Every year, the Senior Citizens Corner at Tampines Blk 465 would organise a steamboat dinner on Chap Goh Meh, the 15th and last day of the lunar new year celebrations. The #KampungSpirit is still alive and burning in Tampines! Really glad to have met residents from Blks 464 and 468 on Wed evening. I could tell that the neighbourly bonds are strong and residents took great pride in beautifying their surroundings. Some of them are so close-knit, I mistook two different households who were warmly chatting with one another to be from the same family!
