Oml I unintentionally made myself sad today with a theory/thought

So for those who have played the Christmas Special of Slashfic, we all know that we summon Krampus by accident when we were at the fortune teller with the other camp counselors. That's how we also summoned the guys.

But as we play, we notice that MC doesn't seem to remember the guys at all. They do get the feeling of deja vu and they have a bit of memory about the Slashers' backstories, but we don't really remember them.

For the Slashers, they have no memory about the MC or the camp counselors at all. They only ask if we have known them before, in which we answer them by guessing certain information about them correctly.

The Christmas Special is probably just a spinoff or something, but what if this is what happens when the mayhem is done? When we all go back home, when the story is finished, do we forget about our boys completely? Do they forget about us, too? Did we ever try to stop from forgetting each other before it happened?

I wanna cry help me ;-; I LOVE THEM TOO MUCH OKAY I AM EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO THE SLASHERS

not at all, ngl recent posts ive made are kinda neg on them and the content ive posted has died down so let's get to it!

omg i love this question, uhm i think...

it's gotten kinda mid and wild? like don't get me wrong im still here bc i wanna see this to the end. and i definitely love the guys still but playing it now is a bit tedious or irritating.

as soon as we had our first pay for lore, and pay to be nice to the boys? it started going downhill. or even the mini krampus series.

why have a krampus mini series and a christmas special? we could've tracked to our next plot through jaxon bc he's a cooper, and it could be more mike focused episodes because he's also connected.

instead of paywalling and hiding the lore, why not tell us? instead of short episodes where the only way to help out guys is through sex, we i dunno do something very fluffy and touching??

like i knew from the start, that slashfic and it's story wasn't gonna be exactly fluid or sensical so my biggest grievance is just how they went about the paywalling.

I'm so confused on how the MC couldn't tell that their friends are slashers (or turning into slashers)

Rant about MC (spoilers) :

As when Riley read the book and the MC could have been talking who's like the traitor, it was very obvious it was infact Riley :

- 1) There was a wow dangerous magical book, first day there and although Riley KNEW this book could hold some stuff, she still read it

- 2) How did she know that specific type of Latin reading from that magical spell book - she said it perfectly even without messing up which should have brought suspicion

Damien/Freddie :

Again very obvious with him, we could tell cause of the hair, stance and build, also I imagine the voice wouldn't really change if you become a slasher unless you use a recorder/voice changer

It was also obvious because the two were never in the same room together - we saw Jaxon and Freddie, Nico and Freddie, Riley and Freddie but never Damien and Freddie

Genuinely suprised how MC didn't click together that "Hey this may be Damien, he looks like him, stands like him and is very similar, besides they never been in the same room together!"

Yet they were so shocked that Damien was Freddie..

Jaxon/Dealer :

This one is extremely obvious, stance, same build and we can spot cooper hair from a mile away and although MC can't see dealer through the phone, I'm gonna ASSUME his voice didn't change so why didn't MC recognise Jaxon's voice??

Also Jaxon has been the slasher's number 1 hater (understanably) from the beginning so it sort of isn't a surprise he'd pull a move like this, although generally it's most likely the darkness taking in control and the way he speaks at times doesn't make sense so it'd tie in with him speaking riddles

TO BE FAIR..

I jst rlly want for MC to be smart in atleast one chapter or something 😪 because I get 'final girls' in movies usually have the braincells of a walnut that was dragged across a hot pavement before being kidnapped by a random feral animal, but some can be smart, so I'd like to see more smart MC either next episode or future episodes

Because I can get this is a romance slasher dating sim, but we can't always be helpless, Mike has also made it very clear that MC is projecting fantasies in a way onto him but other things, fitting the stereotypes of "b-but Jake!! Stop this!! This isn't you that I know!!"

The concept of the game is great, the characters are cute and the artstyle is lovely but I wish there was improvement when it comes to writing the MC 😥

Swap!AU - Slashers as camp counselors

(Au inspired by my ask of @slashfic-daydreams - decided to write about how the slashers would be as the final victims)

Dni if you have minors dni in your bio - the writer is a minor

Warnings : violence mentioned, stalking, very obvious issues with each swap!slasher

Ghost :

The party animal himself, in the swap au many of his personality traits remain the same as does a bit of his backstory just without the darkness taking over

Now he would have definitely encouraged the reading of the book or possibly even read it himself (still unsure about the decision on that) causing things to go into mayhem just as he likes

He doesn't take any part of it seriously, like come on? Really? A slasher going after them? He's going to assume it's a weird freak in a clown costume until his head almost gets served up in a silver platter

Now that's when he starts taking things seriously sort of

But when he sees that all of his escape options are out of reach he learns to suck it up and deal with it, I mean slasher!MC won't kill him until full moon! Which is in a week, yeah he's cooked

Would 100% still be very flirty and cocky with slasher!MC thinking that if he charmed them enough, they wouldn't kill him but it doesn't really work that does it?

As of later chapters (like right now) when he gets given the option of 'does he still trust MC?' It would be 50/50 he thinks they're fun! Loveable but they wanna kill him, so that's not fun at all

He wouldn't go by Ghost, he'd use his original name 'Joey' but Ghost is a fun nickname

Jay :

Jay is the one that freaks out the most, to being the most vulnerable in the original story he's still as vulnerable in the swap au, maybe even worse

He does still have his instincts on wanting to deal with rude people a different way but he remembers that wasn't how he was raised

Talking about how he was raised, he wasn't kidnapped, he has his own nice little family which makes him a very gentle camp counselor - one that really wouldn't call harm

He hates the stalking, the weird calls, everything that Slasher!MC does to terrify him and the rest of the guys, he wants it to stop but knows it all instinct, it's what the darkness tells slasher!MC to do

Sorry to say but he would the most stereotypical trope, the person that things 'I can change them with love!'

He believes that if he showed enough love, care and admiration that it would all stop, it wouldn't infact and it would get much worse to his dismay but props to him for atleast trying it out?

Now in the newest chapter when he's given the choice of 'Do you still trust MC?' his answer will be yes, he hopes that they don't want the violence, key word : HOPES

Leather :

The most protective which hey! It matches with how he originally is in the story!

He'd absolutely despise slasher!MC and their stupid attempts to try and kill them, torture them, make them regret ever showing up at the camp - he also hates how Riley and Ghost have read that stupid book which led them into this unfortunate predicament

Now he'd soften up slightly when he hears that really Slasher!MC didn't have a choice (depending on what story you'll give them) that they just were winded up in a place they didn't want to be in and how it affected them mentally aswell as others around, he understands that and may make an effort to help them

If it was more of a family related issue, he'd understand, his family isn't the best and actually suck to be around which is why he even accepted coming here in the first place, it was just to get away

However they're still a slasher, this isn't a Disney book with a happy ending, they will always remain a slasher in his mind especially if they have not shown to try and fight off the darkness within them (which is harder to do then be said)

When asked if he would still trust slasher!MC his answer would be no, they're still a killer that thirsts for blood so why should he? Especially with the way you attempted to attack him multiple times before

Mike :

Oh boy here we go, you know how everybody is always wanting a realistic final survivor that would align with what the viewer deems as smart? He's the guy

By far the most realistic and smartest survivor, he knows exactly what to do (odly) against Slasher!MC but unlike the other guys throughout it all, shows no sympathy not even a pinch of it

However wanting to pinch in a bit more of his original motives, he'd still say 'mine' in a way, just like the original he wants to kill slasher!MC so he'd say it in a way that means, 'Mine to kill, to make sure nobody else gets harmed'

He's a lot more quiet, barely speaks and doesn't even try to make conversation with slasher!MC, he's pissed at Ghost for joining in with Riley, hates how Leather is acting 50/50, despises Jay for going the pacifist route but oh hell! Seems like the only people agreeing with him are Damien, Nico and Jaxon, but they're both still acting dumb!

Whenever someone gets injured by slasher!MC, he'd tell them straight up, "I told you so" cause he did, there's no spinning this one

When he's asked whether he trusts MC or not, it'd be a definite 'No' he doesn't, he never will because once a slasher, always a slasher

Slashfic MC/persona redesign + update

Charlie Lovelace! Here he is, he's based off my main persona outside of fandoms so yk had to drag that in

He's a failed law student, took it as a job for a while but quit after like 4 months due to the high stress which wasn't doing well on him.

He worked within bartending for a while but only took the night shifts as they just so happened to pay more, yet after a while quit that aswell and started training to work in a daycare/nursery which is his current job.

He deals with severe social anxiety and anemia, but does have medication for it and is up to changing his diet to support the iron he needs (hence why he's so pale).

However he is quite different from the MC in the original story, he is more realistic and hates the slashers showing absolute no interest in them throughout the story - really the slasher he'd get along with the most is probably Mike because they have realistic goals.

His inventory consists of his phone, which is quite useless, his wallet with money inside of it and a pocket knife which he keeps for protection.

Any questions about him and I'll answer !!

Hello, everyone! I am V, the author of this fanfiction. It is a pleasure to have you here and I am glad that you have chosen to read my story. This is my first fanfiction for the game SlashFic (Dorian), after all, so I am genuinely delighted to be accompanied by an audience.

As you have read in the cover, this story mainly features my Slasher OC! But since the OC has the same name as the author, she will be called as Themis.

I'd like to clarify something as well: V (the author) and Slasher V (the OC) are separate persons. We are different from each other and I do not identify myself as the OC. We may have similarities in terms of appearance and backstories, but I must clarify that we are two different persons.

Since this is also my first written work for Slashfic, there will be inaccuracies and plot holes. If you find any of these, please do not hesitate to point it out so that I can correct this. This is genuinely appreciated as it helps me improve the story further.
