The dormitory was filled with the usual dull hum of players chatting and masked guards going about their duties—shuffling boots, quiet conversations, and the occasional scolding from a higher-up. But above all that, a sharp, familiar voice rang out.
"You absolute bastard, Myung-gi!"
A few nearby players and guards turned their heads ever so slightly before quickly minding their business. No one wanted to be caught in the crossfire when a pregnant woman was pissed.
You, however, had the misfortune of standing right next to her as she advanced on Myung-gi, who had the audacity to look amused despite the absolute fury radiating off of her.
"You knew I was pregnant, and you still dragged me into this nightmare?" she hissed, jabbing a finger into his chest.
Myung-gi scoffed, shoving his hands into his pockets like this was all some minor inconvenience. "First of all, I didn't drag you into anything. Second, you needed the money, didn’t you?"
Jun-hee actually looked like she might strangle him. "I needed money to take care of my baby, not to be stuck in this hellhole surrounded by trigger-happy idiots and—"
She gestured wildly in your direction.
"—him!"
You blinked. "Me? What did I do?"
She turned on you like a storm brewing, eyes fiery. "You're the one who keeps following me around, Triangle Boy!"
You raised your hands in defense. "That's because someone needs to make sure you don’t pass out from stress!"
Jun-hee groaned, rubbing her temple. "I swear, if I survive this, I'm killing you both after I give birth."
She stomped away, muttering under her breath, leaving you standing there awkwardly with Myung-gi.
"...So," he said, stretching, "you two got something going on?"
You shoved him as you walked past. "Shut up."

Later that night, you found her in the dimly lit bathroom, leaning against the sink, breathing deeply. Her hands cradled her stomach instinctively, her frustration from earlier replaced by something softer.
"You okay?" you asked, shutting the door behind you.
She huffed. "No. My feet hurt, my back hurts, and my brain is melting from being surrounded by morons all day."
You hesitated before stepping closer. "Anything I can do?"
She eyed you, skeptical. "Anything?"
"Uh... within reason."
A slow smirk formed on her lips, but it quickly faded into something more vulnerable. "It's stupid, but..." She exhaled, shifting uncomfortably. "My chest is killing me."
You furrowed your brows. "Like, heart pain? Or—"
She shot you a deadpan look.
"Oh. Ohhh." Your face heated. "That’s... um."
Pregnancy was making her breasts sore and swollen, and yeah, you’d read somewhere that relieving the pressure could help, but—
"Forget it," she mumbled, moving to leave.
You grabbed her wrist before you could think twice. "No! I mean... I can help. If you want."
She looked at you carefully, searching for any sign of mockery or hesitation. Finding none, she sighed and leaned back against the sink.
"Fine. But no weird comments, got it?"
You nodded solemnly. "I promise to be the pinnacle of professionalism while sucking your—"
She smacked the back of your head.
"Shutting up now."
You slowly slid off your mask– this was definitely against the rules but– when in need, eh?
Carefully placing your hands on her waist, you lowered your head to her tits as she adjusted herself slightly. The warmth of her body, the gentle rise and fall of her breath—it all felt strangely intimate. As your mouth latched onto her, a shudder ran through her, and she let out a soft, relieved sigh.
You held her waist with one hand as you kneaded her free breast with the other. She let out soft moans, arching her back in such a way that you took more of her into your mouth.
Your hand slid from her waist to the hem of her track pants– tugging at the hem as a silent ask for permission. She let you– shimming down the tracks, along with her panties. You rubbed lazy circles around her clit as you latched onto the other breast, giving both equal attention.
"...You’re surprisingly good at this," she breathed out, her fingers absentmindedly carding through your hair.
You pulled back slightly, meeting her gaze. "Do not make this weird, Player 222."
She smirked lazily. "Too late."
You rolled your eyes and returned to your task, focusing on helping her relax.
For a while, the world outside the bathroom didn't exist. There were no games, no fear, no guns—just the warmth of her body against yours and the steady rhythm of her breathing.
And then the door opened.
You froze. Jun-hee froze. A shadow loomed in the doorway, and through the dim lighting, you could make out none other than Player 001 himself.
There was a long, excruciating silence.
"...Am I interrupting something?" His voice was flat, but you could feel the judgment.
“Boss–It’s uh, not what it looks like–”
“BOSS?!”

ᯓ★ The first time the guard, you, bring her food, Jun-hee freezes, unsure if it’s some kind of trap. She’s been conditioned to see the guards as ruthless enforcers, not..allies, especially not to her.
ᯓ★ “Why are you doing this?” she whispers sharply, her eyes darting around the room as if expecting someone to burst in.
ᯓ★ Even after the second or third time, she’s still wary. She eats the food but watches the guard closely, waiting for the moment when he might turn on her.
ᯓ★ She hesitates to speak at first, her guard (no pun intended ahah..sorry.) firmly up. She’s not used to kindness in this place, and it feels too good to be true.
ᯓ★ Over time, she starts to see that the guard’s actions are genuine. You bring her things she needs. water, extra blankets, or even something to ease her pain.
ᯓ★ “Thank you,” she mutters one day, avoiding your gaze. It’s the first time she’s expressed gratitude, and it catches even her by surprise.
ᯓ★ She begins to wonder why you're helping her. Are you just a good person? Do you pity her because she’s pregnant? Or is there something else?
ᯓ★ “You’re risking a lot for me,” she says one day, her voice quiet but firm. “I don’t understand why.”
ᯓ★ For the first time since entering the games, Jun-hee feels a flicker of safety. She knows it’s fleeting, but the small acts of kindness give her hope.
ᯓ★She starts looking forward to the brief moments when you come to check on her, your silent presence a small comfort in an otherwise hostile environment.
ᯓ★ One day, when the you hand her food, she doesn’t just take it silently. Instead, she looks up at you and says, “You don’t have to do this, you know.” Her voice is softer than before, almost grateful. you don’t respond, but your lingering gaze tells her enough.
ᯓ★ As her trust grows, so does her fear for you. She knows how dangerous it is for you to be helping her, and she begins to worry about what might happen if you're caught.
ᯓ★ “You shouldn’t be here,” she whispers one day, her hands clutching the food you've brought. “If they find out…” yet you shush her, shaking your head before she could finish her sentence.
ᯓ★ Though you don’t talk much, or at all, Jun-hee starts to notice little things about you. the way you linger a moment longer than necessary, the slight softness in your movements.
ᯓ★ She begins to feel a quiet connection, even though she knows nothing about you—not even your name, or hell, your face.
ᯓ★ She starts paying close attention to your movements. Even though you wear a mask, she notices how your posture softens when you're with her, the way your head tilts slightly when she speaks.
ᯓ★ you, the guard, isn’t used to comforting someone, and his attempts to help her with pain or offer support are clumsy but endearing.
ᯓ★ Once, when she winces from a sharp cramp, he awkwardly hand her a warm cloth. She chuckles softly, despite the pain. “Thanks… I think.”
ᯓ★ you don’t talk much, but Jun-hee begins to feel like you understand her struggles in a way no one else does.
ᯓ★ Sometimes, they’ll sit in silence for a few moments before you leave, and she finds the quiet companionship strangely comforting.
ᯓ★ The guard starts bringing her little things beyond just food—extra socks, a scrap of fabric to use as a makeshift pillow, even a tiny trinket he found somewhere.
ᯓ★ She holds onto these items like lifelines, each one a reminder that someone cares about her and her baby’s survival, unlike the actual father of it.
ᯓ★ One day, the guard brings her something unexpected—an extra ration of fruit, the first fresh food she’s had in weeks. She laughs softly, the sound surprising even herself. “You’re full of surprises,” she says, her smile genuine for the first time since entering the games.
ᯓ★ Despite her initial reluctance, Jun-hee starts to depend on the guard’s visits. His small acts of kindness become the only thing keeping her grounded in this death game.
ᯓ★ Jun-hee knows she can’t fully trust anyone in the games, but the guard comes closer than anyone else ever has, comes closer to a father her baby never had.

you remind me of someone...
seong gi hun x f!reader x male!OC
when you say something that reminds gi hun of someone he used to know
warnings: the pairing is platonic but romantic if you squint. reader is intended to be around twenty years younger than gi hun. death, mentions of death. the OC is nameless, but he could be ali from season one if you want him to be <3
the room is eerily silent, the kind that presses into your chest and makes it hard to breathe. you've been here for four days now, but it feels like a lifetime.
the cold metal walls, the dull hum of the overhead lights, the lingering scent of sweat and fear…it's all becoming too familiar and you hate how you are getting used to it. you sit on one of the lower bunks, your knees pulled to your chest, eyes scanning the room filled with faces both terrified and hardened.
people are mingling in groups now, alliances forming out of necessity rather than trust.
it still plays over in your mind…the red light, green light game. the giant doll’s twisted face, its mechanical eyes scanning the field. the way it turned so slowly, calling out "green light" before its head jerked back around, "red light"... and then the sound of gunfire.
you hadn't fully believed the man, gi-hun, when he shouted warnings about moving on anything thats not green light. 456’s voice had cracked, laced with panic, but something about it struck you.
maybe it was the raw fear in his eyes, the desperation. or maybe you just wanted to believe someone in this nightmare where you shouldn’t believe people at all.
"you saved me back there," you had said quietly to him after the game, when the chaos had thinned and people started realizing what they had signed up for.
he had looked at you, surprised, his face streaked with dirt and sweat.
"i didn't do much. just... didn't want to see more people die."
"still. thank you."
that small exchange had been enough to tether you to him, even if only loosely. now, on day four, you found yourself part of his group. there were five of you…gi-hun, young-il, jung-bae, jun-hee, dae-ho, and you. they had accepted you without much question, which was rare around here.
people had started to realize that anyone could be a threat.
young-il, one of the older men, sat next to you now, fiddling with a piece of bread from his rations. the man’s face was lined with age, but he still looked a little younger. 001’s eyes held a sharpness, a kind of wisdom that made you feel slightly safer.
you glanced at gi-hun across the room, where he sat talking quietly with dae-ho. he caught your eye for a brief second, giving you a soft, almost sad smile. there was something in his look that made your chest ache…a mix of fear, determination, and something else you couldn't quite place.
the six-legged game still haunted you. the grotesque way the players had been strapped together, forced to rely on each other completely. if one leg failed or someone messed up on a game, you died if you didn’t finish on time.
"so, what’s your story?" young-il asked suddenly, pulling you from your thoughts.
you hesitated, fingers tightening around your knees.
"nothing special. just... debts."
"that’s everyone here," he chuckled dryly.
"yeah, but i don’t feel like telling everyone exactly what i owe or why," you said, your tone sharper than intended. you sighed after, feeling bad.
"sorry. it’s just…."
"understandable." he nodded, his eyes softening.
"just know, gi-hun and anyone else right here… we’re not here to stab anyone in the back."
you offered a small smile, grateful but still guarded.
"thanks. i’ll try to remember that."
gi-hun made his way over, sitting down beside you and young-il, his presence was calming in a strange way. he was rough around the edges but seemed to genuinely care about people, which was rare here.
"they’re watching us now," gi-hun said quietly, his eyes flicking toward one of the many black cameras mounted on the walls.
"then we should give them a good show," you joked lightly, though your heart wasn’t in it.
gi-hun chuckled softly. "yeah. maybe one where we all make it out."
you didn’t respond, the hope in his voice too painful to touch but your hand brushed against his for a moment, barely there, before you pulled it back. 456’s eyes met yours, a flicker of something deeper passing between you. in this place, with death around every corner, neither of you said anything about it.
later on before lights out, after everyone was served ‘dinner’, the boiled egg sat heavy in your palm, untouched, its warmth fading as your fingers curled around it. the dim lights overhead cast long shadows across the barracks, where the others sat in their own corners, eating in silence or whispering low conversations.
the thin glass of water by your side barely seemed enough to wash down the lump in your throat.
you stared at the egg, your mind distant. it wasn’t about the food…if anything, the hunger poked at your insides…but the sight of it brought back something heavier. memories.
you and your brother, sitting in your tiny apartment’s kitchen after your parents died, boiling eggs together because it was the only thing left to eat. somehow, it had become your little ritual. the both of you cracking the shells, peeling them messily, and laughing about how something so simple could taste so good.
now, just looking at the egg made your chest ache.
“you gonna eat that?” dae-ho’s voice cut through the fog in your mind. he stood over you, eyeing the egg with raised brows, his own finished quickly like he wasn’t sure when his next meal would come.
you blinked, forcing yourself back into the present. “yeah,” you mumbled, trying to make your voice steady.
“just… not yet.”
he shrugged and dat back down beside jung-bae, but another pair of eyes lingered on you. gi-hun. he sat across from you, holding his own half-eaten egg, but his attention was on your face, not the food.
you tried not to meet his gaze, but it was impossible to ignore. there was something in his eyes, something gentle, and understanding. it made it harder to keep your walls up.
he didn’t say anything right away. instead, he leaned in a little, his voice low so the others wouldn’t hear.
“you okay?” he asked, soft but sincere.
you swallowed hard, feeling the sting of tears building behind your eyes. you shook your head, trying to will them away.
“it’s nothing,” you whispered.
gi-hun didn’t let it go. he set his egg aside and moved closer. “come on. you don’t have to say much, but… i can see it. you’re not okay.”
the tears slipped before you could stop them, a few falling onto your lap. your fingers tightened around the egg. maybe it was the exhaustion or how his voice sounded so real and not like everyone else’s here, but something in you cracked open.
“my brother,” you whispered, your throat tight.
“this stupid egg… ha– it reminded me of him.”
gi-hun’s expression softened even more, his head tilting slightly.
“what happened to him?”
you hesitated, but for the first time since the games started, you felt safe enough to tell someone.
"he… he went missing. almost three years ago now.” your voice trembled as you spoke. “i woke up one morning to a text from him, saying he was going on a trip for a few days. overnight, maybe longer but then… nothing. no more messages. no calls. he just… disappeared.”
gi-hun was silent, listening intently, his brows furrowed.
“i thought maybe he ran away. he had a lot of debt, more than me even. i figured maybe the loan sharks finally scared him off. but… he wouldn’t have left without saying more. he wouldn’t have just… left me like that.” your fingers curled tighter around the egg until you felt the shell start to crack.
“you tried to find him?” gi-hun asked gently.
you nodded, tears sliding down faster now. “i hired private investigators. took out loans just to pay them, but they found nothing. no traces. no body. nothing. it was like he never existed.” your voice broke, and you let out a shaky breath.
“and now i’m stuck here, trying to pay back those loans and all the other debt i racked up… all because i just wanted to find him.”
gi-hun was quiet for a long moment before he finally spoke.
“he sounds like a good brother to you,” he said softly.
you realized he wording. gi hun says ‘sounds’ and not ‘sounded’ like others would’ve.
“he was,” you replied, your voice filled with grief and love.
“he always used to sing this phrase, ‘the world’s cruel, but we can be kind. that’s how we survive.’” you smiled bitterly through the tears, wiping them away with the back of your hand.
however, when you looked at gi-hun again, his face had gone pale. the man’s body was stiff, his eyes wide in a kind of recognition that sent chills down your spine.
“gi-hun?” you asked, your heart beginning to race.
“what is it?”
he didn’t answer right away, still frozen, his mind clearly somewhere far away, locked on something only he could see.
gi-hun’s mind reeled, the words echoing in his head like a haunting melody..
“the world’s cruel, but we can be kind and that’s how we survive.”
he had heard those exact words before, years ago, in the first games he was ever part of. it wasn’t just a passing memory.
it was him. your brother. player 152.
gi-hun could still see him in his mind, smiling even in the darkest moments of the 2020 games, clinging to whatever shards of hope were left. he used to sing that phrase softly, mostly to sang-woo and sae-byeok, like a mantra.
your brother had been a light in the bleakest place gi-hun had ever been in, someone who tried to hold onto kindness even when everything around them was falling apart.
then that moment on the glass bridge which killed him.
gi-hun’s chest tightened, his throat dry as he remembered it all too vividly…how your brother had hesitated on the glass, one wrong step away from falling to his death. sang-woo had been behind him, panicked, desperate.
gi-hun had seen it happen, seen sang-woo push your brother forward without warning. the sound of breaking glass, the flash of betrayal in your brother’s eyes as he fell… those images had haunted gi-hun ever since.
now, you were sitting in front of him, tears falling silently as you clung to the hope that your brother was still out there. alive even after three years.
you didn’t know.
he wanted to tell you. he wanted to explain everything…the truth, the horrible, gut-wrenching truth of how your brother died in these games… but as he opened his mouth, nothing came out.
how could he? how could he shatter you like that?
gi-hun nearly broke at the realization. his hands trembled as he reached for you, unsure at first, then he pulled you into a hug. it was stiff and awkward at first, this wasn’t something gi-hun did often, not here, not in this hellhole, but when you slumped against him, shoulders shaking, he held you tighter.
“i’m sorry,” he murmured, though you had no idea what he really meant.
you clung to him, the warmth of another person breaking through the cold isolation you’d wrapped around yourself since the games started.
“i just… i miss him so much,” you whispered, voice cracking.
gi-hun squeezed his eyes shut, trying to fight the sting there.
he would’ve wanted you to survive, gi-hun thought, remembering the way your brother talked about you during the games. how proud he was of you, how much he missed you.
“you remind me of him,” gi-hun finally said, his voice soft.
you pulled back slightly, confused as you tried to search for an answer in his eyes.
“you… knew him?”
gi-hun hesitated, feeling the weight of the truth pressing down on him.
“not exactly. but… people like him, they don’t just disappear.” it was a half-lie, but the only thing he could manage.
he noticed something else too. the way your eyes crinkled when you were sad, the shape of your nose, even the way you smiled through your tears. you really did look like your older brother.
the fucked-up part? the games had swallowed him whole, just like they were trying to do to you.
how did it end up like this? gi-hun thought bitterly, pulling you back into the hug before you could see the pain on his face. you felt like the last flicker of light from a life that had been extinguished too soon, and now, you were stuck here…alone, in the same hell your brother had died in.
he wasn’t going to let the games take you too.
not if he could help it.

Chasing Cars
Young Mi (Kim Sieun) ft. Jun-Hee (Jo Yuri) x Male Reader
Words: 1k+

The desk creaked under the weight of your shared laughter, echoing in the dimly-lit, empty classroom. "No way! You still denied after it was already dripping on your shoes?" Young Mi was gasping between her laughs, slapping your shoulder.
"Come on, it was too embarrassing to admit," ah yes, it's still fresh in your memories how it happened.
If it wasn't for that spoiled breakfast that you ate that morning, it wouldn't have come to that. The first class hadn't even started when you already felt the sharp knots in your stomach. While your classmates were running and yelling around, there you were, sat frozen to your chair, couldn't move a muscle at all. Before you knew it, you felt something warm already dripping down your legs.
The stinking smell almost immediately spread across the room.
"Eww, someone pooped their pants!"
The kids already thought that it was coming from that one kid who was suspiciously quiet, head rested on his arms—you.
"Look, it's him!" That one fucker just had to point it out, his finger pointing at you.
"It's not me!" You shouted, panicked, denial all over you even though it was already obvious.
"Stop it, it's not funny guys!"
Junhee.
"Just leave him alone!"
She was the only one who showed concern for you. "Are you okay?" she asked, crouching beside you as tears flowed from your eyes. She pulled out her handkerchief—white, embroidered with pink floral patterns, pressing it into your trembling hands. The sweet scent of it battled the foul smell clinging around you, but it was enough to keep you down.
"Don't listen to them," she said firmly, patting your back to comfort you. "I'll call the teacher, okay? She can help you," she said before running towards the hallway.
That moment, you realized that there was still a good person amongst the cruel crowd, there was still kindness. You stared at her handkerchief, tears dripping down to it, forming small damp circles. It was the moment you knew your feelings for Junhee had shifted. From just a fleeting crush that turned into something much deeper.
.
The late afternoon sun spilled through the window, casting long shadows of the two of you along the classroom. You leaned back on your palms, staring at the students outside who were on their way to their next classes.
Young Mi hugged her knees, resting her chin between them, still containing her laugh. "You sounded so pathetic, you're lucky Junhee was still sweet to you after all that," she said with a hint of teasing, yet there was gentleness to her voice as the sun brushed her face.
"Yeah…" you chuckled, smiling as you pictured Junhee's face, her sweet voice, your heart pounding as you said, "she's one of a kind."
For a moment, neither of you spoke. The soft sounds of leaves rustling from outside along with the voices of students from a distance filled the silence. Without looking at you, Young Mi said, "You're still stuck on her, huh?"
"How can I not be?" you shot back, sitting straight. "She was… different. How can I forget someone like that?" your voice softened. "You don't forget someone like that."
Young Mi shifted lightly, staring at the window, at your reflection that faintly appeared through it. "Right, someone who gives handkerchiefs to an ugly crying kid," she laughed softly, shaking her head. "God, you really are a sap, you know that?"
"It's not being a sap," you shot back at her. "It's knowing when someone's real. She saw me at my worst and didn't flinch. That's rare."
Young Mi's fingers fidgeted with the hem of her pants, looking back at the window. "Yeah," she murmured, "rare." Her voice was quiet, almost too quiet. There was another moment of silence for the two of you.
The sunlight caught in her hair, making her look radiant for just a fleeting moment, a beauty unnoticed by the boy sitting beside her. She glanced at you, her lips opened as if trying to say something, but she stopped herself.
"You know she has a boyfriend, right?" her tone shifted, "four years at that," she added. Your smile slowly faded, realizing that fact that you were still ignoring for years.
"Yeah," you formed your smile back, it was fake, yet almost reassuring. Young Mi looked at you, seeing that fake smile that you wore, yet your eyes spoke the opposite of what you were wearing.
Speaking of which, there was Junhee outside, arms clinging to her boyfriend, Myunggi. A deep sigh escaped you as you watched her laughing as they sweetly walked down the pathway to the next building.
Young Mi noticed your sudden shift. She turned back to face the window, seeing Junhee with her boyfriend. Her gaze went back to you, seeing your eyes sparkle as tears started to form, but not enough to fall down.
"You should let go, you know," Young Mi said softly, her gaze fixing back to the window.
You didn't respond at first, still watching Junhee and Myunggi disappear around the corner. The sight of them together hit like a knife twisting in your chest.
"How?" you finally asked, your voice low, almost broken. "How do you just stop feeling something like that?"
Young Mi hugged her knees tightly, her lips tugging together. She wanted to tell you. She wanted to scream that she knew exactly how that felt because she had been doing that for years.
Instead, she forced a laugh, "It's not easy. But sometimes, holding on hurts more than letting go."
You turned to her, the weight of her words sinking in. For a moment, you saw yourself in her expression, the same echo of your pain; it was far different than the Young Mi that usually had a playful exterior.
"Besides," she added, her tone softer now, "you're too good to spend your life clinging to someone who's already happy with someone else."
Your head slowly tilted low, letting her words sink into you. The silence wasn't uncomfortable, yet too heavy. The sun dipped low along with the moment.
"You're not alone, you know," Young Mi suddenly said, her voice barely a whisper.
"What do you mean?" You glanced at her.
She hesitated for a moment, fingers fidgeting with the fabric of her pants. "I mean… you've got me. You always have." She offered a small, uncertain smile.
For a moment, you just looked at her. The weight of her words settling somewhere deep inside you. "Thanks," you said quietly, though you were still uncertain what she meant.
Young Mi smiled, masking the ache inside her chest. She softly smacked your shoulder. "Anytime, idiot."
The two of you fell into another silence. The warmth of the setting sun embracing the two aching hearts.
••••••••••
Young Mi deserves better.

could you do an imagine about jun-hee (player 222) from squid game x male reader, with the reader being a guard and son of in-ho (frontman)
This is interesting! You have asked and you must receive. Jun-hee (player 222) x male reader

Imagine: seeing her for the first time
The first time you saw her, you weren’t prepared for the way she would stand out in this place of despair. She was just another player in the sea of terrified faces, or so you thought. But then your eyes caught her—a young woman clutching her stomach protectively, her fear mingling with a determination that didn’t seem to belong in this hellish game.
She wasn’t like the others. While the rest were consumed by their own survival, she moved cautiously, her hand resting on her stomach like a silent promise to the life she carried. Something shifted inside you at that moment. You had no reason to care—players were just numbers to you, faceless pieces of a cruel game. But as you watched her, something about her vulnerability felt wrong in a way you couldn’t ignore.
That day you begged your father, the one and only who controlled these games, to take Jun-hee out of here. The Frontman reminded about the rules and told you not to interfere with the things you has no control over.
You didn’t understand it then, but you knew you’d keep your eyes on her. She wasn’t supposed to be here. And something in you whispered that you would do whatever it took to make sure she left this place alive.
---
Imagine: protecting her
The first game was chaos. Players were screaming, running, falling, and being eliminated one by one. Your job was to stand silently, to enforce the rules, to remain impartial. But then you saw her. She was moving carefully, trying to stay unnoticed, her hand protectively cradling her growing belly.
And then it happened. One of the men shoved her, his desperation taking over as he pushed her out of his way. She stumbled, her face twisting in fear as she tried to keep herself steady. Your instincts kicked in before you could think.
You stepped forward, gun raised, your voice cold and commanding. “Back off,” you said, aiming directly at the man who dared to touch her. He froze, his eyes wide with fear, and stammered an apology. But you weren’t interested in his excuses.
She looked up at you, her wide, grateful eyes meeting the cold mask that hid your face. You wanted to say something to comfort her, but the rules demanded silence. Still, in that moment, you promised yourself—no one would hurt her again.

Imagine: giving her food
The nights were eerily quiet in this place, but you couldn’t stop thinking about her. Every time you closed your eyes, you saw her—sitting alone, eating scraps of food, her hand always resting on her stomach. It wasn’t right.
That night, you made a decision. You gathered a plate of fresh food, something nutritious, something that would actually help her and her baby.
She woke up as you set the plate down. Her eyes widened in surprise, and for a moment, she looked like she was about to scream. But then she saw what you had brought, and her expression softened.
“For you,” you murmured, keeping your voice low. “And the baby.”
Her hands trembled as she reached for the food, her eyes filling with tears. “Thank you,” she whispered, her voice barely audible.
You didn’t stay long—just long enough to make sure she was okay. As you left, you couldn’t shake the strange warmth spreading through your chest. For the first time, you felt like you were doing something right in this place.
“You do understand it’s forbidden, son?” the Frontman told you in the morning when the black squared guard showed him a camera-video of you giving food to the player 222.
“Yes, I do,” you answered bitterly. “Should I be disqualified and killed, too?”
Your father gave you a cold look.
---
Imagine: you didn’t let her die in the Mingle Game
The chaos of the mingle game spread like wildfire. The players scrambled, frantic and desperate, pairing up before the timer could run out. Jun-hee clutched her stomach protectively, her heart pounding as she tried to find a partner. Her gaze landed on player 120. She hesitated before nodding at her, and they both made their way to one of the numbered rooms.
But when they entered the room panic struck her like a thunderbolt. Two other players were already inside, their faces twisted in fear and confusion. “It’s already taken,” one of them snapped, stepping forward aggressively.
Jun-hee froze, her mind racing. The rules were simple—only two players could share a room. Now it was four of them.
You saw it. You knew what's going to happen to her. But you also knew you couldn’t let her die. Not her. Not the girl you had silently vowed to protect. Your father can survive this little game of his own son. You will explain yourself to him later.
Without hesitation, you made your way to her room.
Entering the room, your presence was commanding, a dark and unyielding force. The players inside froze, their faces pale with terror. You raised your gun, pointing it at the two strangers.
“Wait—no! Please! We—we were here first!” one of them stammered, his hands raised in futile defense.
But you didn’t hesitate. The sound of two gunshots echoed in the room, silencing the pleas. The girls flinched. Jun-hee's body trembling as she stared at the lifeless forms of the other players.
Finally you glanced at Jun-hee and then left immediately , the timer showing the last 4 seconds.
Jun-hee was horrified by the violence, but a flicker of gratitude burned in her chest.
She knew it now, more than ever. Someone was willing to risk everything to ensure she and her baby survived. Even in this place of death, you had given her a chance to live.

PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING
I always try to write everyone’s requests but if it’s super unclear/vague or if I don’t feel inspired/confident enough to write it, I may take awhile to write it or I may not write it at all. I don’t wanna put out half-ass stuff for you guys! please specify the character(s), be as detailed as possible in your request, and please don’t take it personal if I don’t write it. it’s not you it’s me!
also, if I’ve already written the exact thing you’re requesting, or something very similar, I probably won’t do your request since I don’t want to be too repetitive, so please check out my other posts first!
my fav characters are dae-ho, myung-gi, 7th floor, niragi, joon-yeong, woo-jin, and gwi-nam
some characters I don’t feel drawn to write for/would prefer not to write for include in-ho, hyun-ju, jun-hee, gi-hun, and any floor besides 7th (and maybe 3rd occasionally). there are more but I can’t think of them right now.
and I’m also ONLY writing male character x fem!reader headcanons for now!
thank you for understanding and I appreciate all the support so far!!

Hey!☁️🫶🏻
Since you’ve been interested to write a Nam-gyu x reader fic, that takes place in the games, and you were open for some ideas, I’d love to share some thoughts with you! I though a lot before writing... Prepare yourself because it’s kinda long. So sorry in advance 😭
His character is so intense, so layered, and I think there’s so much potential for a dark, tension-filled story that explores his possessiveness, his downfall, and his unresolved feelings for the reader.
So here’s what I was thinking:
-The reader was Nam-gyu’s ex before the Games. She left him after he spiraled into drugs, lost all their money in crypto, and refused to change. He begged her to stay, but by then, she had already given up on him ( It’s up to you if you want a backstory for the reader and her financial struggles, I also have some ideas but I don’t want to exaggerate)
Now, months later, they unknowingly enter the Games separately. And when they see each other again it’s pure shock followed by bitterness, masked under arrogance (from my man Nam-gyu ofc).
But here’s the thing: the more she avoids him, the more obsessed he becomes. She left him once. She won’t leave him again.
Now here it’s up to you again because I have mixed feelings : Would he protect her? Would he punish her for walking away? Would he try to control her just to prove she still belongs to him? I don’t really know I want to hear your vision too.
- After the second challenge, another male player gets too close to the reader. Maybe the reader sees Nam-gyu in the first game but hides from him. They come face to face during the team selection for the second game. Thanos is doing his thing, asking female players to join. And after she turns around, he’s shocked realising it’s her. And here comes Dae-ho (because he was searching for the fifth player to join his team and I also love him so much ahaha) and the reader grabs Dae-ho, claiming he’s her teammate.
- Later that night, nam gyu corners her: "You think he can protect you? You think anyone here gives a fuck about you like I do?"
- There’s a fight, a push against the wall, lips too close but not touching - just raw, burning tension. (Maybe create the bathroom scene if you re comfortable. Smth smutty. But again up to you 🤭)
- Maybe he grabs her chin, forcing her to look at him. 🧎🏻♀️ (I fantasise too much about this guy, I have a problem)
- maybe a challenge forces them to work together (Mingle).
- maybe he gets hurt after the fight in the bathroom, and for the first time, she sees his mask slip.
"Why are you still trying to fix me?" "Because I don’t know how to stop."
I love to make myself suffer 💀.
I feel like Nam-gyu’s dynamic with the reader could be so intense, so addictive, so painful in all the best ways. He’s too far gone, but when it comes to her, she’s the only thing that makes him feel something real.
So this was my crazy rant, hope it helped 🥲 from these ideas you can choose what resonates with you. Let me know how you feel about this. Have a lovely daaaaay💗
omg ☁️ !!! this was such a treat to read LMAOO don't be sorry!!! i love hearing abt other people's ideas and soaking up long walls of text so bad <3 thank u for taking the time to type this up and share it with me :)))
prob gonna yap in response to ur thoughts + add in some of my own, so this is under a read more...
HEHE.... dae-ho mentioned!!!! although i never really talk about him, dae-ho is another one of my fav characters bc of my friend haha. i'll try to do him justice when i'm writing him!!!! he's so sweet :) i think i could see some fun scenarios transpiring between reader and nam-gyu with dae-ho thrown into the mix. dae-ho is so sweet, protective, and respectful towards jun-hee, i no doubt imagine it would be the same with anyone else. even though there's nothing romantic about him and reader's interactions with each other, just dae-ho being a genuinely nice, caring guy, it'd make for some good rage bait for someone resentful and insecure like nam-gyu LOLLL
now i'm sitting here pondering... because of how little we know (in canon) about nam-gyu, i'd say it's pretty up in the air as to how he'd react to seeing an ex in the games that he's on bad terms with, and it could honestly go any of the ways that you listed! i personally think because of how prideful and bitter he is, he wouldn't go up to her right away for sure or even want her to know that he saw her/cares, because that would be giving her the satisfaction of knowing he still loves her / wants her back, and the thought of someone seeing him in that state again would make him mad.
put in that situation, i could see him pretending to be indifferent and so focused on himself after they initially see each other in desperate hope that she'd either approach him first or think that he dgaf, has been doing great without her, and moved on (he hasn't). i think it'd be especially sensitive for him because this is a long separation, months, and logically, by now he shouldn't still be hung up on her, but ofc he is bc he's a loser.
probably has to force himself not to look for where she's sitting during the pentathlon (because that'd be a weak thing to do, and then she'd know he gaf...). his team goes before hers, they pass duhh, and then he once again has to pretend like he's not about to short circuit waiting for her team to come through alive (and ofc gi-hun's team is last!!!). once he sees her and knows she's fine he goes on to say the "oh how many roaches do u think are left," thing, trying to play off the fact that he wasn't about to lose his mind.
thennn, when night comes and she still hasn't come up to him :] i'll go onto the part that u requested where he confronts her! i'll see what i can do with that and try to stay true to ur request >:)
i think his general behavior towards her would be him desperately trying to play off how much he really cares, but when it comes down to it, he is worried about her and tries to protect her, though he tries to do it in a way that doesn't show just how much he gaf, and he resents himself for just how much he does care.
when i write i usually just make a loose outline and then free ball that shit from there, so i'll try to add in some fun stuff and other character interactions to pad out the story! i'll prob write up to the aftermath of gi-hun's plan, just bc i don't wanna speculate too much on what games come after orrr what nam-gyu's fate is in s3....😭😭
#inbox#☁️#thank u for matching my yap you're awesome#gonna challenge myself to try and get this done in a timely manner ahah#also omfg i loveee how detailed ur idea is <3333 thank u this is gonna be so fun to write... + the fact that i now have to write anyone—#other than nam-gyu LOL

Requests Open (1/4)
Request Rules + Fandoms I'm Taking Requests From
My requests are back open! I will take up to 4 requests at a time before shutting down until I catch up, in order to not overwhelm myself. Please read the rules before putting in a request.
I mostly write for female reader; however, I am looking to branch out. I will not write for male reader unfortunately; I am a woman so writing for male reader isn't comfortable for me and also I am a lesbian. I have a few male characters I write for but that is it. I would like to keep my other stuff Sapphic or Gender Neutral. Female and gender-neutral readers I can do! I hope you all understand! Gender neutral and female readers both AFAB and AMAB are allowed just specify please!
I am open to criticism as long as it's not mean. If I write a reader or character in a way that is incorrect or offensive, please inform me and I will fix it!
I still will write any type of fic. Fluff, smut, angst, drabbles, one-shots, headcanons. (Please state in your request what specifically you want or else I will write it out in way feels most comfortable for me based on the request)
I still struggle with randomized hyperfixation so I fall in and out of fandoms easily. Bear with me. I will try to get to them.
I do have the right to deny any request I am not comfortable with.
Lastly, I appreciate every one of you. Every like, reblog, respond and follow is greatly appreciated. I enjoy knowing others enjoy my stuff :)
I am going to make a list of fandoms and Characters I will take requests for(It will change as my fixations change)
PLEASE I NEED SOME FEM X FEM STUFF BECAUSE IM BLANKING BUT IM SO GAY AND DON'T HAVE ENOUGH GAY SHIT ON MY PAGE
