Hot on the heels of the fallout from our Decline of Western Civilization Part II: The Metal Years critique, I was invited back on Peter Kerr’s Rock Daydream Nation along with John Clauser and Steve Deluxe, to review the debut album by Tuff.  I’d never heard What Comes Around Goes Around before, so it was a little “tuff” for me to get up to speed with the other guys.  I listened to the album…

Then Michael Lean (Tuff drummer), Brent Muscat (Faster Pussycat Guitarist), Stevie Rachelle (Tuff singer), Bruce Naumann (Hericane Alice singer), Todd Chase (Tuff bassist), Ian Mayo (Hericane Alice bassist), Danny Gill (Hericane Alice guitarist), Jorge DeSaint (Tuff guitarist) and Marc Ferrari (Keel guitarist). It was a Tuff show at Troubadour on Friday night March 31st 1989. For the encore Marc Ferrari & Brent Muscat got up and jammed “Blue Suede Shoes” with us.
