Do any of the skeleguys knot and/or crochet and/or tat and/or weave? Who would want to be an s/o yarn buddy?

Underswap Papyrus - He's actually good at knot, crochet and weave. He loves creating plushies of his favorite characters and sells them in geek conventions whenever he has too many. He creates scarfs for his brother and his S/O too, and sometimes clothes if he is very inspired.

Horrortale Papyrus - He likes crochet. It's a peaceful activity and since he is ofter very nervous, it helps him calm down. Some of his creations are pretty huge and impressive.

Horrorswap Papyrus - Same than his younger self, but it's more about the plushies and in a very darker way. All of his creations turns around Alphys without a head, her arms, her legs... It's a little concerning, but it's helping him to feel better. Crochet was the only thing he was allow to do in his cell, so he's quite good at this.

Swapfell Sans - Not so surprisingly, he likes tat, because it can help to put his jewalry at its most advantage. He's not very patient though, so most of the time, he just gives it to someone so they can finish it.

Mafiafell Papyrus - He knots, surprisingly. In his head, Torpedo is an old man, and when everything is shit, it helps him to calm down. Also, if anyone touches his creations, he's strangling them with the wool. Don't you dare comment on his activity.

Quinn was quite conyent with waiting on her companion. Legs swinning since she was all the way back on the bench that was at the entrance of the store, to the left. Listen to the air and wave at the young kids that ran along the village roads. It seemed so calm, peaceful. She wondered if her being here was tainting the serene feeling that came from the picture.

She didn't have to dwell on it when Astra came to her and presented her a box, wrapped in bow and everything! A giggle left her as she set all the other purchases on the bench, standing infront of Astra she placed a hand on her shoulder and placed a kiss on her cheek.

The other always got oddly formal in her speech whenever she was embarressed or serious about something. Maybe this was both? She knows that Quinn had a limited teaching when young so such serious sounding words were lost on her so this must be truely important if she used such a big word.

"Ah, of course Astra!," the gift was taken with a smile and poorly stifled squeal,"Though can you tell me what the word, 'intent' means in this context? I know it has something to do with the word intentions, for sure."

Slowly, Quinn unwrapped the gift. Starting with the bow, she tied it sround her wrist for safe keeping, who knows if it'll be needed and not because the frabic is silky smooth. The box was opened with as much care Quinn could muster in her excitement.

"Oh Astra!" The outburst came when the pointed eared girl saw the the earrings. The gold shimmered in the lazy afternoon sun. It was just perfect not even adding the fact that it was given to her by Astra.

Said girl was tugged into the tightest hug Quinn could manage after putting in the jewalry. 'Thank yous' and misdiscern' I love yous' were tumbling off of the girl's tounge. Suddenly she pulled back just to grin to Astra. In the off chance she couldn't tell she loved it.

"Oh, when I figure out what you meant, I'll be the happiest Quinn the world has seen!"

A surprise? For her? Oh, today was getting a whole lot better! The smile that spread across Astra’s face was mirrored with one of her own, made her feel giddy. Her eyes sparkled yet again at the thought of whatever her companion has for her.

It was so important to the former heir that she was required to wait outside just to make sure it’s not spoiled. As excited as Quinn was she tried to stave it off just to be sure she doesn’t jump on Astra a envelope her in a squeezing hug.

“Okay! You have me, just let me change and check everything out and I’ll be outside! ”

The girl blurted out through her giddy laughter. Rushing, she dressed herself back into her previous attire and put all the clothes she had chosen into the bag she was given by one of the workers. When she passed by Astra again Quinn ducked her head in an attempt to hide her burning cheeks.

Is this how easy she’s excited? How embarrassing!

After that, she spoke to the employee who delt with the jewelry for help getting the necklaces as well as advice for customizing the chains. Might as well do it herself, saves money and adds more meaning to the gift. If anything could add more feeling to something, let alone that it is for Astra, should be treated as priority.

With everything in hand and assured of, the elf eared nin makes her way to to the register with the money she and Astra split before going their separate ways. On the topic of money she’s gotten better at handling it though she may impulse buy if not talked out of it soon enough.

“Im going out now Astra! I’ll be sitting in the bench at the door!” Quinn announced on her way out. Grin taking over her face.

Astra noticed Quinn’s excitement and it made her happy as well–it made her giddy and the situation made her feel kind of anxious, but not. She couldn’t put a word to the emotion, but she knew it was there.

She made sure everything was paid for and Quinn was outside before snagging the little ear pieces she’d been eyeing. They were golden in color, and she correctly assumed they were real gold. They dangled and shone in the light, beautiful in their delicacy. 

At least she wouldn’t have to worry about it tarnishing or causing irritation to Quinn’s skin.

Astra liked jewelry herself and she knew the ramifications of getting it for another, at least in a romantic sense. At least from her clan teachings, this was considered a gesture of intent. To court, to eventually be married, to have a future, monogamous relationship. 

It wasn’t a ring, but it was something just the same.

It was packed away in a box with a bow, gift-wrapped for Quinn to open, even if she was going to unwrap it right outside of the door. Astra had to do this properly!

Astra found herself outside the door, a heavy blush on her face as she bowed her head, presenting the box with both hands. “Please accept my gesture of intent, Quinn.”

Her entire body felt jittery with the force of her emotions, and she could feel the sizzling static of the lightning beginning to dance across her right arm, reacting to the chakra that moved through her body.

She didn’t dare look up at Quinn–not yet.
