Today I learned that Juniper will wear hair clips.

She wanted to sniff my ginger candy really bad.

This is the politest "disgusting, no thank you" I have ever seen. 😂

This isn't a great picture of the moment, but if you aren't acquainted with kitty body language and with Junie specifically you might not notice that this is a MASSIVE kitty smile.

Today she learned that she loves being groomed.

Today I learned that she drools when she's really happy.

Junie does have a Small Baby side like Jasper, she just doesn't schlurp fingers, she schlurps the blanket. It's way less painful but very wet.

Any ideas for how to safely block off the area under a stove/oven so this sad BABY won't keep losing her spwingies and bonks and bingle balls?

Juniper...the Renaissance painting lighting...the little explosion of her white whiskers against the dark...her strange and misty eyes...her delicate ear furnishings...her ABNORMALLY LONG TONGUE.

This week was a horrible slog, and my boyfriend's having a worse time of things than me.

Part of me feels like if we have to go through all this shit, we should have our boys at our side.

But...you know...the babies aren't too bad. Not too bad at all. I'm glad they're here. I regret what happened, losing the boys, I wish they were here, familiar and loving, but I can't regret these babies' sweet, silly little faces. I wish none of that awful stuff had happened, but it did, and I'm glad that they happened.

And Fancy remains, forever my little furry compass.
