempts at the conquest of Frankish Europe. The 18th-century historian Edward Gibbon, overstating somewhat, observed that if the Arabs had won at Tours, they could have sailed up the Thames. âPerhaps,â he added, âthe interpretation of the Koran would now be taught in the schools of Oxford, and her pulpits might demonstrate to a circumcised people the sanctity and truth of the revelation of Mahomet.â
What matters for our purposes is that the first recorded use of a word for Europeans as a kind of person, so far as I know, comes out of this history of conflict. In a Latin chronicle, written in 754 in Spain, the author refers to the victors of the Battle of Tours as âEuropensesâ, Europeans. So, simply put, the very idea of a âEuropeanâ was first used to contrast Christians and Muslims. (Even this, however, is a bit of a simplification. In the middle of the eighth century much of Europe was not yet Christian.)
Now, nobody in medieval Europe would have used the word âwesternâ for that job. For one thing, the coast of Morocco, home of the Moors, stretches west of Ireland. For another, there were Muslim rulers in the Iberian Peninsula â part of the continent that Herodotus called Europe â until nearly the 16th century. The natural contrast was not between Islam and the west, but between Christendom and Dar alâIslam, each of which regarded the other as infidels, defined by their unbelief.âÂ
âThere are many ways of embellishing the story of the golden nugget. But they all face a historical difficulty; if, that is, you want to make the golden nugget the core of a civilisation opposed to Islam. Because the classical inheritance it identifies was shared with Muslim learning. In Baghdad of the ninth century Abbasid caliphate, the palace library featured the works of Plato and Aristotle, Pythagoras and Euclid, translated into Arabic. In the centuries that Petrarch called the Dark Ages, when Christian Europe made little contribution to the study of Greek classical philosophy, and many of the texts were lost, these works were preserved by Muslim scholars. Much of our modern understanding of classical philosophy among the ancient Greeks we have only because those texts were recovered by European scholars in the Renaissance from the Arabs.
In the mind of its Christian chronicler, as we saw, the battle of Tours pitted Europeans against Islam; but the Muslims of al-Andalus, bellicose as they were, did not think that fighting for territory meant that you could not share ideas. By the end of the first millennium, the cities of the Caliphate of Cordoba were marked by the cohabitation of Jews, Christians, and Muslims, of Berbers, Visigoths, Slavs and countless others.
There were no recognised rabbis or Muslim scholars at the court of Charlemagne; in the cities of al-Andalus there were bishops and synagogues. Racemondo, Catholic bishop of Elvira, was Cordobaâs ambassador to the courts of the Byzantine and the Holy Roman empires. Hasdai ibn Shaprut, leader of Cordobaâs Jewish community in the middle of the 10th century, was not only a great medical scholar, he was the chairman of the Caliphâs medical council; and when the Emperor Constantine in Byzantium sent the Caliph a copy of Dioscoridesâs De Materia Medica, he took up Ibn Shaprutâs suggestion to have it translated into Arabic, and Cordoba became one of the great centres of medical knowledge in Europe. The translation into Latin of the works of Ibn Rushd, born in Cordoba in the 12th century, began the European rediscovery of Aristotle. He was known in Latin as Averroes, or more commonly just as âThe Commentatorâ, because of his commentaries on Aristotle. So the classical traditions that are meant to distinguish western civilisation from the inheritors of the caliphates are actually a point of kinship with them.
The term 'western culture' is surprisingly modern â more recent certainly than the phonograph
But the golden-nugget story was bound to be beset by difficulties. It imagines western culture as the expression of an essence â a something â which has been passed from hand to hand on its historic journey. The pitfalls of this sort of essentialism are evident in a wide range of cases. Whether you are discussing religion, nationality, race or culture, people have supposed that an identity that survives through time and space must be propelled by some potent common essence. But that is simply a mistake.â
....âSpain, in the heart of âthe west,â resisted liberal democracy for two generations after it took off in India and Japan in âthe east,â the home of Oriental despotism. Jeffersonâs cultural inheritance â Athenian liberty, Anglo-Saxon freedom â did not preserve the United States from creating a slave republic. At the same time, Franz Kafka and Miles Davis can live together as easily â perhaps even more easily â than Kafka and his fellow Austro-Hungarian Johann Strauss. You will find hip-hop in the streets of Tokyo. The same is true in cuisine: Britons once swapped their fish and chips for chicken tikka masala, now, I gather, theyâre all having a cheeky Nandoâs.
Once we abandon organicism, we can take up the more cosmopolitan picture in which every element of culture, from philosophy or cuisine to the style of bodily movement, is separable in principle from all the others â you really can walk and talk like an African-American and think with Matthew Arnold and Immanuel Kant, as well as with Martin Luther King and Miles Davis. No Muslim essence stops the inhabitants of Dar al-Islam from taking up anything from western civilisation, including Christianity or democracy. No western essence is there to stop a New Yorker of any ancestry taking up Islam.
The stories we tell that connect Plato or Aristotle or Cicero or Saint Augustine to contemporary culture in the north Atlantic world have some truth in them, of course. We have self-conscious traditions of scholarship and argumentation. The delusion is to think that it suffices that we have access to these values, as if they are tracks on a Spotify playlist we have never quite listened to. If these thinkers are part of our Arnoldian culture, there is no guarantee that what is best in them will continue to mean something to the children of those who now look back to them, any more than the centrality of Aristotle to Muslim thought for hundreds of years guarantees him an important place in modern Muslim cultures.âÂ

The Good Place Theory
The 4 humans will make a case for themselves, and humanity as a whole.
Last weekâs episode of The Good Place ended with the cast narrowly escaping the demons in The Bad Place Headquarters, with Micheal unfortunately being caught by Shawn and his guards. This episode greatly expanded upon the known universe of the show. It further explored the various rules in place that the demons must follow, as well as how little the humans understood about where they were now.
Now that the group is making it to the Judge, the case they will try to make is interesting to think about. They will most likely claim that they have become better thanks to Chidiâs efforts, but it might be too much to ask for them to be brought to the real Good Place. While there has been reference to the humansâ scores for the good deeds theyâve done, the audience has not been given indication of what any of the four scores are for the protagonists, or even how high a score would be needed to get to the Good Place. Possibly they might be allowed to join Mindy St. Clair in the Medium Place.
One of the pressing issues for them though is the fact that if they do make it to the Judge, then they would also be morally obligated to testify for the rest of humanity in the Bad Place. If the group is only making claims to save themselves, then any altruism would be tainted by that selfishness. Â This ideal was already presented at the end of the first season. When Elenor is trying to improve her score, she explains that it is pointless to try to make herself seem like a better person if her goal is to stay in the Good Place. So, once the group tries to testify that they have become better people in Michealâs âGood Placeâ in order to prove they arenât focusing on their own own self-preservation, the group will probably have to claim that everyone else in the Bad Place is possible of changing for the better.
From the first episode, even though there had been some doubts, the show has been showing how people can become morally better if they give an effort. Since the group knows the truth about the others in the Bad Place itâd be impossible to try to claim that they are the only ones to learn the error of their ways on earth. Now the group must try to convince the judge to change their entire protocols, using themselves as an example. There is a chance that they will use one of Kantâs lessons as an example, âHave the courage to use your own understanding,â instead of keeping things the same as they have been.
After the many twists that have come from the second season, there leaves much potential for how the season could end. Knowing that it has been renewed for another season, it does at least give hope that the worst case scenario wonât happen. Whatever is planned for the group of misfits, it is clear that the theme of human ethics will reach their peak during the finale.

Game to watch â Atletico Madrid v Chelsea âThere is no point dressing it up as something it was not. At this level it is rare to see such a lack of vibrant football, or so many occasions when passes are misplaced and two sides play with so little penetration.â And thus began the match report penned by The Guardianâs Daniel Taylor the last time this fixture was played in 2014. We have to hope for better than that stodgy 0-0 with Antonio Conte in the Chelsea dug-out rather than Jose Mourinho, Eden Hazard linking midfield and attack rather than the willing but limited Ramires, the on-form Alvaro Morata up front rather than the off-colour Fernando Torres, John Obi Mikel long gone and David Luiz in defence rather than set to spoiler mode in central midfield alongside the Nigerian. Chelsea began their European campaign against Qarabag but that was a phoney war; the real business begins here in the Wanda Metropolitano, which will host its first ever Champions League fixture. âIt seems like a Roman circus,â said Diego Simeone after the weekendâs win over Sevilla, and that may work in our (the viewersâ) favour. If they can create an atmosphere, Atletico Madrid and Chelsea may have no choice but to create a football match. With a list of potential participants including Koke, Alvaro Morata, Saul Niguez, Eden Hazard, Yannick Carrasco, NâGolo Kante and Antoine Griezmann, how can this match not deliver? And I donât want to hear any nonsense about Chelsea being very happy indeed to turn this into another 0-0 draw. Player to watch â Romelu Lukaku Two years ago, Manchester United laboured to a 1-1 draw with CSKA Moscow, with Wayne Rooney an isolated, lumbering presence up front. It was a typical Louis van Gaal performance, with Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin labouring in midfield, Ander Herrera struggling to make an impact in the No. 10 role and Jesse Lingard toiling enthusiastically but ultimately pointlessly on the right. United are a far, far better side in 2017 and nothing illustrates that greater than Romelu Lukakuâs goal-laden start to the season. It is worth noting again that for both club and country, he has scored in nine of ten matches this season, with only Leicester rendering him impotent. Right now he is clearing every obstacle put in front of him (even if some insist on crediting his strength rather than his finishing or creativity), though cynics will still point out that he is yet to play stellar opposition outside of the European Super Cup and a half-arsed Real Madrid. English clubs have traditionally struggled in Moscow, but four years ago Sergio Aguero scored twice in the Khimki Arena for Manchester City. Over to you, Romelu. Team to watch â Manchester City Well why wouldnât you? They have scored 27 goals in eight games this season and I think we can all agree that is sodding ridiculous. If Sergio Aguero (seven goals) doesnât get you, then Leroy Sane (5), Gabriel Jesus (5) or Raheem Sterling (5) just might. Of the seven players who have created more than three chances per 90 minutes of Premier League football this season, three of them are City players â the irrepressible David Silva, the sublime Kevin De Bruyne and the effervescent Sane. This weekâs visitors to the Etihad are Shakhtar Donetsk, and they could be in for an absolute hiding. Their last foray into the Champions League group stage saw them lose all three of their away games without scoring a single goal. 4-0? 5-0? 6-0? The general consensus might be that Manchester United have shown the pragmatism needed to win the Premier League title, but the team to watch in awe right now are Manchester City. Manager to watch â Jurgen Klopp âAfter a few games with no results or not the right results, you have to fight back. Thatâs what we did, now we can build on this,â said Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp after watching his side squeeze past Leicester on Saturday evening. It was not comfortable â and only a penalty save from Simon Mignolet preserved all three points â but it was a victory that stopped the four-game rot and moved the Reds to within goal difference of the top four. Crisis averted. Or at least until Liverpool kick off against a Spartak Moscow side who are marooned in Russian mid-table and are likely to be without top scorer Quincy Promes. If relegation-threatened Anzhi Makhachkala can go to Moscow and draw 2-2, then Liverpool really should be capable of going one better. And by âone betterâ, we really do expect them to win 3-2. We dare not dream of a first away clean sheet of the season, even though that may well be what it takes to remove almost all the pressure off the shoulders of the German. After all, he is usually a really good defensive coach. One-on-one battle to watch â Diego Godin v Alvaro Morata In six games against Diego Godin and Atletico Madrid for both Real Madrid and Juventus, Alvaro Morata has failed to score. He has been on the winning side three times â including the Champions League final of 2014 â but he is yet to personally get the better of the granite-faced Uruguayan. To be fair to the Spaniard, he has only started one of those games (and was marooned on the wing to make way for his nemesis Karim Benzema) but it is still an unenviable record that Morata will not be allowed to forget in the build-up to Wednesdayâs clash. Morata could not have picked a better time to absorb the confidence that must come with a first club hat-trick as he will be at the eye of a particularly unpleasant storm on Wednesday, with Atletico fans and players alike likely to be brutal with a former Real player, and comparisons with Diego Costa â in some kind of self-imposed limbo between the two clubs â front and central. Godin will relish the chance to prove that Chelsea have signed a meek victim to replace the school bully. European games to watch â Borussia Dortmund v Real Madrid, PSG v Bayern Munich We couldnât split these two games, so spoil yourselves and watch them both. On Tuesday itâs Borussia Dortmund (top of the Bundesliga) featuring free-scoring Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (eight in six in the Bundesliga) against a spluttering Real Madrid side who really could use a striker of his talents. The good news for Real Madrid is that they are away from the Bernabeu, which has been the venue for two humbling draws and one embarrassing defeat already this season. No wonder theyâre smiling⌠â #RMUCL We're off to Dortmund! ÂĄViajamos a Dortmund! pic.twitter.com/iTbR4wYq7F â Real Madrid C.F. (@realmadrid) September 25, 2017 This time last year, this fixture produced a thrilling 2-2 draw. In 2017, that simply will not be enough for Dortmund after losing to Tottenham at Wembley. And Arsene Wenger says that the group stage is not interesting anymoreâŚ(heâs generally right, but this one is a bona fide doozy). And on Wednesday, two genuine behemoths of the modern game meet in Paris. Itâs Neymar, itâs Robert Lewandowski, itâs Thiago v Thiago, itâs Carlo Ancelotti back in Paris and under pressure, itâs the old guard of Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben up against Kylian Mbappe and itâs a ridiculous obsession with who takes PSGâs penalties. If this does not give you the actual horn, then I am afraid we cannot be friends. Football League game to watch â Cardiff City v Leeds United First-placed Leeds. Third-placed Cardiff. Neil Warnock. No draws in the last eight clashes between the two. Expect goals. Expect fights. Expect at least one manager to be sent to the stands. The Maharishi Ayurveda Approach to Beauty and Skin Care
âEvery character is born best. Inferiority is a mistake of the mind, a cloud covering the mild. Dissolve the clouds by gazing a balanced lifestyles with healthy conduct. Nourish your thoughts and frame. Connect along with your personal internal self. Celebrate your very own magnificence and your beauty will always shine through.â -Dr. Rama Kant Mishra, famed Ayurvedic physician, and dermatologist
 The Three Pillars of Beauty
Maharishi Ayurveda (MAV), the modern-day, attention-primarily based revival of the historic Ayurvedic remedy subculture, considers authentic beauty to be supported by using three pillars; Outer Beauty, Inner Beauty, and Lasting Beauty. Only by way of improving all three are we able to attain the balanced nation of radiant fitness that makes each of us the maximum fulfilled and delightful man or woman we can be.
 Outer Beauty: Roopam
The outer symptoms of splendor â your skin, hair, and nails â are extra than just superficial measures of splendor. They are direct reflections of your basic fitness. These outer tissues are created through the inner physiological techniques involved in digestion, metabolism and proper tissue development. Outer beauty depends more on the strength of your digestion and metabolism, the great of your food plan, and the purity of your blood than on external cleansers and conditioners you can follow.
 General Recommendations for Outer Beauty
As we can discuss, the key to skin care is matching your food regimen and skin care habitual to the precise pores and skin type you have. Meanwhile, there are a few precious suggestions for lustrous pores and skin, hair, and nails in order to be useful to each person, regardless of skin kind.
 1. Diet: Without adequate nourishment, your collagen layer thins and a sort of losing takes location. Over time, your skin can shrivel up like a plant without water from lack of nourishment. To keep your pores and skin plump and sparkling:
 A. Eat clean, whole natural meals which can be freshly organized.
Avoid packaged, canned, frozen, processed meals and leftovers. These meals have a little nutritional fee and additionally, theyâre regularly poorly digested which creates impurities that localize inside the skin. The resulting buildup of pollution reasons irritation and blocks circulation depriving the skin of in addition nourishment and natural cleansing processes.
 B. Favor pores and skin nourishing foods.
Leafy inexperienced veggies contain vitamins, minerals (mainly iron and calcium) and are excessive in antioxidant properties. They nourish the skin and defend it from untimely aging.
Sweet juicy end result like grapes, melons, pears, plums and stewed apples at breakfast are excellent for the skin in nearly every body.
Beauty
Eat an extensive style of grains over exclusive food and try combined grain servings at breakfast and lunch. Add amaranth, quinoa, cous cous, millet and barley to the wheat and rice you already eat.
Favor mild, easy to digest proteins like legume soups (mainly yellow cut up mung dhal), whole milk, paneer (cheese crafted from boiling milk, adding lemon and straining solids) and lassi (diluted yogurt and spice beverages).
Oils like ghee (clarified butter) and organic, greater virgin olive oil need to be covered inside the food plan as they lubricate, nourish and create luster inside the skin. Use spices like turmeric, cumin, coriander, and black pepper to improve digestion, nourish the skin and cleanse it of impurities.
Avoid microwaving and boiling your greens. They lose as much as 85% in their antioxidant content while cooked in this manner. Steaming and sautĂŠing are nice. Caring for outer beauty thru knowledge of skin kind
Besides these popular guidelines, the important thing to Outer Beauty is to apprehend the distinction in pores and skin sorts so you can advantage the maximum benefit out of your individualized pores and skin care routine. MAV identifies three special pores and skin types based on which of the 3 important metabolic ideas (doshas)- present in every body, but to special tiers- is maximum dominant for your body.
  Vata Skin
 * Description: Vata is composed of the factors of air and area. If you have got a data pores and skin kind, your pores and skin will be dry, thin, excellent pored, delicate and cool to the touch. When balanced, it glows with a delicate lightness and refinement that is elegant and attractive. When data pores and skin is imbalanced, it will be susceptible to excessive dryness and might even be hard and flaky.
 * Potential troubles: The best splendor undertaking for Vata skin is its predisposition to symptoms of early getting old. Your skin can also generally tend to increase wrinkles in advance than the maximum because of its tendency to dryness and thinness. If your digestion isnât always in balance, your skin can start to look dull and grayish, even to your 20âs and 30âs. In addition, your pores and skin may additionally be predisposed for issues including dry eczema and skin fungus. Mental strain, inclusive of worry, worry, and absence of sleep, has a powerful debilitating effect on visa skin leaving it searching tired and useless.
 * Recommendations for care
With a little information, you may maintain and shield the delicate splendor of your data kind pores and skin. Since your pores and skin does no longer comprise a lot of moisture, stopping it from drying is the major consideration. Eat a heat, unctuous weight loss plan (ghee and olive oil are fine) and want sour, salty and candy tastes (naturally sweet like fruits, now not delicate sugar) as they balance data. Avoid drying ingredients like crackers. Drink 6-eight glasses of heat (no longer cold for data kinds!) water during the day and eat lots of candy, the juicy end result. Going to mattress early (earlier than 10 PM) could be very soothing to data and could have an enormously effective influence in your pores and skin. Avoid cleansing merchandise that dries the pores and skin (like alcohol-based cleansers) and perform Ayurvedic oil massage for your entire body (abhyanga) within the morning before you bathe.
 Pitta Skin.
 * Description: Pitta dosha is composed of the factors of hearth and water. If you have a pitta skin kind your pores and skin are fair, gentle, warm and of medium thickness. When balanced, your skin has a stunning, slightly rosy or golden glow, as though illuminated from inside. Your hair commonly is fine and directly, and is normally purple, sandy or blonde in coloration. Your complexion tends toward the purple or reddish, and there is often a copious quantity of freckles or moles.
skin
* Potential troubles: Among the many splendors demanding situations of pitta pores and skin sorts is your tendency to increase rashes, rosacea, zits, liver spots or pigment problems. Because of the large proportion of the hearth detail to your charter, your skin does no longer tolerate warmth or solar thoroughly. Of all of the three pores and skin types, pitta skin has the least tolerance for the solar, is photosensitive, and maximum likely to build up sun harm over time. Pitta skin is irritated by using emotional stress, specifically suppressed anger, frustration, or resentment.
 * Recommendations for care
Avoid excessive daylight, tanning treatments and incredibly heating therapies like facial or complete frame steams. Avoid hot, highly spiced meals and choose astringent, sour and sweet ingredients which balance pitta. (Again, evidently candy, no longer chocolate, and refined sugar!) The sweet juicy end result (mainly melons and pears), cooked vegetables and rose petal preserves are specifically precise. Drinking masses of water facilitates wash impurities from sensitive pitta pores and skin. Reduce outside or internal touch with synthetic chemical substances, to which your skin is specially susceptible to react, even in a delayed fashion after years of apparently uneventful use. Avoid skin products that are abrasive, heating or include synthetic colors or preservatives. Most business make-up manufacturers need to be averted in choose of strictly 100% natural aspect cosmetics. And make sure to get your emotional pressure under manage via masses of outside exercising, yoga and meditation.
 Kapha Skin.
 * Description: Kapha dosha consists of the factors of earth and water. If you have a Kapha skin kind your skin is thick, oily, smooth and cool to touch. Your complexion is a glowing porcelain whitish color, just like the moon, and hair usually thick, wavy, oily and darkish. Kapha skin kinds, with their extra generous collagen and connective tissue, are lucky to broaden wrinkles tons later in existence than data or pitta types.
*Potential troubles If your skin will become imbalanced, it could show up as enlarged pores, excessively oily pores and skin, moist varieties of eczema, blackheads, pimples or zits, and water retention. Kapha pores and skin is likewise extra at risk of fungal infections.
 * Recommendations for care
Kapha skin is greater vulnerable to clogging and desires extra cleansing than different pores and skin sorts. Be cautious to avoid greasy, clogging creams. Likewise, keep away from heavy, hard to digest meals like fried ingredients, fatty meats, cheeses and rich cakes. Eat greater light, smooth to digest, astringent, bitter and pungent (well-spiced) foods as they balance Kapha. Olive oil is the satisfactory cooking oil and a little ginger and lime juice can be taken before food to increase your normally gradual digestive fireplace. Take heat baths frequently and use mild cleansers to open the pores and skin pores. Avoid getting constipated and attempt to get some exercise every day to growth flow and assist purify the skin via the sweating system.
Inner Beauty: Gundam.
Happy, wonderful, loving, caring people have a unique beauty this is far extra than skin deep. Conversely, all of us experience the fast and deleterious effect on our pores and skin from fatigue and stress.
Inner beauty is real splendor, no longer the type that indicates on a made-up face, however, the kind that shines thru from your soul, your awareness or inner kingdom of being. Inner beauty comes from thoughts and coronary heart which can be in concord, no longer at odds with each different, inflicting emotional confusion, loss of confidence, stress, and worry. Inner peace is the foundation of outer beauty.
Ayurveda
Maintain your self-self belief and a warm, loving persona via being attentive to your life-style and daily routine and effective management of pressure (I notably advocate the TM technique for its scientifically-verified benefits on mental and physical health and decreased growing older.) You can also be more healthy and experience better thru the day in case you eat your most important meal at noon and make a dependancy of going to mattress early (by 10 PM is good.)
Remember, kindness, friendliness, and sincerity evidently appeal to human beings to you. On the alternative hand, being uptight or disturbing makes humans want to stroll the opposite way, irrespective of your facial shape, body weight, or other outer symptoms we associate with elegance.
 Lasting Beauty: Yayastyag
In order to slow the aging system and benefit lasting beauty, there are additional key considerations beyond the ones already mentioned,
 1. Eliminate pollutants and free radicals within the body:
The most important deteriorating results of getting older come as toxins and impurities (referred to as ama in Ayurveda) acquire throughout the body. These pollutants can also start as unfastened radicals in the frame, or over the years can also grow to be oxidized into free radicals, all of which make a contribution to premature growing older in the frame. For lasting health and beauty itâs miles crucial to keep away from and neutralize free radicals, to prevent impurities of a wide variety from amassing and to get rid of people who have already turned out to be lodged within the frame.
The most powerful cleansing remedy in Maharishi Ayurveda is âpanchakarmaâ therapy, a chain of herbal treatments preferably accomplished twice every year, that involves five-7 days in a row of rub down, warmth remedies and moderate natural enemas. Ayurveda emphasizes the significance of undergoing this cleansing program once or twice a yr to prevent impurities from collecting, localizing and hardening within the tissues. Just as we exchange the oil in our motors regularly for choicest overall performance and lifespan, Ayurveda recommends that we cleanse the âsludgeâ from our tissues on an ordinary foundation thru panchakarma treatments.
Best of all, panchakarma remedies are high priced, pleased, and make your experience (and appearance) absolutely rejuvenated in only a few days time. I actually have had many an affected person who informed me that pals requested them afterward if they had gotten a facelift, they seemed so sparkling and youthful!
Other free radical busters consist of: reducing intellectual pressure, consuming antioxidant meals like leafy green vegetables, sweet, juicy fruits and cooking on an every day basis with antioxidant, detoxifying spices like turmeric and coriander.
 2. Add rejuvenation techniques to every day dwelling:
The day by day activities of lifestyles inside the modern international systematically put on us down and speed up the getting old technique. Ayurveda maintains itâs far important to practice day by day rejuvenation regimens to counteract the demanding wear and tear of normal existence. According to Ayurveda, the most critical rejuvenating exercises to your life are:
Going to the mattress with the aid of 10:00 PM. This easy dependancy is one of the most powerful strategies for fitness and sturdiness, according to MAV.
Meditate daily. Any meditation that does not contain awareness (which has been proven to growth tension) may be very beneficial. I notably endorse the two times-daily deep rest and enlivenment of the Transcendental Meditation (TM) approach, whose advantages were proven with the aid of over seven-hundred posted research.
Eat organic, complete fresh food this is freshly organized. There is an Ayurvedic saying: âWithout proper weight loss program. Medicine is of no use. With a proper weight-reduction plan, medication is no want.â Be certain to keep away from those leftovers, processed and microwaved meals for better nutrition and vitality.
Perform Ayurvedic oil rub down inside the morning (abhyanga). Morning oil rubdown purifies the entire body, reduces anxiety and stress, facilitates prevent and heal injuries and helps circulation. It is specially helpful in creating a radiant complexion and retaining your pores and skin younger. Research shows it could also assist prevent skin cancers.
Practice yoga asanas. Maintaining flexibility and stream is prime to health.
Practice pranayama (yoga breathing) techniques. Pranayama enlivens the thoughts and frame. Ideally, exercise the subsequent series two times an afternoon. Asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Summary
Everyoneâs unique splendor shines forth after they have radiant fitness and personal happiness. Beauty is a facet effect of a balanced, fulfilled life. Supreme personal splendor is on the market to anyone who is inclined to take greater manage of their fitness of their daily existence through time-examined concepts of herbal residing.
For a maximum of us, splendor isnât always a gift, however, a preference. Every woman can be radiantly beautiful in reality by way of beginning to lead a more healthy lifestyles. You will be rewarded by means of the glowing effects you will see in your mirror each day and the effective, bliss-producing impact your special beauty has on every person to your existence.
