Art Dump 1:

Digital versions of some traditional sketches I posted in sketch dumps previously, coloured these a while ago but didn't want to upload them separately so put them in a batch like this.

1. Probably going to change their species a bit, probably a pegasus or Maybe a kelpie? Maybe just a merhorse? Don't have much personality wise, just a old horse/some kind of equine that lives by themselves in an swamp/marshland. [have to choose which] (Shades and Shadows)

2. A mershark, tends to spend most of his time in the deep ocean [mermaids in this universe can switch between legs and an tail and between lungs and gills, most mermaids tend to spend almost half/half on land and in the ocean]. However when he is on land he almost always goes to the restaurant mentioned in 3s info so has got to know is friends with them both.  (Explosive Dusk)

3. One of the most frequent visitors of the local library, massive lover of marine biology [as well as microbiology], is the type of person to have alot of biology fun facts to give out,  currently studying to be an Marine Biologist and works part time at her girlfriend's parents beachside restaurant. Girlfriend is a professional skater? [I think that's the term for someone that skateboards?] (Hangry Munch)

4. Bug/Horse hybrid? [Was an lab creation]. Not sure on specifics of species as I do like the idea of bughorses but worried about making them too similar to mlp neon changelings [which I do like alot but don't want to just copy]. She is an scientist [botanist] herself and she makes a bunch of cool plants [like walking venus fly traps, glowing floating roses etc]. (Shades and Shadows)

Wanted to have nicer art of Craft and Meghan so I could make toyhouse profiles for them. [Changed Craft's hair a bit] Really like how this came out but probs just going to draw very sketchy art for a bit after this as this was tiring [or at least physically I have been 100% sh/t for the two past days so this was tiring for me right now]. and yes I actually drew proper hands for once, using my own hands as reference. to dead to say anything about the character right now sorry or anything of otherwise real substance.

More of the usual slight redesigns of characters [make the colours a bit more saturated]. They have alot of forms they like taking and generally like long worm like or just a slime looking type forms. They are an apple farmer. That's all I have to say uh.

Literally just an digital version [though I guess chibified] of the only other drawing I have of them, drawing has been very hard lately, idk maybe I think a new mouse, maybe my wrist is messed up, maybe physically im just not doing well generally. maybe its just to hot and shit. Desert robot, idk if sand corrodes metal, but I guess you would some type of clothes just so you dont get sand all stuck to you and also metal gets hot doesnt it so if you are a robot like a walking computer ish you woundt want to overheat to much or you wouldnt be able to mentally function much.

Need to have some more bird characters, particularly crows and pigeons [and maybe some plague doctor style characters]. Pigeons are really cool birds, and always have very nice colours. Originally was going to go with arm wings rather than separate wings and arms that are in the same style as there legs.

Just a little doodle [Not the happiest with how this came out] Dangles [what the above character is] can't naturally have hair [as in head hair like humans] but can have hair by using wigs or magic. The background is meant to be a specific place, though I need to uh think more of how it is meant to look and flesh it out I guess. The above character is unnamed currently. Wonder what they are doing in this strange place?

Design on the left [blue one] was adopted from https://toyhou.se/Badvibez and designed by https://toyhou.se/jaspering, changed their design a bit [and although I'm not 100% sure what their original species was I don't think they were originally a wolf]. Also changed sparklepaw's [temp name for one on the right] design a bit. Wanted to draw something cute and simple so here are sparklewolf girlfriends. Like the way this came out alot, especially how colourful this is.

Only had the design of their head figured out last time I drew him but now have the whole design figured out. Also they are now named Nyapolitan! [originally named them Neopolitan as I go by Neo but I think I like this better, plus its a pun : D and also its just a one letter difference from Neapolitan].

Title: Ghoul Dog Concept Design As soon as I finished this I had a new design idea for them in mind, oh well I will get that down and out my head soon enough. Maybe later today, got a very sudden artistic motivation boost, which is odd as before yesterday the last time I drew was the on new years. "Ghoul Dog" is a placeholder for the species name as not all of them will be dog like. Might just call them Spoke [Ghosts in afrikaans], though not sure. Though probably will be an afrikaans word as the species name as I have some other related species that also have afrikaans words as species names.

Cassidy and Casanova are now personal ocs rather than my fursona and sona. Just don't feel as connected to them anymore, though I have been brainstorming a new "sona" [more a mascot really] and went for a neapolitan ice-cream themed shapeshifter named Neopolitan [This is their cat form!] [Neo as I mostly have been vibing with the name Neo lately]. This icon may be a temp one as most of my socials don't allow gif icons [like tumblr], but not sure.

Jasper sits next to Jonathan looking over the crow in his lap,she’s never seen a bird look so smug in her life. Looking back up at him she offers him a suggestion

“Have you tried grinding it up and putting it in her food or drink?” She inquires in a tired tone of voice.

Shes had experience with stubborn pets and medicine,Poe was a very fine example of a cat throwing a fit over taking vitamins of all things,and jasper being frustrated with the feline ended up just grinding the pills up and slipping it into his meal without him even noticing.

“Don’t crows drink milk or something with a bottle? Or is she too old for that?” Jasper wasn’t as experienced as Jonathan with birds.the most contact shes ever had with them is the chickens in her childhood home,but even then they were mostly her fathers responsibility.

Luther

🌾 - hes very attractive, more "handsome" than "beautiful". hes got the kindest eyes and the sweetest smile. hes got these big strong arms thatll hold you so close when you need it the most, and a broad chest thsts so good to rest your head on, and these pretty freckles that you could spend hours counting. hes got such a distinct laugh too, inviting and warm. hes the closest thing to perfection youll see.

🌳 - he relaxes by cooking, or feeding his pets. his pets are some of his most treasured possessions, and looking after them gives him an overwhelming sense of happiness and calm, he likes knowing hes doig a good job at keeping them happy and healthy. hes also in his element when it comes to cooking, and when he wants to relax, he'll probably make food for his mom or his boyfriends, because the best thing to him is seeing their face when he brings them their favourite meal.

🌸 - snakes, frogs, cockroaches, unusual pets: becsuse theyre all cute in his eyes! he likes putting in the effort to look after them too. cooking: it makes all his loved ones happy and calms him down after a tough day. cuddling his boyfriends: he likes feeling protected and wanted/making them feel the same way. working out: it helps him keep in shape enough to handle his bugger snakes, and he knows he can protect his boys if anything bad happens. walking in the woods: because its just so cool, hearing all the animals and scenery.

🌺 - he 100% goes to cuddle the closest boyfriend to him, they always do such a good job at making him feel comforted and secure. if he cant get to them, he watches youtube videos, or if its really bad he might go and get his mom, she understands that sometimes he needs her to comfort him a little, and she doesnt mind.

🌼 - he has his mom and his stepdad. he really appreciates his stedad for stepping up and being a father to him when his bio dad didnt want to. he has all his boyfriends. he met jasper during his first day of school, and they had been best friends ever since, probably closer than most, until they started dating a few years back. he met the others a little while later, and they accepted him and jasper pretty fast. they both grew to realise they really liked the others in a romantic sense too. luther loved everything about them, how strong dallas was despite everything he was dealing with, and loving his sense of humour and their little fake rivalry. he loved allens bravery, whether it was coming out to his family, or trying new things, and he loved when allen would say kind things to him and put up with all his dumb antics whenever they ended up affecting him. he loved ethan for looking after jasper so much despite having to look after himself and his siblings at the same time, and found some of his dumbassery kinda cute. he really appreciated felix's willingness to help out with anything, and his desire to keep everyone comforted and as safe as he could. eventually they confessed their feelings and after a few long conversations everything worked out. he doesnt look for anything specific in a romantic partner, all of his boys are different to each other, he just likes good people.

💫 - my fun fact about him is that his favourite animal is the madagascan hissing cockroach, and that while he is a vegetarian, he knows how to fillet a large amount of fish, and is working on improving his skills with cooking meat for his family and boyfriends.

🌿 - he shows he cares by being there in little ways. he knows not everyone wants to just sit down and talk about their feelings, sometimes they just dont want to with him, and he understands that. hes always there to offer hugs and kisses (to appropriate parties) if they need them. if one of oscars boys needs him because they're upset, he gets him for them. he buys someones favourite snack for them, just to show he remembers what it is. he'll spend hours listening to someone talk about their favourite thing, even if its not something hes particularly into.

🌻 - he notices the way oscars ears wiggle when hes excited or happy to see his boyfriends. he notices how while chris and jamie talk to the boys in weird ways, they all understand each other and the love that they have for one another is really apparent in its own way. he likes when michaels feeling more confident than usual and it shows. he appreciates it when chandler and peter get together and cook for hours until the house smells like the most amazing cooking, and then they invite their boyfriends over and everyones talking and eating and just having a good time. he appreciates a lot about life, especially after going through a lot of tough times, everything just seems a little sweeter to him.

🌹 - he feels most at home in his current home. its where most of his favourite memories were made. hes had christmases there, big meals with the people he loved cooked by his besutifuk husband, the first time they ever introduced oscar to his new home and the kid ran around exploring everything. he loves looking at the little dent in the wall that oscars horns left behind when he got to excited and accidentally head butted it. he likes that he worked so hard to get such a nice place, and that its his forever and hes built such a happy life there.

🌸 - his boyfriends and his husband: theyd been friends for so long, and he loves them all to bits. his son: oscar makes him really proud, even when hes escorted home by pigs for vandalising their cars (if anything that makes him more proud). he loves cats, and dogs, especially michael and peters, and lucky. he loves chris and jamies sons, theyre all really great boys who are all trying their best. he loves summer days, and long walks in the park just listening to birds chirping. he loves home cooked meals! he loves programming, even if it can get tedious when hes doing a long job. he loves video games because its how he met some of the best people in his life. he loves reading too, books calm him down after a long hard day.

Jasper:

1. Have they ever pranked someone? If so, who was it, what did they do and did the prank work?

He LOVES to pull pranks!! Just harmless, fun ones, and he feels like they have to be on “equal footing,” so to speak, so no pranking teachers/bosses/older adults or little kids in general (with the exception of his dads), but it’s definitely there. Shawn and Emily are two favorites

2. What makes them smile the brightest?

The BRIGHTEST? oof, that’d probably be pleasant surprises.

3. If they made a five song playlist, what songs would they want on it and why?

Mr. Blue Sky – Electric Light Orchestra – honestly? because this is the most Jasper song I know

Devil in Disguise – Elvis Presley – his favorite Elvis song

Somebody to Love – Queen – Because I said so and this boy is a sap who loves being in love

Don’t Go Breaking My Heart – Elton John – his dads would sing it a lot and it’s just attached to good memories

4. It is 3am, your OC is in the loopy giggling stages of being sleepy, what are they laughing about and who are they with?

This happens a LOT with Shawn, because 1) Shawn’s naturally a night owl and WILL keep Jasper up late, and 2) he’s usually been roped into helping him with his homemade monster movie projects, which all HAVE to have that “it happened in the dead of night” vibe because that’s just how Shawn is (and shot in the dead of night for authenticity). And they’re usually laughing about something cheesy and ridiculous

5. Your OC befriends a little bird who, every morning sits on their window sill, what name do they give the bird? What type of bird is it?

He’s probably call it something like Bird, and it’d probably be something mundane, like a pigeon

6. Your OC is at a karaoke bar and they see a cute person across the bar who they want to impress, what song do they sing?

Here’s the thing: my brain tells me that this would not at all happen because Jasper can’t sing without sounding like a wounded moose. My heart tells me he’s going to go completely ham on the first Elvis song he finds and humiliates himself and everyone he’s with

7. Out of an impulsive decision your OC dyes their hair and gets a whole new outfit, what do they now look like?

I can see him going with a dark maroon for the hair. It’d be fun/not a natural hair color that he might justify dying his hair, while still being understated enough to not be competing with his casino-sign-reincarnated-as fashion outfits (he actually does put effort into things like that, which is why he’s never gone through dying his hair even though he likes the idea. Who wants to match their clothes with their hair all the time? Too restricting). As for a whole new outfit? Anything is possible.

8. What is your OC’s favourite joke?

9. Your OC makes a poster and ships it to their best friend, what does the poster have on it and how does their best friend respond?

A badly-drawn picture of mothman. Shawn doodles little hearts and raunchy phrases all over it and sends it back

10. Your OC just got up, they are groggy and in a dark room, all of a sudden they are attacked by lots of kisses from a dog they do not own, what is their next decision?

Next (unconscious) decision: scream like a little girl

Next conscious decision: turn on lights and locate nearest father to see if they can keep it

11. Your OC is at a party and decides to start some chaotic fun, what do they do?

Unleash a jar of charmed anarchist origami frogs

12. If your OC has to describe their best friend, how would they describe them?

“Pretty chill, for a kinky weirdo.” 

13. Your OC is taking care of a child that is not theirs, what happens next?

Depends on the kid, really, but if they’re even remotely high-energy he’s probably going to have as much fun as they do running around playing games until the kid’s tired out. But Jasper’s good with kids, and has been the favorite babysitter of multiple childhoods

14. Your OC decides to live life on the edge for a day, what do they do?

Jasper: I’m gonna try deep dish pizza

Shawn: Dude sweet!! Is it a recipe or did you find a place that sells it?

Jasper, holding a box of very not gluten free deep dish pizza: uhhhh yeah… that’s totally what I mean… of course I’m not going to potentially hospitalize myself just because I want to try the mysterious mushy crusted pizza

15. The moonlight is shines upon your OC as the stars dance upon them, there is a near by river filled with gentle waters as fireflies hover above the tall grass. What does your OC do next?

Stares at the fireflies. Maybe tries to get close to one after a while, but I don’t actually know if Jasper’s seen fireflies before and they’d completely mesmerize him

Friday:

She has, actually! She would attempt to prank her parents when she was little. They didn’t really work, because she wasn’t good at it, but her dad would have the decency to pretend they did

I’m too busy trying to imagine Friday trying to impress a cute person instead of just trying to exist in their presence, awkwardly give them gifts, and hope that they notice to even think of anything

Friday’s always wanted to try the biker look, but doesn’t think she can pull it off, so we’ll go with that. And red hair, because she’d look pretty with red hair and that’s a great hair color anyways (so sayeth the ginger)

Sarcastically saying “no” when someone asks you to do something, while doing the thing

Nothing bad while the kid’s there, but she’ll be so done if they stay for too long. She loves kids, but they drain her energy like tiny gasoline thieves if she has to interact with them for too long

Throws a party. Does a sexy cosplay. Talks about her feelings instead of living in a state of constant emotional constipation. Any of those would work, really.
