Music: It’s Alright by Mother Mother

Thoughts: this is genuinely one of my Al time favorite AMVs and so it was an obvious choice for the first pick. This is genuinely one of the best AMV creators I’ve ever seen so yeah.

It’s a great AMV the song fits the characters so well and from a purely technical standpoint this is masterfully edited. The rising emotion is conveyed so oooo well and the editing and storytelling, especially at the last bit. Is geniunly so amazing. I’m trying not to be very specific because I do think it’s something you need to experience to really get. But yeah this AMV does MP100 and its characters justice and I swear even if you’ve never watched a single frame of MP100 you will enjoy this. Mainly due to the parallel with autism.

In fact, there is almost unanimous agreement in the anime community in question that Kageyama is autistic, and he is the speaker of the song.

pov: hopelessly in love with kageyama tobio (a yachi hitoka pov)

Yachi convinced herself for the umpteenth time, wearing a sad smile as he held her hand while they walked under the snowy night. Everything was fine; this was just regular Kageyama Tobio, you know, her boyfriend who's so into volleyball and it's his number one priority.

She couldn't fault him for being such a hardworking player. He deserved it; but it didn't mean she wasn't hurting.

I love you, she wanted to tell him as she admired his back for a few minutes, I love you and it's killing me that you don't feel the same as I do.

Now that she's an adult, looking back to that certain snowy moment, maybe she should've let him speak his mind at least. After all, when they broke up, she just decided it was for the best and they should just stay as friends and act normal so the team won't be worried about them.

Then again, he didn't say anything. He was just quiet when he agreed.

She sighed in annoyance.

Loving him will kill me one day.

On the other side of the world was Kageyama, sitting by his windowsill as he watched the snowfall, the memories reeling back with the way her hand felt warmth and how he was internally anticipating that night to be with her even though he had a hard time conveying it. Maybe, deep down, that was the root cause of it all--his lack of communication that only cut her deep until she decided to just speak her mind.

"Tobio, just what am I to you?"

And the more he thinks about her, the more the song in the radio made sense to him.

"All my mornings are Mondays stuck in an endless February. I took the miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporary. And I love you, it's ruining my life."
