     honestly, somin never expects christmas presents form anyone because she’s never really been one to receive gifts. her family had never been the type to really do much, so she would often go out of her way to try to get her little brother a small present but didn’t really expect anything in return since he didn’t have much pocket money and she would rather him spend it on himself. 

     so coming home to see a package under her name when she knew she hadn’t ordered anything was a bit surprising. though, once she opens the box she can’t help but laugh a little when she sees what’s inside. it’s things she’s discussed offhandedly with yuxi. she has to hand it to the other crystallis member for remembering this, honestly, since somin herself had mostly forgotten about this conversation they had had. 

     holding up the necklace and the ring, she grins to herself and sets them back into the box gently and makes a mental note of needing wear them soon before she rushes out of her room to find yuxi to thank her in person.
