Corsage
Corsage [trailer]
A fictional account of one year in the life of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. Faced with a future of strict ceremony and royal duties, she rebels against her public image and comes up with a plan to protect her legacy.
I'm starting to accept that movies about life at a royal court aren't my thing. I too often wonder what's historically accurate and what isn't. And that's not very helpful for films that deliberately take some liberty when it comes to depicting historic events, even if I feel sympathetic towards the story that's being told.
