In my version/au he devouted his life to working for the Speedwagon Foundation as they were the ones who helped him back up. He comes to Morioh with Joseph as a suprise for Jotaro and to help him with the investigations.

probably the only time i'll draw jotakak . take it with no explanation actually adding an explanation cus i dont think ppl get it. few things overwhelm jotaro but this does and you know when u get autistically overwhelmed and scream at someone for no reason. yea
