to start off, here’s pretty much the best super-long universe of fics i’ve read:

[E, series, 650k overall damn] Guardian verse by captainmentalstability

it features the hyyh pairings, and some of the hyyh storylines, but with a “supernatural” twist. please read the tags before reading, guys!

now, on to the assortment. some of these will be plot heavy in an intense manner, but some will also be long but lighthearted. i’m quite heavy on the yoonkook, apologies

[E, 107k] something in the water by notyoongs pairing: yoonkook some tags: pirates au, lovers to enemies to lovers, minor char. death, mutual pining, slow burn, fluff, angst summary: after being arrested, pirate captain jeon jeongguk is given an ultimatum—help the military find and capture five of the most notorious pirates on korean waters or be executed for his crimes. the choice should be easy… except jeongguk must work with naval commander min yoongi, the man he once loved and lost and has since learned to hate. but the sea has a funny way of mending broken things, and jeongguk has always been at her mercy.
