Okay, I gave in and I'm rewatching Ninjago, and I am literally like five minutes into the first episode and I am DYING of laughter. Because imagine it. You and your little sister are doing your thing, just surviving on your own cause your parents vanished into thin air and this random old guy comes in, insults your blacksmithing, your armor, and your family's shop practically all in one breath and then vanishes. Almost instantly after, a bunch of living skeletons show up and start attacking. You're about to die from this four armed skeleton that couldn't have possibly ever actually come from any living thing you know of when this golden mini tornado shows up shouting in the old man's voice. The tornado turns out to actually BE the old man and the skeleton knows the old dude by name (bc of course he does) Old guy also knows skeleton dude by name. You almost die (again) and your little sister gets kidnapped. Your shop is trashed, your sister is now kidnapped, and the old guy is saying nothing helpful. Man, Kai is just having a rough day
