I have this semi-headcanon that Strike and Kana aren't allowed to be left alone for a mission cause they're too chaotic (it's like letting Ahsoka and Harscase together alone, bad idea)

So they have to be supevised by a "responsible adults", wich is like, Rew, Digla, Dee and Nyx at most...

One day the 377th and the 501st have to work together and Anakin and Kana are in disagreement. So Kana just hands him a piece of paper with a photo of Kravhenn on it and it's written : "She can do what she wants, fuck the council." And Anakin is utterly and completly baffled, because "ME!? A COUNSIL MEMBER?! YOU COME INTO MY HOUSE!! AND YOU CALL ME A MEMBER OF THE JEDI COUNSIL?!"

Kana stole a sweater from Kravhenn (they actually let her keep it, but she doesn know that) but it had four sleeves so she had to cut them. But then it had holes in it so she had to sew tissue to feel them up. But it's not the same shade as the rest of sweater, like it's the same color but a bit lighter. And also she sucks at sewing so it's really ugly.

And I feel like Ryley and Crash used to mock her about it...

A lil post order 66 Kana snippet (bit of a spoiler ig?)

"And what have you been doing? Nothing, you left and you ignored us (you ignored me). There she was again, angry. She'd always get back to that emotion. She'd always get back to saying things bluntly because of it, back to not looking into details and hurting others.

- Then go and save your little political system, I'll save my family." And with those words Kana stood up and putted her mask back on before leaving.

I love Kana and Paloma's dynamic, because contrarly to many Master/Padawan duos they don't have a parent/child relationship, they're sisters and Po'll is there beloved dad

I think one of the reasons Kana feels like she needs to live up to peoples "expectations" and "make them proud" is probably about how she was treated as a kid

She's been at the temple since she was what? A week old? It's all she's known. And let's be honest jedi's aren't used to very young kids, like they only get the younglings at a certain age, not from birth

So I feel like they would just... Give her jobs to do, of course stuff a child can do, but still. And also since she's been here since forever she probably knew more things than other younglings just arriving (wich also explains why they kinda casted her apart)

What I'm trying to say is that Kana is a bit of a burned out special (wich let's be honest many jedis are) but also never really got attention and emotional care, AND ALSO we know kids working isn't exactly goid for them...

So she's a triple win (add to that different traumatic events from the war and her two contacts with her people and I think you can understand the kind of mindset she's in post order 66...)

Ok so Kana never really wore the iconic Jedi Cape (she didn't really like it) she wore it when she was young (at Kravhenn's demand), when she was cold or on missions where she needed to be discreet

However! Post Order 66 Kana does wear a jedi cape!

And I was wondering why (other than the hidding cause she's a jedi thing, beside her mask already servers that purpose) and I came up with more angst-

So it's implied that after order 66 she went to find Kravhenn and found there corpse (she has there lightsabers for an exemple) so the idea is that she now wears her masters cape cause it feels like that way they're always with them
