We do still have lost time, though I don't really think any of us can plan for it! The best we can do is leave each other notes about important things that happened and ask friends for a recap of what's gone down so far. We can plan for some switches though!

Hi! So, I have a question. When realizing you had alters, was it a “oh, i’m feeling angry now, but i’m not sure why and i know for sure that i was just feeling optimistic”? I’m sorry if that’s incredibly ignorant but I’ve been reading your blog and I’m trying to understand how you came upon your alters, if that’s not triggering to go into. Did you realize you had DID or were your actions and mannerisms shown to you by others?

It’s a little of both, actually! There were definitely times I noticed things myself, but the biggest indicator for me was time loss and amnesia, having to be told by friends what happened over periods of time that, back when I (or, well, Harry) was first discovering we were a system, we didn’t have an explanation for. What prompted us to look into DID of course was seeing that we had similar experiences to a system we were following at the time!
