Final thoughts:

I’m convinced that Oda used this chapter specifically to answer the question of where everyone was, considering he showed so many different perspectives.

I can’t complain though. We got Onemine. We got Hiki. What else do you need?

As if that wasn’t already enough, we (and Lily) got some more Yama x Naka crumbs. Thanks muchly for that, Oda. You have my gratitude.

The stuff with Kamera Mantaro was pretty great too. I like him. I’ll use him in my fic for sure when the time comes. I already have a role in mind.

I’m really looking forward to seeing what Hiki and her friends get up to. They’re so adorable. I am eager for when Komi and Hiki become friends. She should become friends with Aoi too while she’s at it, since she’s already friends with her big sister.

Also, I totally fucking called Aoi being Netsuno’s sister.

I wasn’t expecting Gashadokuro to pop up, since Kometani had said that he was a figment of Komi, Manbagi, and Tadano’s imaginations. Maybe they heard his name somewhere and imagined a completely different person? Idk. At any rate, it was a nice callback to chapter 240 where his name was first mentioned.

The thing with Suteno mistaking Katai for Komi never fails to amuse me. Suteno really outdid himself this time by mistaking Tadano for a girl. Can’t really blame him though, since Tadano has made a habit out of cross dressing. He’s even done so while walking around with Katai as if they’re on a date (chapter 224)... I wonder if the misunderstanding will ever be cleared up. Either way, it’s funny.

I am left wondering though... What is Otori up to? She keeps disappearing. Is she the secret Ace up year 3′s sleeves?!

I have a feeling she’s going to do something important soon... It’s going to be all over when she finally opens her eyes.
