Josie moodboard! Lotsa cuties on here, so let's jump in! Misa is on here for both her undying devotion and her creepy cute aesthetic, both things Josie has in spades. Squigly is a zombie and has a load of death motifs surrounding her, yet she remains sweet and gentle. Another good inspiration. Josie is wildly affectionate and a little overemotional over Edgar, just like sweet crybaby Serena/Usagi around her boy. Edgar used the brain of a nurse for his 'assistant', and the always-cute Mikan WAS Josie's Halloween costume this year, so this was a given. I wanred to put the original actress for Bewitched on here, but I think Nicole Kidman's Isabel Bigelow in the 2005 remake is a lot better fit for Josie's personality. Josie might be confident and cute, but she is also naive due to her small knowledge of the outside world. But don't count her out, she's bright and talented. (Also if you haven't seen this movie, it's a perfect oracle into the issues with remake culture, SUPER cute watch!) Shelley from Gaia is on here mostly for the aesthetic...how'd I get TWO dead monster girls by the SAME artist on this board? Yeesh. Chi is another obvious pick, I think. Either you've seen Chobits or you know what it's about anyway because you, dear reader, are likely familiar with anime. The ultimate DIY wife, right in the comfort of your home! Last but not least, Hsien-ko is another good one for the dead girl aesthetic, but Hsien-ko is also smart and resourceful, and deeply loyal to her family. I really love doing these! It's Josie's turn! I can't believe how quickly her model sheet came together! I WAS going to draw her in an actual outfit...and then I drew in Edgar for size comparison, and her fate was sealed. I think everyone is aware that Josie is Edgar's wife, but did you know that SHE'S the breadwinner?
