Boys Republic were compared to BTS because despite debuting in the same year, they didn’t achieve BTS’s popularity. 24K debuted in 2012, they lost one member, added three, lost one, added two, lost two, added two again. 

I'm sick of these bands hurting. I’m sick of them working their asses off and nothing being paid off. I’m sick of good people, amazing people, people that adore and are completely in love with their fans, people that never disappointed me, their fans, getting the short end of the stick. 

I’m sick of this, of the tired and broken looks on Cory’s and Kisu’s faces. Of the disappointed ones on Jeonguk’s and Jinhong’s. Of the laughing on Hongseob’s and Changsun’s knowing they’re still kids that have to work and breathe in this industry. Jeonguk had to fucking ask his parents for money to ride the subway. 

I’m sick of this, of Sungjun getting so worried they might lose fans he begged us to stay with them, to support them, thanked us all that are still with them. Of them crying because a stupid show decided to split them. Of their make-up trying to make them look happy and good when they’re exhausted. 

I’m sick of these talented groups having to go on survival shows after all they went through. I’m sick of these survival shows trying to get ratings and money over my love’s tears and sleepless nights and worries. I’m sick.

Onejunn: created the group chat, named it "Universal Music's Boys Republic", "LANGUAGE!!", swears more than all of them

Sunwoo: has the group chat on mute, comes once in a while to say "shut up"

Sungjun: sends gym selfies, "is there any food home?", constantly mocking everyone

Minsu: sends 938275 memes per day, everyday sends another conspiracy theory that riles up Onejunn

Suwoong: sends selfies with the caption "look how cute I look today" even if they live in the same dorm, constantly trying to change the group chat name to "Cute and Handsome Boys Republic", uses kaomojis

I think this is honestly one of the most enjoyable performances I’ve seen in my entire time as a k-pop fan. The choreography is interesting and dynamic with a lot of elements that I personally love, the song is really fun, the live vocals are good, and most of all, they seem to be having a great time onstage and paying attention to the audience as well. I’m impressed that they did so well on their first comeback.

Hey, it's missing boys rep hours... i'm here because i want to express how much i love and miss this boys and how important they're for me. So, i met them in 2015 with the "boys republic reacting to snakes" video and i just fell in love for them and for their crazyness, so i started to search more about them and became part of the Royal Family, that im too proud of saying im part of this FAMILY, this time was the hello era which was an AMAZING era. I really loved everything about that single, and since then i was always together with our boys loving and cheering for them.. after get down our boys have had really hard times and i saw a big part of the fandom leaving them, and it was awful but i stayed there as i'm here for them today and i'll always be!! I love this boys so fckn much, they're special in my life, they teached me what is the real love between an idol and a fan... even geologically far from them I know I'm loved and I hope they know I love them too!! so my boys, I hope you are happy and safe, royal family loves you more than everything ❤

“Wonjun don’t you dare!”

You screamed as flour was tossed across the kitchen and onto your shirt. Your boyfriend laughed as you sat shocked at what he just did. All you wanted was to make pancakes peacefully with him, but instead he decided to start a war with you and potentially make a disaster of your kitchen.

“Alright. You started this.”

Picking up an egg, you casually walked over to Wonjun and cracked it over his head. You almost fell over laughing at his expression. He stared at you like you had just betrayed him in the worst way possible. You smiled at him innocently, like the thing you did wasn’t you. Deciding you won, you went to continue making the pancakes, settling the fight once and for all.

Arms snaked around your waist. You watched as they reached into the batter that you had just made. You closed your eyes and felt the cold mixture hit your face. You wiped it from your eyes and turned around the give your attacker what he deserved. You rubbed your face all over his, making sure to get it all over his face.

“That’s not fair at all!” He protested, using his shirt to wipe away some of the batter from his eyes.

“It is! You didn’t run away fast enough!”

He scoffed and crossed his arms, “You didn’t give me time to.”

You watched as he pouted and laughed at him, “Stop being a baby and lets finish these so we can he.”

Wonjun nodded and set himself to making the pancakes. You left to go set the table. When you came back, there was a pancake on the ceiling.

“Wonjun. What happened?”

“I wanted to impress you. I was practicing and it ended up getting stuck.”

He smiled, but when you glared at him he looked down at the floor. You sighed and grabbed a chair to take down the pancake. He helped pass you the things to clean the ceiling up and went back to his job of the pancakes. You laughed as you were cleaning the mess. It was cute that he wanted to impress you, but you were stuck cleaning the mess.

Breakfast eventually came to an end and things were cleaned up. It took a bit to clean the kitchen, but with the both of you working it seemed to go by quickly. Having music with you helped along as well. You both danced around and cleaned, sometimes singing and dancing with each other. You continued dancing in the living room, acting like idiots with some songs.

You laughed at some of his dance moves that he made up. You joined in on some of them, but others you fell to the floor laughing. He grabbed a hairbrush and sang into it, serenading you. You laid on the floor, holding your stomach. Waving your hands up in defeat, you tried to get him to stop.

A slow song began to play. Wonjun helped you up and pulled you close to dance with him. He still treated you as if he first met you, keeping you more in love with him each day. He tried to impress you, and it worked. Well, most of the time. You had your ups and downs. It was moments like these that you really appreciated in the end. Moments where you both just held each other close and appreciated each moment.

“I’m sorry for making a big mess.”

You kissed him and smiled, “I don’t mind it. As long as you’re here with me a mess seems alright.”

He smiled at you and hugged you tightly, “Mess or not you’re stuck with me. Even if I get on your nerves.”

“That’s alright with me.”
