Tajima x Sumi

With Kanks, it’s more of an enemies to lovers and lots of revenge prancing of each other. She also gets the added bonus benefit of brother in law Gaara (her sweet new bestie after the war) and sister in law Temari. Kankuro doesn’t let her get away with her princess act because he knows she can handle things herself and it’s just funny to see her grumbling about having to do it herself

With Itama it’s more of friends to lovers with trauma and learning how to trust each other’s judgement when it comes to fights. Plus bestie Mito and Senju fun🖤

Gou wakes up to a jump scare worthy puppet holding a bouquet of flowers and the rudest and sweetest card ever. Kankuro would get his own little surpise in the form a card full of heart confetti/glitter (even his puppets have this surpise) and his face paint has been replaced with red and pink options. Basically they are being romantic while also intentionally annoying/prankish the other because they know that the other is going to try and win. By dinner, and many pranks later, they usually settle into being really sweet with each other after they laugh about their day.

Hanabi x Yuuta 💐

Very lowkey as they are fwb BUT lowkey with Yuuta means the biggest floral arrangement. Literally a rooms worth of flowers in the Hyuga compound. Hanabi’s quick thinking could help cover it up as a “I ordered it because… I thought it would be nice to do for the clan. Yes 👀”
