Man I was really kinda dreading making Cal's boots but they actually turned out pretty nice. I used a base boot ofc but the pads/cuffs I made from my fav leatherish looking fabric (which is no longer sold 😐) aswell as the strap/buckle which is actually warbla! All the weathering was done with acrylic paint. And with this Cal Kestis is basically done. Hard to believe I've been working on this cosplay almost a year and a half now...
