heard my lecturer say this:

"Most lawyers are not going to be able to change statute drastically by enforcing a ruling that changes the precent, however the hypothetical ‘Justice Hercules’ is a lawyer of super-human skill, learning, patience and acumen and could do this – this is an outlier, and should not be counted nor legal for one person to have such a heavy influence on the justice system."

quite apart from it sneaking up and stealing my spine while half asleep after an all-nighter, the worst part is that i dont know. if thats a reference or not.

if it is that means he uses tumblr and he is a very old man. if it isnt that means he was just blessed by apollo or something. i honestly dont know which is better.
