These Easy Balsamic Chicken Skewers with Israeli Couscous are a perfect combination of savory and sweet flavors. The balsamic-marinated chicken becomes tender and juicy on the grill, complemented by the nutty Israeli couscous. A delightful and simple barbecue recipe for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup Israeli couscous. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1 red onion, cut into chunks. 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. While the chicken marinates, rinse Israeli couscous under cold water. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and cook couscous according to package instructions. Set aside. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread marinated chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper chunks onto the soaked skewers, alternating ingredients. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char. Serve the chicken skewers over a bed of cooked Israeli couscous. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!

Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade. Grill chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165F 75C. During the last few minutes of grilling, place cheese slices if using on top of each chicken breast to melt. Toast the sandwich buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly browned. To assemble the sandwiches, spread mayonnaise or your favorite sauce on the bottom bun. Top with grilled chicken, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Cover with the top bun. Serve hot and enjoy!

Sous vide cooking ensures perfectly juicy and tender chicken breasts every time. This recipe combines aromatic herbs and garlic for flavorful results.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 teaspoons salt. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 2 sprigs fresh rosemary. 2 sprigs fresh thyme.
Instructions: Warm up the sous vide machine to 145F 63C. Salt and black pepper should be mixed together in a small bowl with olive oil. Use the olive oil mix to coat the chicken breasts. Put one chicken breast into a vacuum-sealed bag and set it aside. Each bag should have a rosemary and thyme sprig added to it. Use a vacuum sealer to close the bags. Set the sous vide water bath to high heat and put the sealed bags inside. Let it cook for an hour and a half to two hours. To dry the chicken breasts, take them out of the bags after they're done cooking. Set the pan on medium-high heat. Put one tablespoon of olive oil in the pan. For one to two minutes on each side, sear the chicken breasts until they turn golden brown. Enjoy while hot!

Rotisserie chicken tonight! I seasoned this @smartchicken_official whole chicken with @jovickbrothersdeli oven roasted chicken seasoning and @meatchurch garlic & herb at cooked it on the @kamadojoe Joetisserie at 350 until it reached 170 internal. Unused the @meatermade Meater Plus to watch the temps. It turned out super juicy and tender. Perfect! I added some @olehickorypits Mustard 2.0 sauce to mine. The chicken is served with roasted red potatoes and boiled sweet corn. Pollo super jugoso a la naranja (2) Nuestro rebozado será algo distinto. Usaremos 2cs de mayonesa y una cc de salsa Hoisin, que es una salsa china muy melosa y dulzona que puedes sustituir por kétchup y miel, una cc de cada y sal. La mía es sal de vino tinto. Cortaremos las pechugas de pollo en medallones y las dejaremos en la mezcla una media hora, removiendo de cuando en cuando para que penetre bien. Luego sólo tendremos que pasarla por harina de arepas que, para la freidora de aire me parece muchísimo mejor que la de trigo o el pan rallado. Precalentamos la freidora a 200º unos 3 minutos. Pincelamos el fondo con aceite, colocamos nuestro pollo, pincelamos por arriba con aceite de oliva y programamos la freidora a 190º de 13 a 15 minutos. A los 10 minutos le damos la vuelta y LISTO. Este pollo sólo estuvo 13 minutos en total y quedó super jugoso, suave y hecho. Y con la salsa de naranja el nivel de suavidad es tremendo.
