I don't think the Matthew and Park Hanbin leader situation is comparable at all tho, Hanbin has a very different vibe when he leads he is strict but seems way less tense and his members say how they like it and alwys thank him, I just think he is very good at what he is doing pushing the others yet not in a suffocating way

That could be said for matthew as takuto was *asking* matthew do show him again, and matthew gets shows as greedy, but p.hanbin gets seen as dedicated. I'm sure they just meant that the situations aren't entirely different. If edited differently, p.hanbin could easily be seen as a nuisance/burden (if we are only shows how the trainees are tired/spent) instead of a good leader and matthew could be seen as generous for sacrificing his own time to ensure those lacking were caught up.
