to make a long story short: jeff abilties and more importantly his ultimate create a character that tortures beginners and they draws in players who love doing so

well to put it short to there they seem impossible to beat for new players but when you learn their tricks it turns out there a few and accessible countermeasures

jeff is one of them, along side venom and iron fist

With Jeff, your power is just SKYROCKETS when you face players of lower skill level, a lot more than most characters

a skill check in human form

most of the hate comes from people who didn't know how to properly deal with Jeff before he killed them
