I remember when I was in my early 20’s people would stop me at the gym and say “Wow you have SUCH a great BACK”! 😲 Of course I loved the compliment but I’m not going to lie. BURN BABY BURN🔥 I @janine_delaney #jumpropequeen 👑 (given by @thebandz.co 😉) was trying to figure out why I love Resistance Bandz 🤔 so much. There are the obvious reasons. 💎Portable 💎Tons of variations That wasn't it though. Then it dawned on me 💡 Resistance bands allow me to TARGET small muscle groups that are difficult to get to with weight machines & cables. I have found that alternating a resistance band workout with heavier lifting days has increased my muscle definition in areas that were slow to progress before. For example, my hamstrings. 😳 Here is a great example working glutes & hammies. 🌀Squats and Rows 🌀Squat Hold with Alternating Rows 🌀Kick-Backs 🌀GLUTE squeezes 🔥 BEGINNER TIP: Hold on when doing the kick-backs for added balance. Does anyone have an area they want to target?
