that's great buddy but don't go around thinking you're immune to this. if you're not looking for plagiarism, you likely won't notice it unless its egregiously obvious. hell, you've probably consumed plagiarized content without even realizing it. even hbomb pointed out that these people disguised what they presented pretty well as long as you didn't try and dig deeper. don't come away just thinking of this as a callout piece, take this as an important lesson about vetting your sources. if googling scripts in quotes was enough to expose the original, we should all start doing that shit!!

DPxDC Idea

Danny working at Wayne Enterprises as some sort of engineer, uses the in-house app for all his blueprints and stuff

He starts getting notes from a coworker in-app, and assumes its this annoying older guy in his department who constantly undermines him because of his age, despite his education and past achievements (i feel like in this AU the Fentons react well to the reveal and they work together on a number of non-lethal ecto inventions that have Danny's name attached to them)

Except one day his coworker mentions never using the app, and Danny suddenly realizes there's only one other TD he could've been arguing with in the notes of the app

listen there really was just something about how in the book, snow’s 3-page descent from hesitant lover boy to deluded mfer happens entirely in his mind. lucy gray gives him no indication whatsoever that she suspects him, that she’s going to leave or betray him. he’s just sitting quietly in the cabin waiting for her to return when that seed of calculated suspicion, which he has needed to survive the capitol, takes a hold of him and chokes the life out of any goodness left inside him. it really drives home your terror as a reader that “oh my god did he kill her? did she escape? what happened to her? why would he even think that?” in a way that when the movie had to adjust for visualization it lost some of that holy shit this guy has lost it emphasis.

Im saying this not as an opinion but as a matter of fact that hades should have never been the default villain in modern greek myths retellings,becuz dionysus had been always a better fit by leagues & i feel like writers/artists both overlook & underestimate him.Like the fucker wasnt just a silly drunk god,his whole domain tethered on the thin line between ecstasy and madness,embodying both chaos & pleasure. All of these qualities historically had made him simultaneously adored & feared within & outside of his fanatical cult,& circling back to the madness part,idk if yk this but dionysus have this lil tale in wich he caused his followers to go drunk w/ frenzy at a party they literally ripped apart the son of hypnos, i repeat hes so powerful he made a buncha humans kill A GOD! & he didnt face any repercussions fr that!!!

Now ik im skipping on other infos but all of this sounds to me that dionysus is perfect fr the charming & sinister mastermind trope

Things I am guessing or anticipating about the Stranger Things play, The First Shadow:

Jonathan is actually Joyce and Hopper’s kid and we learn that they never really knew if he was Hopper’s or Lonnie’s but Lonnie claimed him as his own so that’s how they stayed together as a couple after high school

Will and Bob were targeted specifically because of what Joyce, Hopper, Lonnie and Bob discover about Henry (and maybe Henry kills Bob’s sister). Maybe Lonnie is a total bully to Henry and Henry curses him and he’s like “I will be connected to your first born son” and because Jonathan is actually Hop’s kid that means Will is cursed? Idk

Everyone’s parents were involved in the upside down magical stuff somehow and then were brainwashed or something to all forget what happened

We’re actually going to meet Dustin’s mom and uncle, not his dad

Steve’s parents will appear in the play but they’ll be ensemble or background characters. I can imagine a scene of Steve’s dad like “beat it freak” and putting Bob in a locker or something to show he’s a dick without having to explore Steve at all (because the Duffers would rather die than explore Steve’s character and that’s okay because they’d ruin it anyway imo)

The play will explain the lore of how the upside down is connected to the kids with powers and why and how Brenner is involved in those experiments

Al Munson will be a sweetheart who is either a bad boy that foreshadows him becoming a con man of some sort or someone who is just as charismatic as Eddie but is deeply troubled and sets the stage for Eddie to be brought back/be important in season 5
