Oh right, I guess they would speak English. Kuuga has spoiled me, with Jean the French guy played by a Romanian.
Also John’s British!?
I’m guessing the thing with the dress was your idea, then?

OK I've got it
Sandstorm is biologically kittypet, but was found abandoned and adopted at a very young age so no one in the clan knows this. she's a fawn abyssinian.
(EvgenS, Shutterstock)
Firestar is a ruddy Somali (same breed just longhair)
(Volchanskiy, Getty Images)
Which means, as far as I'm aware, blue Somali squirrelstar is completely feasible (given Sandstorm carries the recessive longhair gene, and firestar carries the recessive dilution gene.)
as for leafpool? she can be a chocolate abyssinian. it's not breed standard but I'm pretty sure it's also feasible, and we're here for a fun time.
(Jean-Michel Labat, fineartamerica)
alternatively, you could have her be a Sorrel aby, giving her a more red appearance and lowkey swapping her and her sisters canon designs.
("Is this abyssinian the cat of your choice?", PetRebels)
a thought: what if squirrelstar was a blue Somali so she could look like a gray squirrel

enigmapanda · I make my heart sit on trains
A miksz borítóját William Daniels (National Geographic), a bejegyzést képeit Dominik Staszowski (Positive) Sorrel Downer, Dottie Bond és Gert Ludwig készítette.

Remembering the Victims of the Manchester Bombing
On May 22, 2017, a suicide bomber killed a total of 22 people and injured a further 116 more following an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. These are the 22 people that the world lost due to the senseless act.
Saffie Rose Ruossos, 8 years old
The young Saffie was described as “simply a beautiful little girl in every sense of the word,” by Chris Upton, the head teacher of Lancashire’s Tarleton Community Primary School. He additionally stated “She was loved by everyone and her warmth and kindness will be remembered fondly.”
Nell Jones, 14 years old
Jones was a “popular girl, always smiling” according to her teacher David Wheeler. She was from Chesire, England and was a pupil at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. Wheeler stated, “It feels like they have lost a sister, not a classmate.”
Sorrell Leczkowski, 14 years old
Sorrell went along with her family to pick up her younger sister at the Manchester Arena. Both her mother and her grandmother were injured in the attack, but her sister was left unharmed. Sorrell was from Leeds, England.
Eilidh MacLeod, 14 years old
Eilidh had attended the Ariana Grande concert with a friend, who was left in critical condition after the attacks. Eilidh’s parents released this statement: "Words cannot express how we feel at losing our darling Eilidh. Eilidh was vivacious and full of fun. She loved all music whether it was listening to Ariana or playing the bagpipes with her pipe band. As a family we would like to express our thanks and gratitude for the support and kind messages we have received at this difficult time."
Olivia Campbell, 15 years old
Olivia was described by her mother as a “precious, gorgeous girl”. Olivia had been a pupil at Tottington High School, where her head teacher Brian Duffy stated that she was “a delightful young girl”, and “As a school community we are absolutely devastated and heartbroken at the news that Olivia has passed away.”
Megan Hurley, 15 years old
Her ticket to the Ariana Grande concert had been a birthday gift from her parents. They have described Megan as a “fun-loving, sincere, caring, and beautiful young lady”. She was a girl who loved to socialize with friends and family and who loved to go to concerts. “Cruelly taken from us on a night she had waited so long for. No words can describe how we feel right now, other than our hearts are broken and our lives are shattered".
Chloe Rutherford, 17 years old, and Liam Curry, 19 years old
Chloe and Liam were a couple whose lives were tragically taken away on the night of May 22nd. In a joint statement made by both of the victim’s families, they were described as “perfect in every way for each other and meant to be…They wanted to be together forever and now they are.”
Georgina Callender, 18 years old (left)
Georgina was a student at Runshaw College in Leyland, Lancashire. She was studying in her second year of a health and social care course. Georgina was one of the first to be taken to the hospital following the attack. The Runshaw College released a statement saying, “Our deepest sympathies, thoughts and prayers go out to all of Georgina's family, friends, and all of those affected by this loss.”
Courtney Boyle, 19 years old
“My stunning amazing beautiful daughter you were my rock, you made me so proud with all you had achieved,” said Courtney’s mother in a statement. Courtney’s father said he would “miss his baby girl”, and her sister added that Courtney was “now a shining yellow star in the sky”. Courtney’s boyfriend stated, “No one had what that lass had, she was like no other. And she was on a path to fulfillment, and was happy when she passed.”
John Atkinson, 28 years old
Atkinson was described in online tributes as “a true gentleman”. Friend Hayley Dickenson, who organized a fund for Atkinson’s family, stated, “John was one in a million and loved by so many.”
Martyn Hett, 29 years old
Martyn was from Stockport and had been attending the Ariana Grande concert with his friend, Stuart Aspinall. Martyn’s partner, Russel Hayward, made a statement on Twitter saying, “We got the news last night that our wonderful iconic and beautiful Martyn didn't survive. He left this world exactly how he lived, centre of attention."
Kelly Brewster, 32 years old
After being separated from her sister at the end of the show, Kelly Brewster had shielded her 11-year-old niece from the horrific explosion. She was killed as a result of this truly brave and heroic act. Kelly’s partner, Ian Winslow, said in a FaceBook post, “Kelly really was the happiest she has ever been and we had so many things planned together. My daughter Phoebe will be absolutely devastated like we all are."
Philip Tron, 32 years old
“Philip was such a fun loving, energetic soul, he would light up the darkest room and lift your spirits with his infectious laugh, witty sense of humor, and his beautiful smile,” Philip’s mother stated. Philip Tron was killed in the attack alongside his partner’s daughter, Courtney Boyle. His partner stated, “My gorgeous crazy Philip you made my world a happy place, and now you are both my angels flying high in the sky."
Angelika Klis, 39 years old, and Marcin Klis, 42 years old
This married couple was unfortunately murdered in the explosion whilst collecting their daughters from the Manchester Arena. Angelika and Marcin’s daughters were confirmed safe by the Polish Foreign Minister, Witold Waszczykowski. The Polish Foreign ministry stated, “We share the pain of the family and the loved ones of the victims and express our most sincere condolences."
Elaine McIver, 43 years old
Elaine was a Cheshire Police Officer who had been off-duty while at the concert. She was with her partner, Paul, who was critically injured, and her two children, who were also injured. Elaine’s family put together this statement: “Elaine was a much-loved daughter, sister, auntie, friend and colleague. She was everyone's friend, thoughtful beyond belief with an effervescent and outgoing personality."
Alison Howe, 45 years old
Alison was killed alongside her friend, Lisa Lees, while the two awaited their daughters in the foyer of the venue. The daughters of the two women were later revealed to be safe. On FaceBook, Alison’s stepson Jordan wrote, “They took a caring beautiful mum and step mother away from us all she was amazing to us all."
Michelle Kiss, 45 years old
Michelle’s family said in a statement, “Family was her life and we are all obviously devastated by her loss. She has been taken away from us, and all that love her, in the most traumatic way imaginable." Michelle Kiss was additionally described as “a loving wife to Tony, mother to Dylan, Elliot and Millie, as well as daughter to Mick and Christine and sister to Nichola.” She will surely be missed and remembered by all who love her.
Lisa Lees, 47 years old
Lisa’s life was brutally taken while she waited to pick her daughter up at the arena. She was killed alongside her friend, the aforementioned Alison Howe. Thankfully, both of the women’s daughters had made it out of the chaos safely.
Wendy Fawell, 50 years old
Wendy was a mother from Otley, West Yorkshire. Her son Adam said that their family was “devastated”, also stating, “Mum was a wonderful woman. She'll be sadly missed. We'd like to thank everyone for all the effort that went into trying to find her." Wendy had attended the concert with a friend named Caroline, who was seriously injured, and their children. A family friend, Jean Osborne, said, “She was the kindest person you'd ever wish to meet. She'd do anything for you. She was an awesome person. She'll be missed by many."
Jane Tweddle-Taylor, 51 years old
Jane was described by her partner as “a very very lovely lady and a very good mother to her three daughters. She was liked by everybody, especially in the community in Blackpool where she worked." Jane had travelled to the arena with a friend to pick up the friend’s daughter. She was a receptionist at the South Shore Academy School in Blackpool and was described by the school’s principal as a “bubbly, kind, welcoming, funny, generous" colleague. Jane Bailey further remembered Tweddle-Taylor as a “well-loved member of staff” and a “wonderful friend and colleague”.

Let’s Talk Dog Names and How to Choose Your Dog’s Name
Two of the top male dog names of 2017, according to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and Rover.com, were Max and Charlie. These are two tried-and-true classic dog names and also popular with those who are huge fans of the twin actors that played Preston and Porter Scavo on ABC’s Desperate Housewives. On the female side, Bella was the top dog name in 14 states based on research from Embrace Pet Insurance even though Twilight first debuted in theaters a decade ago. Are you looking to be unique and move away from these more popular names? Take notice that the search for uniqueness can also have its pitfalls when it comes to dog names. Screaming “come here, Licky Minaj!” at the dog park might not end particularly well. Here are a few tips and tricks for making sure you hit the sweet spot with the perfect moniker for your four-legged friend.
1. DON’T Play Into Passing Trends and Pop Culture
Stumped on dog names? Check out our do’s and don’ts. Photography ©Aimes Element | Thinkstock.
There may have been a time when you couldn’t get enough of Logan Paul. How unfortunate if you went as far as naming your dog after him, given the current controversy surrounding the YouTube star. Like eating Tide Pods, riding the wave of pop culture can be fun for about 17 seconds until you realize Alkyl Ethoxy Sulfate was never part of Michelle Obama’s food pyramid overhaul.
If your legacy doesn’t include being the owner of a dog named Bhad Bhabie after watching the “cash me outside” episode of Dr. Phil, steering clear of fast-dying memes is a solid dog-naming strategy. However, it’s clear that Star Wars will likely stand the test of time, so feel free to name your furry fella R2D2.
2. DON’T Be Too Clever
North West, Blue Ivy Carter and Apple Martin are some of the most famous children in the world. Uma Thurman named her daughter Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson. The thirst for being avant-garde and edgy can have appeal among creative elites, but your dog just wants to know which direction to run for a treat. Do yourself (and your doggie!) a favor and pick a two-syllable name that won’t get your pup made fun of at the dog park.
3. DON’T Forget to Consider Non-Human Dog Names
The idea of naming your dog Bill or Frank like he’s the superintendent at your apartment building is mildly amusing, but part of being a dog owner is saying your dog’s name out loud several times per day on walks and when socializing among other canines. Perhaps if Grandma Clarese was your hero and you’re paying homage by naming your dog after her, that’ll work. Otherwise, be prepared to receive several strange looks from unknown men or women wondering why a stranger is yelling at them.
4. DON’T Name Your Dog After Interests You’ll Outgrow
When you’re 25, it might be fun to imagine naming your dog Bud or Weiser. After all, day drinking with your friends on weekends is an activity everyone can get behind. But with a living organism whose life expectancy can last 15-18 years, being a 40-year-old with an animal named Alizé might not be a good look.
5. DO Pick Something Timeless
Famous authors, historical figures, characters from Shakespearean plays — these are all names you can get behind. Here are some ideas you can take to the vet without getting side-eyed during the first round of booster shots:
Film/TV-Inspired Names: Rosebud, Lucy, Forrest, Mulder, Scully, Rocky, Carrie, Marty (McFly), Juno, Izzie (Stevens), Neo, Woody, Olivia (Benson), Xena, Stormy
Literary Characters: Atticus, Gatsby, Scarlett, Phoebe, Neddy, Seymour, Gonzo, Kerouac, Snowball, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
Political Figures: HARD PASS
Sports Legends: Cassius, Yogi, Martina, Usain, Mia, Jackie, Garvey, Billie Jean King, Gretzky, Serena
International Cities: Sydney, Porto, Florence, Bali, Sebastian, Wellington, Rio, Malta, Tulum, Cleveland
Foods: Ginger, Clementine, Nori, Kobe, Olive, Maple, Colby, Basil, Coco, Jasmine, Challah, Coppa, Cronut
Plants/Flowers: Posie, Daisy, Poppy, Lily, Rose, Aster, Clover, Hazel, Peanut, Petunia, Sorrel, Indica
Thumbnail: Photography by GoodPhoto/Thinkstock.
