Danganronpa Rebirth - Voice Actor Headcanons.

So here’s the latest update of this little series on my blog where I assign official voice actors to characters that don’t have them. Today we’re doing another Fanganronpa, Danganronpa Rebirth.

Now as per usual, I need to point out a few things.

This is NOT CANON. These are HEADCANONS and are unofficial. It’s just a hypothetical situation. If the characters were voiced, this is who I imagine would voice them.

I am aware of RebirthVoices being a thing, and this post is not to besmirch them or their work or effort. This is just a hypothetical cast that Chunsoft would probably hire assuming Rebirth was actually a canon game in the series.

I did the same thing with other fangans in the past, SDRA2 and Blowback. Check those out if you’re interested.

This series ended up becoming a lot more popular than I initially thought, so I’m just gonna keep up the apparent good work. So without further ado, I hope you enjoy my ideas. Or don’t. Your choice.

Sure, her poems talked about falling in love, but that was what she thought it would be like

She entered her first year of high school, same as ever

Everything changed when she was shoved against a locker by a third year student

As they were about to punch her, it was too much for her to take so she lost consciousness (poor baby :( 🐰)

She woke up in the nurse’s office next to someone else wearing a first-year uniform

They introduced eachother and talked for a bit until they both had to go back to class

Nico felt her chest begin to warm up,,she never felt like this??

They slowly but surely became extremely close friends,,but that wasn’t enough

Nico felt safe around Maiko,,no one targeted her with her around

Maiko liked having Nico around too,,

Nico knew she had to let her feelings out somehow,,

She wrote a poem expressing how she felt

As she was heading to Maiko’s locker to give it to her,,

She passed by an empty classroom with Maiko and Saiji on an impromptu “date”

Nico felt something inside, but didn’t know what, exactly

She felt so fucking betrayed.

She knew what she had to do.

Sneaking her grandfather’s switchblade into her pocket, she asked to talk to Saiji,,,

Alone

“Good afternoon Nico, what would you like to..”

He couldn’t finish

I mean, you can’t talk with a slit throat!

She kept stabbing and stabbing and slitting and cutting him

She didn’t bother cleaning up the scene, she had someone to meet up with!
