I feel like the whole celiac thing should cause more problems finding food than a mild-moderate celery + cilantro/coriander allergy AND YET
#I had to take so much Benadryl and now I’m so dizzy#I am going to burn down every company that uses celery powder instead of plain nitrites#and nitrates#just so they can act like nitrites from celery are somehow different (they’re not)#because great! now it has nitrites + nitrates AND I’m fucking allergic to it AND half the time it’s not even listed on the ingredients
