looking @ old fic i started when i was 14/15 is so funny bc im realizing once again why i never mark fics as abandoned even if its been literal years since i've touched them. specifically i was checking docs for stuff i started and either did or didn't post to ffn.

and its like. nothing is bad??? like i can see where my outside-the-box ideal of fic writing comes from. not just fics but writing in general, i'm p sure. even if it's a total cliche plot setup, there are details on each that rly make it stand out like oh yeahhhhhh i did have this great idea once upon a time.

funny too bc was it executed well in prose??? no absolutely not i wrote like shit when i was 15. would i revive an idea one day and revise it to be less cliche or cringy while still keeping the stand-out elements??? yea maybe. i might. everything i'm currently working on that i started from 2021 up to now still holds my supreme interest, but like i'm not gonna say never.

esp since i write fic first and foremost for my own need and specifically what i like to read, it makes it impossible to consider an idea i've thought extensively about "not worth writing anymore". anyway not making this too long i jus found everything interesting to consider

well when i first wrote it just for funsies and to indulge my embarrassing fantasies i was going to do Y/N x all of them. the boys would be more of a platonic “pack mate” type bond so they are extremely close and would be fine with sharing bc they are so close (this will be kinda established with Dabis arc). and i was thinking since keigo is the “leader” or oldest of the pack he would fill in as “your boyfriend” to the public/friends or whatever but in reality you are dating/mated them all. idk, i think the boys (mostly shoto and katsuki) would be a little peeved about it as first but they would eventually realize it makes the most logical sense and it didn’t matter anyways. everyone is happy, we would have to work on shotos possessiveness for a bit, but i think they would all love each other and be happy. cute, but heavily unrealistic.

but now that alot of ppl are following my story it’s kinda hard bc i feel like it might be TOO unrealistic and ppl might think the ending is stupid and unfair to the boys. or i feel as though ppl would think i am executing polyamorous relationships completely wrong (bc i’m not polyamorous i just love me a nice harem of hot men) and get mad at me. not only that, i get a lot of ppl on specifically team keigo and i am afraid they will hate my story bc of that endgame 🥲

with the alternate endings or one couple ending, i don’t know how the hell it wouldn’t be angsty as fuck. bc i wrote it as a hybrid has there meant to be mate, and all of them just happened to be Y/N (yes unrealistic as hell. don’t shit on me lol it’s fun writing bout men simping over u) mate. so how would the boys just give up on her and allow another to love just one of them?? and how could they ever all live happily together if one of them is dating their supposed to be mate? especially keigo who has been waiting like what, 15-20 yrs?? idk it just seems hard for him to not have her in the end. and the traumas the others boys went through, just for them to NOT have their mate in the end? like that just sounds so fucked 😭 like for example, izuku is obviously dealing with some confident issues and craves love, could u imagine rejecting him for another?? like that will destroy that fool LMAO. so that sounds like really sad ending for my fluffy story.

so yeah. i am in a state of crisis. a huge state. maybe i will just have them all confess and then just end the story to leave up to interpretation (i despise these stories). but that seems bad too. idk. this sucks.

every time someone comments like “i hope she ends up with ___” or “i hope they are endgame!” or “___ should not end up with y/n” i’m like 😀😀😀😀😀😀

212673 words which. woah. imma be honest i wasn’t expecting that big of a word count.

3) How many fandoms have you written for and what are they?

i’ve written for many fandoms on wattpad and ao3 but i would divide my fic history into primarily two sections, kpop and never have i ever. there are some fics i wrote but never saw the light of a day, one that comes to mind is a oneshot i wrote about miraculous ladybug.

not hate really. i did get a fan of another ship asking me to write for another ship in a way that was jarring to say the least, but other than that, im thankful to say ive only received direct hate maybe once.

back in my wattpad days, i didn’t have a fic translated but someone asked me if they could put my fic on a different ff site and credit me. that was cool. i did have a kpop ff of mine get translated into a european language, can’t remember which one.

can’t answer that i’ll malfunction.

five times shapiro forces devi and ben work together and the one time he doesn’t have to. i had it all planned its just too much work to finish.

uhhh i’d like to think my plot ideas are kinda creative? and sometimes i can be funny. emphasis on sometimes.

i suck at fancy prose, sometimes my dialogue sounds run-on, and im bad at thinking of original scenery, action, or dialogue descriptors.

18) What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?

i guess i would do a decent job in writing languages that i alreayd know, like my mother tongue, english, and french (kinda) but id stay away from doing so bc im not a 100% fluent in those other languages. i have written some korean dialogue for kpop fics and tamil and hebrew dialogue for nhie fics before though, but they were very short dialogues.

19) What was the first fandom you wrote for?

i was probably ten or eleven when i wrote hunger games fanfics (i wrote them on paper. not kidding im being deadass right now).

20) What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?

this is hard. i really liked stick to the script for a while simply bc i was proud of the idea and execution, but i think it would have to be my most recently published benvi fic, the ttwily one. im just proud of it, the writing, the dialogue, the pacing, the scenes. THE RAINKISS. yeah.
