anyone else think that's an insanely well-aimed barb? she's the archivist, she had a passion for the written word - her library is the treasure she brought to blackreef. she devoted her life before to a medium that can never ever be added to again in the loop. you can read the same library as many times as you want, but you can't ever put something new on the shelves.

the thing about dancing with the stars this season is that genuinely half the season is happening offscreen on tiktok. you have to be logged the FUCK on for this season AND you have to have a working knowledge of the show and how it’s operated in the past and recent past. luckily i already was logged on. and i’ve been watching this show since i was an actual child and only stopped when they fired tom bergeron and just came back because they finally got good celebrities in here. but imagine watching this season with no context no knowledge no anything. just rawdogging dancing with the stars… that has to feel like shit seriously. 😐
#and the rpf is going crazy this time#they’re finally not forcing alan into a fake showmance which is why it’s finally hitting to do alan rpf#but i digress. this season is huge because it’s finally like. im feeling so insane about colt and julianna today. i love how julianna's goals are two parts revenge and one part bonding. i love how you eventually figure out that the truth is even worse than it could have ever been. because it couldn't just be that he kept killing her and she fought back right away. at first she probably hid, tried to figure it out. she learned to do herself what, eventually, colt had to learn over and over and over and over and over. julianna remembers everything, but colt? colt forgets sometimes. he's agreed to stay more times than she can count. they've done this dance so many times and, even knowing he will eventually degrade and go right back to forgetting his name and his daughter's face, he has to decide whether this is really the last time.
