Back to sparkly beginnings ✨ . I’m not sure where my obsession with all things sparkly came from. But all I know is that it always uplifts my mood...so I’ll stick with that ☺️ . I’ve been hand-crafting some restock (finally) and new pieces like these mini duets using vegetable tanned leather. . There’s still a way to go so please bear with me. They’re not online yet. . Minimal packaging, maximal print and attention to details 💫 . I’ve been printing at home using my lovely custom stamp. The stamp is crafted from eco friendly rubber and solid oak. . I used to screenprint all my cotton bags, so this is a huge step up in utilising time better. It saves my energy (especially on the physical side) plus it’s super quick to do at home. Win win! . The packaging I use is just as thought out as the products. When sampling goes right 💕 . Here’s a 2021 Diary sample from when I was testing screenprint colourways and checking out the handbound book finishings (paper, quality, binding etc). . Always sample before committing to production so you know exactly what you’re getting for your money. . This print didn’t make my final cut as there were so many beautiful swatches to choose from. There were also many hideous ones that went straight to the bin 🤫 (when I lifted the foil sheet off some samples I wanted to cry after all that printing and physical labour) but I got there in the end. . As the saying goes, ‘try and if you fail, try again’. Who knows what magic you might come up with! . .
