funniest possible concept for me is rictor calling shatterstar dude in such an extremely lovesick affectionate way that star assumes that it's a pet name. and then someone else calls him dude and he's like. i don't know you like that. only julio may call me dude.

This was meant to be a 9 page comic but ended up reconsidering things once I didn’t finish the pages on time, I’d like to go back to it and rework it and release it eventually, it was about the growing comfort in physical contact now that they were alone together and the fact I think this is the period of time when their romantic relationship first ever began :’) anyway shout out to my friend That80sCat on twitter for doing a good deal of the flats for this while I was busy finishing some of the other drawings
