Snacks: stick to fresh vegetables, fruit, protein shake, bars . Your last meal/recipe can be more complicated, it just comes down to how much time you want to spend in the kitchen. I prefer to limit my preps to 2 hours or less. . Also, write a PLAN so you know what you're going to do first, second, third, etc. My plan is always based it on how long things take.
