top 5 ships!

1. Garcy from Timeless. That OTP will always have a special place in my heart, I think. Top tier of top tiers, the greatest ship that almost sailed.

2. Emotional Compass from Sanctuary. Those two rewired my brain, and every time I think I ship them too much, I rewatch a couple of episodes and go "OH, right, she was completely in love with him. We can argue about his feelings, but she's visibly smitten." (Full respect to my mutuals who disagree/see this as a NOTP!! Love you guys!!)

3. Henry Foss from Sanctuary/Jordan McKee from Haven. I've made a lot of crossover ships over the years, but this one is genuinely my favorite. They're just SO important to me. Woman who is used to being used, unaccepted, and unloved. Guy who doesn't know how to be anything but open and earnest, who wears his heart on his sleeve. They could've been great, y'all.

4. Jisbon from the Mentalist. My first real OTP, the first ship that introduced me to fandom. The first fanfic I ever read was for them. To this day, Snarky Man Who's Dramatic To Hide Pain/Longstuffering Woman Who Cuts Through His Drama But Also Loves Him And Would Kill For Him (or visa versa; *cough*Emotional Compass*cough*) remains one of my favorite ship dynamics in new fandoms.

5. Maleval from the Maleficent movies. Listen, these two are kind of a background ship in my brain. I'll go months without remembering them exist, then rewatch the movies or see a piece of fanart and be obsessed with them for like a week, then go back to normal. But it's SUCH a love story, they are SO married.

Reviewing a case

Hello, I just will let it here. 

I'm writing different episodes of the show for myself in case these two switch genders. Tommy has sisters and Patricia had a husband, and Lordley, oh it's so hard to find a version of a male name for Lorelei, just improvised for the moment... is also male, but otherwise everyone else has their own gender.

I'm adding a few situations ,from the past, both Jane and Lisbon, to illustrate some of the situations that have happened in the series and I haven't run into a problem until now... And then there was episode 2x16. It's just not possible for Thomas to punch Patricia... It's terrible how society has no problem accepting a woman punching a man, but it's not the other way around. No wonder the high percentage of domestic violence inflicted by women on men...

I understand that it's assumed that a woman doesn't cause that much damage, which is nonsense, and anyway that doesn't justify any woman hurting anyone, however little...but just between Patrick and Teresa? She should be the stronger one... It's a wonder she didn't break his nose, which by the way, it's odd that Jane hasn't had her nose broken once in all these years... How many times did he hit it?

Well, as for those other blows from angry citizens, which Patricia, like the male version of her, annoys sufficiently, I've even let some of them hit her, sometimes she deserves it, but Thomas with his three baby sisters... I just don't see it. Well I finally solved it with a bit of violent imprisonment and worse screaming, but... It took a while.
