I've gotten sick for the first time in about 5 or 6 month maybe longer.

For context; I was rly sick every 2 or 3 week when I was last rly unwell (bout 6- 8 month ago now) n I looked like shit ofc n I was a bit smaller (not rly by much n I just look sickly n unwell aha face looked older, skin all over was usually pastey or funny shades I just looked 'off')

But not even by much rly, n tho I do miss it n I miss seeing or feeling my bones (dont judge pls it was a coping thing it used to help me calm down or stop and think when i was panicked) I feel like that was such a small comfort when I had many more effective ways to cope and handle things.

I'm nearly 30 now. I should be getting better and I hope I can but I know I'll always be focused on my weight so it's hard to say if I'll fully get out of it n I rly need to but it provides comfort and keeps me motivated about something when I don't care about anything. It helped me at hard times but I'm trying to learn to replace unhealthy coping mechs for ones that are easily available options and hopefully much more benign than volatile Dx

Around the same time of wanting to get out, I feel the urge to burrow further in and it's all so messy and I want to make the good choice but it's hard to not want to get worse even once you've already hit a rock bottom and said no u can still fall into old habits next time something big n stressful happens but I'm gonna just keep trying to keep out of the murky stuff n stick to the self care and gentle stuff if I can

I am having a lot of emotions about Nami asking Usopp to make her a weapon - she was purposely vulnerable with him because he's the only person who understands her position! And she kicks out everyone else because she can't let them witness her sharing her feelings!

And Usopp is immediately there for her and shows he's got her back! And the weapon he makes is for their style of fighting that relies on them being the smartest person in the room because he does understand her and what she needs and he won't let her down!

I genuinely cannot fucking handle how upset these two get about having their fights interrupted. This is definitely normal behavior from two people who want nothing to do with each other and don't find any kind of social fulfillment in their repeated attempts to annihilate each other

Also Dib introducing himself as Zim's sworn enemy. 'The first thing you need to know.' he literally could not be more transparently embarrassing about this if he tried.

the other thing about characters having any kind of relationship (friendly, romantic, antagonistic, weird perpetual never-realized potential but they both know it, WHATEVER) is that I find it a lot easier to buy relationships in fanwork between characters who Never Met or Barely Spoke than characters who did have some kind of canon relationship but not that one

one is a blank slate , the other one, I gotta see how this interpretation got them from where they are in canon to over HERE; and that's great! I genuinely love an AU that takes time to establish why these enemies are besties now or friends are trying to kill each other and so on, but also that takes TIME and if it's not shown I will be forever annoyed (and wow this is especially true with More Subtle relationship shifts , like people who were always super casual getting a liiiittle more formal etc. EXPLAIN I wanna hear gossip) sometimes people who interact in canon are worse harder to buy as a ship?

Writing Lisa in self-sacrifice scenarios is always more difficult than doing it for a lot of my other faves. She's not Jean or Barbara, who peg their value to service, or Kaeya or Rosaria, who think they need to redeem themselves, or Eula or Amber, who have something to prove. She's someone who looked at whatever unnamed horror lurked at the climax of her achievements and decided to fuck right off and live a comfortable, peaceful life free of any further ambitions, thank you very much. I respect her and love her, but she needs her arm twisted to make her take risks. XD Fortunately, I do enjoy making up grand dramatic threats to raise the stakes!

So badly want a Bumblebee design where he looks like an actual bug. Give him long antenna that lay back against his helmet normally but stand up when he's alert and are super emotive, with blinking lights on them, and actual gossamer metal wings patterned with visible circuitry all over [like a computer chip!] so he can just zip around everyone's heads and through trees and annoy the fuck outta Starscream whenever they're in a fight

And because the wings have exposed circuitry they're very sensitive to touch which can be great for >:3 pleasant reasons and on the double edged side excrutiatingly painful if they ever get shot, torn, burned etc

I've seen the rise, the fall and the rebirth of DanAndPhilGAMES. Honestly, I cannot believe we have arrived at this day and they obviously had to announce it in the most exaggerated and hilarious way. It's so them, and I am still trying to come to terms with the fact that we're going to get gaming videos by Dan and Phil post coming out.

I had just started watching Dan and Phil properly in the summer of 2014 and just a couple of months later, the very first video on the gaming channel dropped. Since then, the regular gaming channel videos have been such a huge comfort for me and so many others. Then came the hiatus, an indefinitely decision that caught the channel in limbo. It's made sense, in many ways leaving 2018 and entering 2019 spelled an important shift for the boys.

They retired several of their old projects, even pinof, and started to separate the entity of "Dan and Phil" and as such the gaming channel also had to go. I was gutted to see it go, but I trusted the boys were doing what they needed. And in the years that's followed, I've kept a small hope that it was never quite dead until they definitively said so. Hell, Phil had recently mentioned checking to see if Dil on the Sims save was okay, and we knew they still had that cursed Dil Howlter head from TATINOF somewhere in their nostalgia pile.

Today they used that very papier-mâché head again. The motherfucker rose from the grave and called the boys daddies, which honestly had me pausing and just doubling over in laughter at their horrified faces. And let's not even talk about the tweet an hour before the video cordially inviting us, as if it was a fucking wedding we were about to attend!

Dan and Phil are nothing if not extra, and I love them so much for it. It's been over nine years that I've followed along with their content and lives, and tonight just proved that I will never be dragged from the phandom. The instant surge of excitement, anticipation and a little dread upon seeing the invitation tweet and the video thumbnail still got me like I got into the boys yesterday. It's still so palpable in my chest even now, and I cannot stop smiling.

The gaming channel is and has always been full of comfort content for me. Dan and Phil know it too. They put it in the video, they put it in the video description, and just the way they handled this whole announcement all radiates that they're so aware of it. They know we've been here, waiting patiently, until they were ready to come back to it.

I would have accepted it if they had really decided to kill the channel, but man, oh man, I am delighted that it instead has come back from the grave. Risen with static flutter and a menacing Sims character who's story isn't quite over yet.

We get to have the regular banter back, but now with no filter at all. They don't have to conceal parts of themselves that they weren't ready to share, even if the gaming channel always felt more open and intimate.

I am extremely ready to parasocially see two domestic nerds laugh, bicker, scream and make questionable noises. I just know I will be right there besides them. Thank you to Dan and Phil for bringing back our comfort channel. It's a gift and we won't forget it.

Nami with her plan to get the crocodile supposed to kill them to break them out of the cage and Usopp with his plan to use Mr 3's powers to make them a key are just proving again that they are the brains of the crew!

Zim, Dib, Gaz, and Tak are actually all horribly vindictive spiteful people to more or less equal degrees, but the interesting thing is that Zim and Gaz both exact vengeance in very specific, premeditated ways, which are often wildly out of proportion but once they feel like they've evened the score they will pretty much immediately forget about whatever pissed them off in the first place—whereas Dib and Tak are both ostensibly above being ruled by petty grudges, but very obviously boiling over with a constant resentment that sends them pouncing like rabid dogs at even the slightest opportunity or excuse to make the object of their ire suffer (and if they're both working towards their own self-serving end game that just HAPPENS to involve every terrible thing imaginable befalling their enemies, well... that'll just be a happy by-product of their personal success).

I don't I have any point to make here, I just like it when these freaks are all an overwhelming danger to society (and each other)
