it means so much to me that so much of the canadian nt is first or second generation immigrants. for the world cup, there were 7 first gen immigrants and 12 second gen immigrants, which is 19 out of 26 team members. im not a first or second gen immigrant, but so much of this country is and these players chose canada! conditions for immigrants are FAR from perfect here, but im glad our men’s nt reflects the diversity in canadian culture. idk it’s so important i think
