Injuries were nothing new in his line of work—a sprained ankle from stumbling over bricks or bruised ribs after a ceiling crashed down, let alone cuts and bruises. While he was used to minor injuries, it didn’t mean they didn’t hurt though he wasn’t going to freak out about them either. “Thanks for the help, Nate! And sorry again for the late intrusion.” He mumbled under his breath, watching the man closely whilst he attended to his wounds. “Yeah. It was chaotic. But at least we didn’t lose anyone this time.” Those were the best days and he tried to focus on the positive sides of his job, however they weren’t always this lucky. “It’s fine. I’ll be alright, don’t worry. As he was cleaning it, he was making sure to not hurt the man as much, cleaning some parts in small taps to not hurt the main further. Nate knew Jordan was a firefighter and he had seen him with some injuries, but they were already taken care of, this was the first time he had seen the man weak, or close to it, in front of him. "The one near the park station? Oh my god, it could've been a disaster." he said, finishing up the small touches, cleaning his hand on the sink. "oh my god" Nathan turned around as he heard the ceiling part, approaching him to touch his face softly. "oh my god, jay..."
