I feel like the town in spooky month kinda works like Morioh from jojo, Rokkenjima from umineko, or Hinamizawa from Higurashi. In the sense that the town itself is it’s own supernatural entity. After all why else would there be a God danm elderich horror under the fucking town? Maybe the town was originally created to seal eyes away. Skid’s dad being the original cult leader found this out somehow, and made the cult to break that seal.

But that's just a theory :^)

"I know this might sound a little silly, but I think what scared me the most about that night. Something that scared me more then anything that could have happened to me, is that if it wasn't me it could have been someone else in that haunted house. I had friends there, and their were other people in there, including kids. My last thoughts before I went unconscious were 'please don't hurt anyone else'. I wouldn't wish what happened to me on anyone, not even the bastard who did it! Yet I was lucky to make it out alive, I'm lucky enough to have people in my life who've supported me through everything. I'm lucky no one else got hurt. I'm greatful for that."

"Yet, I still can't help but think about his other past victims who weren't so lucky. I just made it out with a missing arm. What about them? They should have gotten to live their lives too! I feel like I don't even have the right to be upset about what happened to me. Before what happened, I've lived a good cushy life. Streber has a different ringtone for everyone! Since he's pretty busy it helps him keep track of important calls, and what's a spam calls. 👍
