A tale of two kelpies . . .

@cassandrajp and I got to talking today about various flower cards, and how it was funny that there was a flower that meant "spleen" (anger.) She asked about the kelpie from Queen of Air and Darkness. I explained:

Me: He's much angrier than Pickles. His name is Jarog the Enraged, and he stole Pickles' rightful place as heir to the kelpie throne. That's why Pickles drinks.

Cassandra Jean: I must illustrate this kelpie drama!

So here you have it: Pickles and his nemesis, Jarog. Will Claribella's love save Pickles from a kelpie war? Will Jarog fall in love with Claribella, thus precipitating a kelpie love triangle? Who can say?
