Almost two weeks ago, we set up our new Planted Aquarium, Iwagumi Style Aquascape. And a few days ago, we added more things to it, like aquatic plants, more stone, and installed a new filter. Then, we added Wild Shrimp, Galaxy Rasboras, Blue-eyed Gertrudae, and Black Neon Tetra.

A day well spent with Idz family, exploring one of the tourist attractions in Leyte, Philippines. 

Since they love to explore the beauty of these places, at the same time, to experience the thrill on their nerves, they decided to visit the Palompon Terrestrial Eco - Adventure Park, and Lake Danao & Heaven's Peak in Ormoc. It was indeed a day, full of fun and laughter as they enjoy those places in Ormoc and Palompon in the province of Leyte. ❤️

Every year, we always look forward to celebrating a feast.

Every year, we always look forward to celebrating a feast. This year, for the first time at Brgy Duljugan in Palompon Leyte, they had a different way to enjoy it. The Sanggunian ng Kabataan officials in the barangay organized a Wet and Wild Color Foam Party. Everyone had a great time.   Watch the video on how Idz and the rest of the people enjoyed. We decided to create a Biorb (terrarium) using our old fishbowl. Because of the quarantine implementation, we prefer to utilize the available resources that we have.

We missed our hometown, not only the people but also the food. Our place in Palompon produces one of the best dried boneless Danggit

Being stranded here in the city because of General Community Quarantine make us always look forward to that special dish back home. So we decided to have it today on our table (Fried Boneless Danggit + Sunny Side Up).

The Soursop Fruit or commonly known as Guyabano or Yabana is a fruit that natively grows in the tropics. While growing up, we can still remember the Guyabano tree in our backyard. Back then, we did not know that it has good health properties. 

Here is how we try to plant the fruit, using the wet paper towel method. It took us 1-2 weeks to get the roots started. And we hope this grows to a bigger tree.

Today, we will share with you how we replaced the battery of this Late 2013 Retina MacBook Pro (Model, A1502). The current battery is no longer charging, and it needs to connect to the MacBook Pro for the power socket always. 

We ordered the battery (Model A1493) on a local online shop, which is quite cheap compared to the official MacBook battery. Overall, we are impressed with the result.

Due to the recent attack of Planaria to our tank that causes the shrimp population to decrease, we decided to make a DIY trap. After installing the trap inside the nano tank, we carefully observed the trap. In just a few minutes, we already saw some Planaria inside. 

Join us today as we share with you on we set up this simple trap that eliminated many of the Planaria population inside the shrimp tank. But we think it will grow in a few days. Also, we are thinking of getting the dewormer for dogs. But it might affect our snails.

We are still on Enhanced Community Quarantine in our area, so we decided to do a lighter test on our different face masks to see which mask is ideal for the pandemic. From the common cotton mask to surgical mask, until we tested the N95 and the respirator with a replaceable filter.

The announcement of Enhanced Community Quarantine implementation in Lapu Lapu slightly brought panic to us. That's why we decided to went for a grocery a day before its implementation because it was the only vacant day for both of us.

We were supposed to go to SM Hypermarket, only to find out the huge number of people who were waiting outside. So we proceed to Robinsons supermarket at Pueblo Verde.

Dalgona Coffee has captured the spotlight recently and become one of the favorites of many. Since we stay at home because of quarantine, we also got our nerve to try this trending coffee.

We made it based on the ingredients available. And a good thing that we have the things that we also need for the procedure. 

These are the ingredients that we used: . 2 tsp Instant Black Coffee . 2 tsp White Sugar . 2 tsp Hot Water . Milk . Ice Cubes 

 Based on the ingredients mentioned above, it is only good for one mixture or one glass enough for a good layer. If you want to have a thicker layer, or more than one glass to add for it, you can adjust the ingredients.

As we all know, COVID-19 has been taking the spotlight in the first quarter of 2020. And, it brought fears throughout the world. A couple of days, this has been taken seriously in our country, Philippines.
