I had loads of fun today hosting for the 2nd KPM - Milo Aktiv Jam Senam Aerobik National Competition 2019. The scale of it was of the charts, with 250 submissions, 10 primary schools were picked for the school category and 16 from each state for the 'Muhibbah' / Open category. Speaking about the sport itself, it is a world wide phenomenal, Senam aerobik is a mixture of both aerobic dance and gymnastic elements placed into their routines. Overall hands down the best event I have done for primary school level. It was fun, full of spirit and chants, amazing energy by the participants and supporters alike.
