Album Number Four Hundred Eighty Six. “Somethin's Happening” is the third studio album by #peterframpton , released in 1974. It reached #125 on the US Billboard 200 album chart. My copy is on A&M Records - SP-3619 Following the release of the 1973 album #framptonscamel , keyboard player #mickgallagher chose to leave the group, and for the next album Peter Frampton played keyboards (except on 'Sail Away' and 'Waterfall' played by #nickyhopkins ) in addition to his more customary guitar duties. But, Frampton retained British bassist #rickwills , and drummer #johnsiomos (credited as #johnheadleydown ). The #hipgnosis -designed album cover is notable for its freeze-frame photos of the band having buckets of water thrown in their faces. Sales were disappointing. Finally have taken Beck Morning Phase off the turntable. #nowplaying #PeterFrampton #FramptonComesAlive #LimitedEdition (my ass) numbered #PictureDisc #1978 #AandMRecords #vinyl #vinylrules #vinyligclub #vinylcollection - I've got an original pressing of the 2XLP ri finally released in January of #1976. I saw this in a rack the other day and couldn't resist. It's only got 6 edited tracks from the 14 on the original LP. I need to get the 25th Anniversary Edition on CD... Always wanted to hear it but just haven't picked it up yet. #BobMayo #StanleySheldon & #JohnSiomos round out the band. Definitely one of my all time favorite live albums. This brings back great groovy memories of being an 11 year old skateboarding valley kid in the 70's. I've got No:14219 of this "Special Limited and Edited" scary pic disc.👻

We loved going to see Peter Frapton in Detroit. Great guitar player and singer was brilliant in #humblepie I never had the pleasure of working with him . I did see him play the awesome #glassspidertour with #davidbowie . I remember The Cobo Arena shows in January 76 and the ensuing After Parties at our #detroit Rock N Roll Hilton. This was those #almostfamous days. This album contains the hits #doyoufeellikewedo #babyiloveyourway and my fave #shineon and a great Stones cover #jumpinjackflash LOVE Peter Enjoy!
