Miraculously, no one dies.

Not so miraculously, they don’t shipwreck on a Costa Rican beach. The vegetation and humidity here are similar enough to that of Isla Nublar that for a moment Ben wonders if they somehow managed to make one big circle and end up right back where they started. 

But the beach is hopelessly vacant of docks and stretches on for miles, lined on one side by a smattering of jagged rocks and on the other by a bright green spill of jungle. Beyond the jungle is a fold of mountains bulging against the sky, a stark contrast to the lone peak of Mt. Sibo on Isla Nublar. 

Which means this can’t be Isla Nublar. 

As he scrambles up the sand and away from the harsh surf, he tries to remember the maps he’d studied before the trip. Jurassic World, Isla Nublar, a lone island off the coast of Costa Rica. There’s nothing between Isla Nublar and Costa Rica to the North or East and going too far West would strand them in the Pacific. They must’ve gotten turned around and gone South, in the exact opposite direction of Costa Rica. 

“Kenji!” Ben shouts half mad, half wild.

It’s unfair of him to pin the blame on Kenji rather than whoever put Kenji in charge, but he’s the one who lost the compass and got them turned around. So much for yacht experience. 

Kenji’s head pokes up from where he’s sprawled on the sand looking like a dead starfish. “Look man, I know this isn’t great-”

“Isn’t great?” Ben laughs mirthlessly. “Isn’t great? We’re going to die because of you!”

“Ben,” Sammy rushes forward on her hands and knees and grabs his shoulder. “It’s not his fault. It was an accident.”

“He was careless,” Ben insists. “And now we’re shipwrecked on an island we definitely won’t survive on.”

Everyone goes silent. Even Sammy, who usually braves things with a smile, turns ashen. It’s an unspoken fact that Ben is the survivalist of the group, and if he sees the situation as hopeless, then it must be so. 

“We can’t just give up,” Darius says. “If we can just get our bearings-”

“You don’t get it,” Ben groans in exasperation. “There were supplies on Isla Nublar. Food, shelter, weapons. We survived because InGen tamed the island. Here we have nothing.”

“That’s not true,” Sammy says. “A few cans washed up-”

“That’s not enough!” Ben snaps. 

“Ben,” suddenly Yaz is at his side. “Cut it out. I’d rather not spend my last few hours alive listening to you babble about how screwed we are.”

That shuts him up. He hadn’t expected anyone to agree outright with his pessimism. He’s used to their exhausting optimism and refusal to believe that things won’t turn out all right in the end. But when he turns to look at her, all he sees is the slight tremble of her lips. 

Oh. 

He glances around. Everyone is waterlogged, downcast, and exhausted. They certainly don’t need him to tell them what’s already glaringly obvious. 

They’re going to die.

I'm sure that many people are going to disagree with me but personally I think that post-Chaos Theory season 2 events Kenji and Brooklynn shouldn't get back together (and it's probably been a long time coming event).

And I have an explanation.

Before any of you bring out your pitch forks - yes, I admit, I was never a big fan of brookenji BUT I understand how they could have developed feelings for each other. Spending so much time together, relying on each other every day, sharing semi-similar experiences prior-Isla Nublar, not to mention simple attraction - those are all valid reasons as to why they could have fallen in love. And, hear me out, I think that their relationship worked well for as long as they tangibly experienced the aftermaths of Isla Nublar/Mantah Corp Island on the Main Land.

What do I mean by that? When you are going through an experience with someone, especially a traumatic experience, you may still kind of feel rooted in that experience even once it ends. It doesn't necessarily mean stagnation - during that time you can develop as a person, and gather new experiences, but a part of you is still living as if it expects to go back to the old ways. That means that you still follow a similar routine, cultivate the same habits, or keep up the same mindset.

However, as time progresses, you naturally move on. Kenji and Brooklynn could still have experienced some side-effects of living on dino-infected island but their minds moved on and started "settling" on the Main Land. Now that on its own - is not a problem. The problem (well, part of it) is that their threads of development started to stray apart. And I want to emphasize here - it is no one's fault, it is a natural occurrence.

By the end of jwcc S5 and in the first season of jwct, we can clearly notice how it is important for Kenji to have something (and someone) to anchor in. That is not surprising at all - he was a mostly neglected child, who saw a hero in his father but who found a real family in his friends. Perhaps that was his first real experience of a family. Naturally, because of that, "family" suddenly (compared to pre-jwcc Kenji) has a whole different value for him, he starts to associate family with new things like safety, mental comfort, stability, and proximity. We see it not only in how he treats Darius in the finale of jwcc S5 but in how, despite it all, he stays in close proximity to Daniel Kon in jwct S1 - because yes, he (probably subconsciously) extended some of these new aspects of a newly discovered "family" even to Daniel. This explains even better his very emotional reaction to Daniel's death - losing a member of a family is almost like a taboo in Kenji's concept of "family". Staying alive was the top priority on Isla Nublar, being alive together was what made the Nublar 6 family real and safe.

I think, to some extent, a member of a family dying itself Kenji almost treats like an act of betrayal (remember that his mother also died when he was a child).

And now we have Brooklynn who not just dies but fakes dying. And Kenji hates deceit - especially after he was lied to by his own father - a member of his "original" family. And here we have Brooklynn - a member of the found family doing the same thing but even worse. She had her reasons, and her reasons are justified, but the justification of something isn't enough to rebuild a shattered core value / core belief for someone else. Listen, Brooklynn can be forgiven but it doesn't mean that Kenji will be able to restore what they had. Like physically and mentally it may actually be impossible for him.

Now it's time for Brooklynn's side.

Brooklynn is a very interesting character on her own because there's one thing that is unchangeable about her and it's the fact that she likes being independent. She was basically a solo internet superstar who was used to doing things on her own throughout her whole life. Now, it doesn't mean that she doesn't need friends or that she can accomplish everything on her own - no, and throughout jwcc (and I predict that jwct is going to make a point out of it too) she learns how to reach out for help and how to help others. She's a good friend - even her motivations in jwct are deeply rooted in the fact that she is just a really incredible friend. But! That is not the only catalyst for her motivations. She is also ambitious and, like I said earlier, very independent. Both of these are very strong, often dominant traits that heavily define her actions. And listen - those are also traits that for a very long time granted her success and, what's more important, self-satisfaction. To put it plainly: it makes her happy when she can solve mysteries, track suspicious leads, uncover secrets - it has always been her thing! And it obviously makes her happy to this day - maybe it's not as carefree happiness but I believe that it's just a more adult version of the same "emotional high". And not only does it make her happy - she's also incredibly good at it.

It doesn't mean that for Brooklynn the Sense of Adventure is more important than family and friends, it just means that stability is not the value she has as much space for as Kenji does. Because for Kenji, whose whole life centers around creating a solid concept of family and home, a sense of safety and stability is a key value, Brooklynn on the other side is always ready to be on the move, she anticipates dynamism from the world. And that's why Kenji, who's slower and more anxious (even if he doesn't voice it out openly!) to accept changes, doesn't quite keep up with her lifestyle.

Post leaving Isla Nublar, the campers (including Kenji and Brooklynn) started developing in new ways - they picked up new traits, gained new experiences, and started figuring out what works best for them. In my opinion, Kenji's life led him to the point where he had to quite physically sculpt his life on his own for the first time and this process takes years. It doesn't mean that he's boring or, god forbid, lazy - it means that as a person in so many ways shaped by a changing concept of family, he needs to build a house for himself - mostly metaphorically. Only recently he started rock-climbing, and found out that he loved it - that's amazing but he needed time and a proper state of mind to figure it out. We can only guess how the rest of his life unfolds but I tentatively predict that some kind of stability - being able to turn around and see the person you love always there and will always reassure you - will be a core value for him. Brooklynn, with a different personality type, clearly picked up some parts of her life that she had before Isla Nublar. She didn't have to build everything from scratch and, ergo, doesn't value the "building" itself as much as Kenji. None of them are wrong in their mindset, in what they value. But having a different mindset makes it much much harder to reach a common ground in a relationship.

And I'm temporarily putting aside that Brooklynn betrayed Kenji on so many levels and basically broke his heart - in a way, I would argue that (though I feel like she was too harsh when she was talking about it with Darius) Brooklynn could also feel as if Kenji hurt her by not giving her enough credit and space which probably was uncomfortable for her because she is, as we established, very independent. So both of them hurt each other in different aspects for sure (this post doesn't aim to put blame on any of them), but the thing is that I think they just grew up to be different people with different needs.

And that's okay.

(I'm sure some of you are going to be mad either way but I just wanted to share my point of view)

*JWCT SPOILERS* very messy first thoughts

OH BOY here we go

-ben and darius's dynamic was epic. the hug. the roadtrip scenes. "is your friend okay?" "no 😊". ben getting darius out of his isolation cabin and darius grounding him in ep2. the parallels with s3ep7. "you kiss your mother with that mouth?" i'm gonna be thinking about that scene for days. their ship is still a swim to me but please they better keep whatever the fuck they have going on in s2 because it's fucking wonderful

-i love that they took the chance to give more light to duos we didn't see much in jwcc. teamups we didn't often see like ben and sammy, THE B-DUO, and darius and sammy got very special moments here

-the amount of pictures/videos from the six years in between??? the brooklynn flashbacks??? we were so well fed

-BRAND!!!!!! i got so happy when i heard him the first episode, he's clearly been checking on his brother and i'm glad he's ok

-bowman family FEAST. brand and darius talking over the phone. the pictures on the cabin. kenji saying he calls mrs. bowman once a week and all the nice things he said about her. the whole mess between kenji and darius. "we're brothers, right?" i died dead. i love this family your honor

-sammy. she's got so much going on and we desperately need to talk about it. i'm so worried about her, she's desperately trying to avoid confronting what happened with brooklynn, with yaz and her own trauma, and then they casually dropped on us that her family isn't speaking to her and never elaborated on that?? sammy, who's love and care for her family was her biggest motivation in jwcc?? i need to know what happened because it must've been big

-mateo!! i liked him a lot, he definitely doesn't want to get into any of this mess but still dabbles around a bit to help the kids, which i respect. also i hope we get to meet his daughter hiraya, she sounds really cool

-MS MICROBANGS (or the handler, or whatever name we're calling her). what is her deal. who is she working for. she's so uncanny, literally almost robotic i need to know more about her

-brookenji over i cheered. don't take this personally i've never been a fan of this ship and a part of me knew they weren't going to last long

-the animation increased in quality so much. the scene after ben, yaz and sammy get out of the sinking van is so well done it's so pretty to look at. and the t-rex with the explosion behind her? it reminds me so much of toro in the tunnels in s1ep8, and i haven't tested this out but i feel like if you put them one next to the other the improvement would be so noticeable.

-also related to the point above: that thing when a character's eyes start filling up with tears but they don't cry just yet? 10/10. chef's fucking kiss

-sure jwct has the same tv-y7 rating as jwcc, but from minute 1 it's obvious it's not the same audience they're talking to. it's not a big change in tone, like for example adventure time/distant lands/fionna and cake, but it's there, you can tell they know it's not little kids watching anymore

-BUMPY IS HAVING A BABY BUMPY IS A MOM NOW they had me shit scared for her and then they pulled a freaking egg my heart was literally pounding. anyways i hope they get both bumpy and the egg somewhere safe and that they name the new anky "speckles" (i've gotten so attached to that name in the last 24 hours it's insane)

-YASAMMY THE QUEENS THAT YOU ARE. their relationship was stellar this season, i was scared when i saw that they were apart but their issues felt organic to their relationship and i just love how they were written in the show, they are still so in love with each other and i can't wait to see where they go next season. they're everything to me

-yeah they were apart for half the season but. benji crumbs. the egg cradle scene. kenji helping ben after he got hit with the stun gun. basically all they did was act like they knew each other but idc. we are so back.

-the brooklynn reveal was... meh?? it could've been more rewarding if they waited until s2 to reveal she's still alive, but at least i hope they take their time before reuniting her with the rest of the camp fam. also i can't believe ppl even guessed what arm she was going to lose y'all have prophetic powers or smth

-bringing daniel back to kill him the same episode was an insane move btw. i would've normally complained but it's all worth it for causing the panic attack scene in ep7. kenji's reaction felt so genuine, i'm forever in awe at how well this show writes grief and trauma

-i'm so conflicted about darius's confession. i like dinostar, but i feel like it wasn't needed for darius to be in love with brooklynn to explain the voicemails and the way he was dealing with her death. she was one of his closest friends, his grief made sense even with them being platonic. on the other hand, i love how he admitted it to kenji and the fact they didn't turn it into a huge fight between them; also, "i didn't know i could even feel that way" aroace/acespec darius truthers never lose

-maybe it's just that i need to rewatch, but i'm lost as to where they're going next season?? i know they're getting on a boat but where does that go?? what are they trying to do?? there's so much happening my head is spinning

-ben... he kind of felt like the comic relief for most of the show, the first episodes showed him as being really paranoid again and struggling with being alone, but halfway through the season they just sort of forgot about it?? idk something was off

-bring back kenji's old latin spanish va idk who this guy is but that is not kenji i can't do this. i'll survive the loss of ryan potter but i won't survive this

anyways yeah i think those are most of my uncooked thoughts, overall i really liked the season, i can't believe we got to see the kids again this is still so unreal to me

You posted about it but I’d love to know why Brooklynn being alive why it’s cool why you love it! Cause I love it and I feel like it was so smart what they did

Okay so funny story actually, going into Chaos Theory I was fully in the camp that Brooklynn should be actually dead and not have a fake out death and I guess in a way I still carry these sentiments whenever I reflect on CT season 1. This isn’t to say I don’t love Brooklynn because I really do, but I’ve already elaborated on why I think her actually dying would’ve allowed them to still create any interesting plot point here. While her being alive wasn’t really a shock to me the more I reflect on it, the more I like the decision they made. At first I wasn’t really a big fan of it, because JWCC and CT have abused the fake out death frequently so her being alive didn’t really feel like a proper twist and more like something that was inevitable. Aside from the reveal falling somewhat flat (at least for me) I think the plot points that they can do with Brooklynn are so endless that I’ve grown to love the decision. Sure I would’ve preferred her being dead (pains me to actually write it 😭) but she has so much potential to grow as a character. I feel like in JWCC her plot points often revolved around other people rather than herself (I.e. the conflict with Yaz/Sammy, her relationship with Kenji, her friendship with Darius) where as in JWCT we’re finally getting insight on her and how she functions (my neurodivergent low empathy queen). She’s finally able to be her own character and have plot points focused on her and her growth (or rather intentional regression) as a character (That also plays a part into why I don’t want her to end up with anybody at the end of CT, but that’s for another day). Overall I just can’t wait to see what they do with her and hopefully they stick the landing with her character in the end!

(Sorry for the long response, I just have a lot of thoughts when it comes to Brooklynn’s character)

THE INTRO TOOK ME OUT. i’ve literally envisioned what the newscasts/interviews about the nublar six would be like after their return and AUUUGHHHH. “we survived because we had each other” YEA YEA YEA THAT’S IT THAT’S MY FUCKING THESIS FOR THE ENTIRE SERIES SUMMED UP IN A SENTENCE I’M. INSANE. ohhhh i teared up seeing all the kids again, and ben giving the peace sign that’s my boy that’s my fucking son boy 😭😭😭

darius living in an isolated cabin with extensive DIY perimeter warning system and reacting to unexpected visitors with the business end of an electronic prod MY BELOVED. he is traumatized and i’m so so here for it. part of my issue with the epilogue at the end of jwcc was how… well-adjusted they all seemed but of course that was just a BRIEF snapshot to their current lives. i don’t think anyone could go thru what they did and just move on with their lives completely unaffected.

BEN…. either he responded to his trauma by completely immersing himself in gym culture, like many teenage boys, or his work on manta corp island with mae has involved lots of manual labor bc GODDAMN HE GOT BIG. i can’t say i’m a huge fan of his design, i actually prefer the jwcc epilogue ben, but at least they fixed his eyes. and ben and darius have always been one of my fave duos so i will take them in any capacity. even with chad!ben 😔

but the premise has me SO excited. as thrilling and compelling as classic dinosaur danger is, the real villain of the jurassic park franchise has always been humans. human greed, human cruelty. the commodification of science, disrespect of natural law and order, disregard for safety and due diligence. so seeing they’re being targeting by a mysterious someone (daniel???) in a thriller-type story, while dinosaurs ALSO HAPPEN TO BE RUNNING AROUND, has me PUMPED. it’s very in-line with jwcc’s theming so it should feel like a natural continuation.

animation looks about on-par with the first show, and it’ll be neat to see new backgrounds/settings. no hints of any new characters yet, and while it seems like darius and ben’s goal is to warn the other campers, not sure how much we’ll actually get to see of them. sadly i cannot fathom jenna ortega returning to voice brooklyn, she’s been rocketed to an entirely different level thanks to wednesday. i wouldn’t be opposed to a recast if they could make it believable. and GOD i’d love more yasammy to make an appearance 🙏

i’ve noticed jurassic fans love to criticize camp cretaceous for things that other jurassic content they love also has??

like “the kids have too much plot armor there’s no way they would all survive that long.” but it’s ok when eric kirby survives alone for months on sorna? or when ian malcolm’s daughter kills a raptor with gymnastics?

“the mind control is dumb.” girl the mind control is literally in dominion and fallen kingdom and some of the old jp video games.

“it’s for kids!” it’s literally just as much for kids as every other jurassic movie except maybe the first. and why would that make it any worse? seriously do you not realize how much goes into to making these movies as marketable as possible? half the movies just feel like excuses for new figures and plushies. camp cretaceous embraces the childlike wonder the series is built on but is written for everyone. there’s plenty for adults to enjoy calm down.

they just like to say it’s bad because it’s animated. i feel like a majority of vocal jurassic fans are just like 40 yr old guys who just want to watch cgi dinosaurs fight and hear chris pratt affirm their toxic masculinity. jwcc is so good and has so much heart but they’d never know.

I know you’re a Dinostar truther and I was wondering how did you feel at the reveal this season? For me first watch it shocked me and I was overwhelmed but then on rewatch the idea was so good for angst. How did you feel this added to his character cause tbh Darius and Brooklynn had the most chemistry in general lol

HII assuming this is who I think it is, hopefully I'm answering all your questions you've left in my replies with this one hehe.

So since jwcc, I've been a fan of the gyrosphere pairings just generally, to the point it seemed really out of left field when they made Kenji and Brooklynn a thing bc Darius and Brooklynn always had a lot of chemistry imo! They clearly cared a lot about each other, and not to say Brooklynn/Kenji is a bad pairing or anything - I've certainly warmed up to it bc they were cute tbh - but establishing Darius' feelings in the way they did was a realistic conclusion to the tension set up by the story leading up to the reveal. It didn't feel love triangle-y in the slightest, and Darius being Darius , he didn't even want to tell anyone about his feelings because it made him feel guilty. These are all logical conclusions for the characters based on what we know about them. My reaction at the reveal was a little something like turning to my mom next to me and going CALLED IT! which is a great feeling to have as a fan who's extremely observant of what's going on in a show. Now that Brooklynn is confirmed to be alive, I'm a little worried there will be drama between Kenji and Darius and Brooklynn will be put in a position to choose between two people she really cares about, and THAT concerns me. I don't want to see that drive the camp fam apart..

JWCC Characters' Daemons

Brooklynn: 

Brooklynn, out of everyone, is interesting. Since we see her putting on a persona throughout the first season, not really knowing who she is at her core and doing whatever she can for external validation (followers, likes, etc) from her fans. 

This is why I see her settling young. She was put in a position of being seen in the publics’ eyes and their scrutiny at an extremely influential age thus I think her daemon showed what other people wanted her to be more than what she was. 

She fake-settled for the camera at an extremely young age as a sugar glider—something chubby and cute and overall soft looking (something that makes you go awww when you look at it). Feeding into the infantilization people online have of young women. She did this to keep her fame and attention on her as the girl who figured herself out young. Or the girl that was so mature by being online, feeding into this persona.  

This obviously isn’t her fault. She wants to keep her public image, she wants to keep people happy so she suppresses her real personality for her online persona till it takes over. 

By the time camp rolls around she can’t tell where the persona ends and she begins. 

Though there’s a tugging in the back of her mind. How it felt good to be something bigger, to be herself. The threads of her real personality are there but they’re so suppressed she can’t truly see herself.  

Her realizing she could be herself starts a while after the park falls. When she sees that being an online personality can’t help her survive. When she has to interact with real people for more than a few days. Trying to keep herself as something small and sweet slowly becomes harder, keeping the facade actively hurts her. We see her trying to get a camera, trying to hold that part of herself together because she doesn;t know how to be anything else anymore. 

She settles after she gets kidnapped. A traumatic experience that brings to light the fact that she could die not just by dinosaurs but by people. That if they were any later she would be dead. 

It’s the last push she needs to be her full self. She settles as a lioness, just about the opposite of what she was. Something seen as dangerous and ruthless, while also being the ones that do the hunting when living in groups. She’s good at taking care of people but she’s not soft about it like Sammy is or analytical (trying to find the exact problem and solve it) like Darius. She’s tough-love and a collection of odd skills that make up her being.

oh btw ik most of not all of you currently following me likely know nothing about it but i’m gonna be obsessing over jurassic world chaos theory for a bit (i’ve been hyped and season 1 drops tomorrow) so block # chaos theory spoilers if spoilers bother you

watched jwcc when it first came out, been a fan ever since, heavily recommend it even if you don’t like jurassic world. (and i mean. camp cretaceous is better than the entire world trilogy especially with the writing so uh.)

mainly my take on daniel kon and if he could be the actual next villain in the next season...

its just bc i think kenji's dad being an automatic "good guy" is just too easy.

we know he was the one who told kash to keep going with the dino fights and was really strict with him. the guy legit runs mantah corp— or at least is one of higher ups (don't remember which, either way, no good). and from what we can assume, mantah corp is super greedy.

they're probably the reason why kenji's family got so rich and was able to live so lavishly— esp in the dinosaur department. so even if daniel kon was a nice guy, he's definitely not going to turn sides so easily bc he bascially owes MC everything, and could lose everything if he betrays them.

let's say he really does care abt kenji like a normal dad, but since work makes him rarely around its like "a sacrifice he is willing to make" so that his son can live a rich life. that could work too, and maybe all of this IS for kenji, even though he has 0 clue it's doing more harm than good.

i saw fans saying kash is going to plan something or get daniel killed, and that could be a possibility i guess? i mainly think kash is all talk, and since his boss is physically here its too intimidating to try something.

but ig it could go something like:

daniel kon still wants to continue work but with the kids in the way he makes BRADXs keep them confined, kash would rather just get rid of them but obv boss isnt gonna kill his own son, over time and some talking kenji manages to convince his dad to change sides, last minute kash betrays daniel using the BRADs and gets him killed.

like i could see it, but thats super dark for jwcc. i mean obviously we've had so many deaths, but they were never actually connected to our kids— other than darius's dad, but his was a past event —so killing off daniel kon, right in front of kenji, the season where he's barely having the spotlight, just wouldn't seem right. i wouldn't put jwcc past it and it would be something new, but i don't think itd be allowed (also thats so dark wth)...

if anything the same thing above ^^^ happens, but daniel doesnt die and instead fights along side the kids and we get some father-son bonding finally (and i want daniel's take on kenji's new girlfriend hehe), that would be a better way to go.

however, no matter what, considering when he's revealed in the last ep— his first lines in front of the kid +co who were ruining his work:

"You shouldn't leave important devices like this around."

it's such a villain intro. Kash starts him off my saying 'Boss' and you just know its the real big-bad. and the way Mr.Kon casually walks in basically taunting the kids, letting them know they made a mistake, is just so intimidating itself (and i'm pretty sure he was the one who came and bailed Kash out and then made this whole plan to trap the kids. like intellect +100)... whatever he plans for this kid and his helpers are unknown bc hes a new threat and that's whats scary. at least with kash we know he is crazy, but stupid crazy (like he's actually a genius but as a villain he's dumb)

"They could fall into the wrong..."

then he sees the kids, and not only that but his own son.

so when he first appeared and kash was freed, he says 'its no wonder you got outsmarted by a child'. singular. child. so we can assume they knew there (was darius, but had no clue who the helpers were, maybe mae but last time they knew she should be dead). so they don't even know there's other kids.

when kash sees them, its not an impact bc hes crazy and down to kill kids anyway.

but then daniel kon sees them. he could either be in shock that it's just more kids, or just bc its his own son— who he thought died back in nublar (also add maybe because of kenji's death he decided to just go off and do whatever the heck MC needs bc now he has nothing to lose, which is sad asf).

so i think it can go this way:

- mr.kon continues with work but keeps the kids confined so they dont interfere, but they eventually find a way and try to stop this whole project for good. daniel gets redeemed by his own son and kash ends up being the villain still because of his control of the BRADs (his ring was super foreshadowed this season, so i think the focus will be to get it or destroy it next season).

but what if,

- mr.kon continues with work but keeps the kids confined so they dont interfere, but they eventually find a way and try to stop this whole project for good. he is the actual villain and takes kenji by his side, wanting him to inherit his place for when kenji is older. this divides the kids and kenji, whos torn about choosing his dad or his real found family.

EITHER WAY kash is gonna die next season bc we havent had a death in so long, and he's the perfect candidate.

him and also maybe mae, bc shes been alive for too long knowing this show.

maybe her death could even make daniel reconsider his life choices? but also consider the fact when she fake-died and kash relayed the message to daniel, it didn't seem like he was bothered (it could also be bc his depression over his son's death— again maybe even the whole reason he was doing these terrible things).

tldr, i want daniel kon to be a villain in some way no matter what— they could do so much angsty and heartaching things with him.

and look at their reactions... next season is gonna hurt no matter what.

the amount of ben/darius content i see is horrifying i don’t understand how even without the age difference people could see their relationship as anything other than brotherly..??? newer fans wouldn’t know but i’m sure you remember back around season 1’s release i saw so many people shipping kenji and darius. that was before the canon ages but i’ve always thought it was obvious darius was the youngest and kenji was the oldest or second oldest (yaz) bc in season 1 he said he had a learners permit.

NO I KNOW RIGHT......... it was even worse before the ages got released, and i cant believe anyone could ship kenji and darius ever?????? one time just out of spite i rewatched season 1 and counted the ammount of times kenji refers to darius in a way that implies darius is way younger than him (junior, kid, stuff like that) and just in the FIRST TWO EPISODES there were 13 different times so. theres no excuse😕

and ben and darius have a dynamic thats so dear to me. i truly love their friendship and it makes me so damn uncomfortable to see people shipping them........ i really thought people would drop it when s2 came out and ben called darius kid, or when the ages released and we became aware of the age gap....... but nope. and it enfuriates me so much how people romanticize their "i love you" when its so meaningful that the first time thats said in jwcc is completely platonic... AND BETWEEN TWO BOYS TOO, like you dont see that everyday!!! ill never understand why people ship them but oh well i just block and move on

Who am I? INTRODUCTION

Alright, so I've been here for like..half a year now? I actually don't entirely know, but ish 6 months. But I feel like I want to introduce myself. Idk why.

- So. Hi. I'm tohjwcc.. I honestly wanna change it, but I'm scared people won't recognize me if I do so haha. So, I guess I'm stuck with it for a lil while longer. Guess I'm just a "normal" (heck I'm not, I'm weird as f-) teenager...ehm, well, going to highschool after summer. Yasammy/cc/ct nerd, basically.

- My personality is complicated. For any camp cretaceous fan, I can easily describe myself as a softer version of Yaz. I have a strong Yaz side, but another big piece of my personality is just quirky and weird and funny (people say I'm funny.. so I hope they're telling the truth lol). But also, I've been told... SO. MANY. TIMES.... That I'm too nice for my own good. I'm kind and nice to everyone. I can't be mean to anyone. At least not on purpose. That is one thing that separates me and Yaz from being completely identical (personalitywise) (which again isn't entirely true, my quirky and weird side is bigger than my serious/Yaz side. I'm basically the yasammy icon. That quirky side could be referred to as Sammy lol.) But ofc there are other small stuff that also separates us two a little but yeah. (Tbh idk... I haven't really figured myself out yet. Idk what I am like, I just wanna be like Yaz cuz I love her so deeply and I can really relate to her in so many different ways. Idk, maybe I'm just not like her at all. Maybe I just wanna be like her...? Ugh, I don't know, I don't know myself. Dang it. My dream is to be cool. Like my girl Yaz. Okay, enough rambling).

- English is sadly not my first/native language, so any bad grammar or wrong wording could appear, so I apologize for that. I also like to make up new words, so if there's a word you've never heard before, it's probably one of my new creations. Confusion can appear, you've been warned.

- On this blog.. is it a blog? I don't even know. Anyways, on this account thingy I mostly post about camp cretaceous/chaos theory. That is where my main interest is. That leads us to my next.. ugh, me and words. I don't even know what it's called in my language. Paragraph, maybe? Let's go with that. That leads us to my next paragraph.

- Favorite shows. I've got a LOT, but the ones that might appear on this account are probably just Jwct/jwcc and the owl house. There's a chance like stranger things and heartstopper could be joining us too. I know nothing. I could be posting/reblogging random crap as well, so nothing is for sure.

- I started watching camp cretaceous when season 3 had been released. I was in my "Jurassic world era", so I had been watching all the Jurassic world movies (ish), so I guess I just wanted to rewatch some of them again, and then I saw it. "Jurassic world camp cretaceous". I was like "OoO". I began to watch it, and fell in love with it IMMEDIATELY. Also, a funny fun fact, I started watching it when I was 12. And now I'm 15. This means I was as old as the youngest character when I started watching it, and I am NOW as old as the OLDEST characters are in the show. This show has been with me through all my teenage years so far. I'm so greatful for this show and these campers. They helped me through so much, and I could never thank them enough.

-The jwcc character i can relate most to is Yaz. 10000%. Like I said before, she is so me. My friend says I'm a Yaz, and she once said I even looked like Yaz, which is cool, but idk how cuz I'm not a brunette haha. But these are the bestest compliments I've ever gotten.

Shoutout to anyone who even bothers to read this lmao. I might add stuff to this later, who knows.
