My AAA Knights Jurupa Valley Little League Baseball Team; Gracie at bat! Luke played last night; pitched and batted before being whisked off to his football game - from Pitcher to Quarterback. Although we weren't there to see it, we received texts that he hit one out of the park! Turns out he drove one to deep Center and got a Ground Rule Double, but most believe he hit it out. Luke moved up to Triple A this year and he's doing well. It's looking like he'll be starting in the infield and at Pitcher. His teammates are saying he's the best hitter on the team. Luke had an amazing day, today. I had to put a runner on first for him so that we could go to the restroom and change for the funeral today. Nevertheless, he went 2-2 and pitched to 3 batters, STRIKING OUT THE SIDE.
