yeah, that's exactly it!! bc the syllables break up differently in japanese. there's a very cute japanese picture with it written this way in english! ;;w;;

personally i also love how in english, the "ur" in "homuruu" functions as both the "ur" in "homura" and the "ur" in "uruu", it's as if it's literally both of their names at once! ;;w;;

LMAO MOOD tbh if i ever left it spelled like that, it WOULD be for emotional reasons 😂😂 typing like that for emphasis is very much my style LMAOOO;;;

it's so fun when the names end up having a meaning! i usually see kinatsu written as 熱草, idk if they ever write "kin" honestly. (i actually wondered if i should be writing kinako differently but... i think i found a little comic of kinchan giving akoya a necklace once when i searched it this way... but i dont see it now 😭)

i got the name tarojiro or jirotaro from the jp fandom, i was trying to write it tajiro or something lmao but they were like ok just combine the whole names, that works 😂
